Downtown gem

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: vacation rental was just as described. It was very clean, well appointed, very walkable to downtown, only three blocks away. Property Management staff very professional, friendly and helpful when we needed assistance in figuring out how to turn the computer on. Even after they called the owner and sent in a maintenance person who also could not get it to cooperate. My only suggestion would be for the owner to possibly provide a picture of where the button is to get it to turn on. It is a perfect house for 2 couples with each having their own ensuite. I will definitely be staying there again.

Great location home is just a few blocks from the square. The house is nicely furnished with all the modern amenities. Kitchen is very nice and comes with everything needed to make full meals. When we arrived, the dishwasher had water in the basin and it smelled terrible. Visible sign of mold throughout and washer would not drain. I contacted the property manager and she quickly sent out a repair person. The dishwasher drain system was repaired and we were told to run two cycles to clean away the mold and foul smell. The smell was better but not completely gone and the mold was still visible. We did not use the dishwasher during our stay. Also, it was 95 degrees plus during our stay and the guest bedroom was always warm. The cool air from the AC system struggled to push air into the guest bedroom vent. It was very uncomfortable for our guest which caused them to spend a couple of nights in the living room. The interior of the house had lots of cobwebs which we cleaned ourselves. Other than those three issues we enjoyed our stay but would probably not rent the unit again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented this 2 bedroom 2 bath home which was perfect for two couples. Its location was just a couple of blocks from the main part of town. Easy walk to restaurants. (Parking was difficult downtown.) We were visiting Paso Robles for some wine tastings at several vineyards. This rental had everything we were looking for..... location, off street parking, 2B/2B and reasonably priced. We would stay here again! I highly recommend this property!

Really nice home blocks away from everything. The bed in the main bedroom was really comfortable. Check in was seamless and we had no problems entering the home. Kitchen was great, fully stocked with whatever you would need for cooking, lots of wine glasses on hand!

A Wonderful Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home was spacious and super clean with all the necessary amenities. My husband and I stayed for a week visiting local wineries and walking to the cute downtown area of Paso Robles. Our daughter and son-in-law joined us over the weekend and we still had plenty of space. We will be staying at Bungalow on Vine again during future stays in Paso.

Great location ! Close to the fairgrounds and within walking distance of downtown restaurants. Plenty of room and split floor plan allows for 2 couples to stay comfortably. Could use new larger couches to fit 4 people and move tv above the shelf.

Lovely and Convenient Bungalow

We enjoyed our stay at this remodeled bungalow. Close to downtown shops and restaurants and the Paso Robles event center. Comfortable beds and living room furniture, too!

great location

great location - just a feew blocks from downtown and restauraunts, nice neghborhood, clean, nice kitchen with good cooking appliances, two bedrooms at opposite ends of the house with separate baths. Host very responsive. Will stay here again.

Very close to downtown, the neighborhood was nice and quiet, and the house had coffee which is always a plus! We were able to experience the downtown tree lighting, we had drinks and apps at the Tiki room, comedy at Justins, decaf coffee at H. Cheval, and always great pizza at PPK!
