5 sovplatser - Denna underbara villa ligger i hjärtat av den historiska universitetsstaden St Andrews. Inom en fem minuters promenad från de lokala bekvämligheterna, inklusive de många hantverksbutiker och butiker som staden har att erbjuda, ligger det också inom bekvämt gångavstånd från de 7 golfbanor som förvaltas av St Andrews Links Trust. Huset ligger på Argyle Street, några minuters promenad från den historiska Westport-bågen som leder till South Street (en av de tre huvudgatorna i St Andrews). Det är ordnat över två våningar - det huvudsakliga boendet ligger på första våningen medan de 3 sovrummen är alla på andra våningen. Det finns en stor vinterträdgård på baksidan av huset som har utsikt över uteplats trädgårdsområdet - det finns ett bord med plats för 6, vilket gör det till en perfekt plats för en fridfull kvällsmåltid i den lummiga skotska solen. Huset har renoverats och är inrett till en hög standard med vackra vita plantage tr��luckor i alla rum till framsidan av huset.

Kinbrse Golf House

This is a fantastic house. Very well equipped. Great location to everything in town. A big shout out to Keith at Whey Pat Bar down the street. Lovely friendly people everywhere

We loved this house. Clean, well stocked and great location. Communication with the owner was easy and they were very responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend. We plan to stay again!

Great Place in St Andrews

Perfect location in St Andrews. Easy walking distance to downtown and to the Old Course. Place was very nice, clean, and highly functional. Communication with owner was also very good. Would certainly recommend to others.

Attractive, well-located rental

We enjoyed our 2-week stay in Kinbrae Golf House. As Americans, whenever we visit the U.K. (this was our 4th extended stay in St. Andrews), there are things--like the heating system and the combination washer-dryer--that we have to get used to again. But this house is conveniently located and generally well-maintained (the carpet needs to be cleaned or replaced, which we were told is on the agenda). It can accommodate five adults pretty comfortably, as long as no one minds sharing rather small bathing and toilet facilities. (Considering the age of the house, the way these facilities have been worked in is ingenious.)

Lovely Cottage

The cottage location was perfect the size worked well. The yard and sun room were great. Everything was clean and well maintained. A lovely cottage for a family vacation. To be excellent I would recommend that the amenities could be improved upon. There was a small tv in corner of living room this could use an update. Bathroom would benefit from starter kit of soap and small shampoo for guests for their first day. Since housekeeping is coming between guests, we should not have to strip beds.

Lovely historic house

Ideally located for visiting St Andrews and close to bus station. Very clean, attractively furnished and comfortable for 5 people to stay. Well-equipped kitchen and beautiful sunroom with well-curated collection of interesting and relevant books and reading material. Interestingly old house with all the helpful interior updates. We were very happy staying here.

Great location to explore St Andrews

We had a super stay in the house which is located so centrally that it is easy to explore St Andrews by foot. The accommodation is spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and the conservatory is an added bonus that can be used as a space to relax or eat. Parking wasn’t an issue for us as with a bit of patience spaces opened up in front of the house and there is always the back-up of paid parking nearby. The accommodation is managed by Fife Properties who were responsive, check-in and out was straight forward. We highly recommend this rental.

Cozy cottage

We were in town for our daughter’s graduation. The cottage was clean, cozy, and had everything that we needed. It is very close to all of the shops and restaurants in town. Would highly recommend!

My 3 adult sons and I spent a week here for a golfing trip! How was in a great location and was very, very clean! Terrific communication all the way through! Highly recommend staying here!

Felt like home away from home

We stayed here for 15 days and during our stay the place began to feel like home. We really loved the Conservatory and spent every morning there over coffee and catching up on the previous days activities. Loved the proximity to South and Market street for shopping and dining. Initially thought that on street parking was going to be problematic/difficult but wasn't an issue at all. Was able to find a spot in front of or near the house every day. Overall we loved our stay here and would highly recommend it.

Brilliant location

A short walk to City Centre, this property is well equipped for 4 adults. Small garden that gets Sun most of the day. Only negative is that the 2 toilets and ground floor shower room are very small.
