“Bästa läge och utsikt i Tignes” Nyrenoverad lägenhet med 4 sovrum

Residence Neige et Soleil:
Nyuppgraderad 93m2 4-rumslägenhet i centrum av Tignes le Lac. Platsen kunde inte vara bättre, särskilt för familjer. Det är den närmaste lägenheten till huvudblocket i Tovière, barnens skidskola är bokstavligen utanför fönstret och barnskolan och gratis nybörjare stollyftning är mindre än 100 meter bort.
Lägenheten ligger mittemot Spar-snabbköpet och har en precisionsskiduthyrning strax ovanför den! Det finns också restauranger, affärer och den regionala produktmarknaden två gånger per vecka strax utanför ytterdörren.
Höjdpunkten i lägenheten är den enastående söderläge utsikten över sjön till La Grande Motte-glaciären från bildfönster i den stora öppna planen kök-vardagsrum-matsal. De säger att det är den bästa utsikten i Tignes.
Det finns flexibelt boende för 9 personer (eller 10 med två barn som delar en dubbel våningssäng) arrangerade som tre dubbelrum som kan användas som dubbelrum och ett rum med våningssängar för två eller tre och en enkelsäng.
Det finns tre badrum (två badrum) plus en separat toalett. Två av sovrummen har inga fönster och de andra två har fönster till vardagsrummet.
Lägenheten ligger på bottenvåningen med trappa och ingen hiss.
Köket är nytt år 2019 med keramisk spis, ugn, mikrovågsugn, kyl-frys, diskmaskin och tvättmaskin-torktumlare. Det finns ett bekvämt vardagsrum / matsal med smart TV, gratis wifi och det är en rökfri lägenhet.

Great location and facilities

We really enjoyed our stay here. Brilliant central location and we really appreciated the number of bathrooms for our large group! Kitchen is well equipped and made self catering easy. Great communication from the host both before and during our stay.

Great location in Tignes Le Lac

The apartment was great and in a fantastic location. All the amenities like shops, restaurants on the doorstep and ski in/ski out. Alex was a fantastic host- great communication and very helpful.

Amazing stay with a great host

7 of us spent great week in this ski in ski out apartment. Alex was a brilliant host, giving restaurant tips, making check in super easy and allowing flexibility for bags with checking out. The apartment is very well equipped too. Would recommend to anyone in Tignes.

Superb property & location.

Everything is in your doorstep and ideal for kids. Most ski schools virtualy meet up outside the apartment. 3 lifts and the Gondola within 200m of the apartment. Will definitely book again. Communication with the host was excellent.

Amazing location

The apartment is in a fantastic location! Looking right out onto the slopes. Two minute walk to bubble lift and ski lifts. Right opposite flat is a great little Spar supermarket, a few doors down from that a fantastic bakery. We ate at the restaurant opposite which was brilliant - Coeur des Neiges and we loved Loop bar which is next to the bakery. There were fantastic New Year celebrations just on the snow near the flat with fireworks and a dj. All really convenient, a fantastic ski location and the flat was great with all the necessary things and two great ski lockers in the lobby upstairs. All in all, a great place to stay!

A great apartment in the perfect location

This is a great apartment, that easily accommodates a small or large group and is the perfect location in Tignes LeLac/2100. The snow is literally just a short set of steps away from the front door and there is a ski hire shop even closer. The view from the kitchen and living room windows is of the Tovière gondola and across the lake to Val Claret. You get to watch the ski resort wake up as you eat breakfast and light up at night. Restaurants and bars are just moments away and there is a Spar supermarket just over the road. The rooms themselves aren’t massive but they’re perfect fine to accommodate skiers and all are en-suite (two do share a jack-and-jill bathroom). There’s plenty of storage space, including two ski lockers, somewhere to put your boots and hang coats and helmets and every room has a wardrobe. Couldn’t fault it.

Amazing!

Wij hebben een top week gehad in dit geweldige appartement. Ligging kan niet beter, binnen 2 minuten ben je bij de gondel. Het appartement zelf was praktisch qua indeling, van alle gemakken voorzien en het uitzicht is fantastisch. Kan het iedereen aanraden!

Appartement très spacieux , propre et bien décoré , bien situé . Propriétaire très réactif ! Il ne manquait que des fenêtres dans les chambres et un balcon , mais nous le savions , nous nous sommes adaptés facilement !

Property is located in the ideal position. % minute walk to ski schools, Shops and restaurants outside the front door. Good sized rooms and plenty of bathrooms. View of fireworks at New Year from the flat window.

Emplacement parfait

Appartement très confortable, véritablement sur les pistes et à deux pas de tous les commerces et du centre aquatique. Conforme aux photos, très lumineux et très calme (aucun bruit la nuit), parfait pour une grande tribu (nous étions 4 adultes avec 6 enfants). Très bien équipé pour cuisiner également.

Notre séjour a été très agréable. L’appartement est très bien équipé, fonctionnel et super bien placé ! Alex a été très disponible à chaque question et très arrangeant pour les horaires d’arrivée et de départ. Dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de fenêtres dans les chambres, ça aurait été l’appartement parfait !

Great location and property

We’ve not long come back from a week in Tignes and couldn’t fault the property, right on the slopes, perfect for ski in ski out - you can either ski down a black run or get the cable from the top of the mountain back down. Would definitely come back, there was a group of 6 of us and the apartment size was ideal. Thank you Alex
