Om boendet

Surf Court 48 är en två sovrum, 2 1/2 badrum två våningar lägenhet med en ingångs marknivå ligger i South Forest Beach. Dessa lägenheter är ett slut enhet med en tilldelad parkeringsplats precis utanför dörren, liksom flera gästfläckar precis runt hörnet av lägenheten.
Bottenvåningen har blivit helt ombyggd år 2016 med tillägg av keramiska kakelgolv, rostfria vitvaror samt nya skåp och granitbänk i både köket och halvbaden. Hela lägenheten är nymålad och det finns ny mattor på trappan och på övervåningen sovrum och hall. Ett helt nytt HVAC-system installerades i april 2018.
De två sovrummen på andra våningen har eget badrum, samt garderober, en armoire och tv. Ett sovrum har en dubbelsäng, medan den andra har en drottning och en tvilling. Det finns också en bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet.
Förutom tv-sovrummen finns en stor platt-tv i vardagsrummet med tre HDMI-portar för att ansluta ett spel system. Lägenheten har kabel-tv och en DVD-spelare, liksom säker trådlöst internet.
Utanför dörren är en gated område för att hålla dina cyklar och solstolar. Tillgång till stranden ligger tvärs över gatan från framsidan av komplexet och det finns många asfalterade cykelvägar. Dessutom är rätt ner på gatan Van Der Meer tennis center. Utanför skjutbara glasdörrar i vardagsrummet finns en uteplats med bord, stolar och parasoll, samt tillgång till gården och den underbara poolen.
Surf Court ligger nära till restauranger och livsmedelsbutiker, och är också inom gångavstånd eller cykelavstånd till Coligny Plaza, som har restauranger och en mängd intressanta affärer.

Spring Break Getaway

Cozy condo vibe within walking distance to the beach- so close even our toddlers could do it. The layout was perfect for our family and we hope to stay here again soon.

Perfect vacation getaway

This was the perfect home for our week at the beach with childhood friends. The amenities and location for the price were unbeatable, and the host was very quick and gracious with answering my questions. Hope to stay here again in the future!

The location was great. Close to activities, restaurants and a straight short walk to the beach.

First time we have used VRBO. It went Smooth and when I called them with a question, they were very helpful providing us with confidence. We will use VRBO again.

Surf Court is place to stay

We spent a month and had a wonderful stay. Walking distance to the beach (beach cart provided to make the trip easier) and Coligny Plaza. Unit is well stocked and comfortable. Short drive to excellent restaurants. Rent bikes and bikes colors Island. Highly recommended Nick is great host.

Terrific location, beautiful property!

Great location near Coligny Beach, easy walk to the beach, plenty of great restaurants nearby. Duplex was clean, roomy and well appointed, cheerfully decorated. Quiet corner unit, parking at front door was super convenient. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect Vacation Getaway

My family has stayed at Hilton Head numerous times with intent to buy our own vacation spot. I was very interested in trying out Surf Court due to its location and friendliness. I would say, from our multiple stays on HHI, this location was by far our favorite. It worked perfectly for our family and had everything we could have wanted.

Is this the real life? Is this a fantasy?!

We had a dream vacation here at Surf Court 48! Flawless check in process, spacious and well-stocked unit to enjoy family time. We got groceries the first night, and enjoyed Coligny Beach and plazas (9 minute power walk) every.single.day. The only reason we got into our car at all was to go on a dolphin cruise. I highly recommend this host and just might be back next year, if not sooner! We were really sad to go back to our "real life" in the Buckeye State, but eternally grateful for this space and all the extremely friendly people we met. Thank you so much for the opportunity to borrow your home for a bit!

Comfortable stay

We enjoyed staying at this location. Definitely would book again. This home is located walking distance of the beach. Mr.Bedway communicated promptly leading into our stay. Loved that the home had plenty of space for our family. The kitchen had all the appliances that you would need. The home was clean upon arrival. There are plenty of activities and food near by.

Great experience.

The property was easy to find and close to the beach. The place was clean, comfortable and welcoming. The online pictures and descriptions of the rental were accurate. Nick, the owner, was very responsive, pleasant and helpful. We hope to rent from him again.

Much needed vacation

Unit was as advertised and locale was perfect in that it was so close to the shops, park and beach. An added bonus was the quiet experience while having all the above amenities in a short walk/cycle. Nick was very quick on communication and details. I would recommend and stay here again for future trips.

Super convenient

Great location. Just walk down parking lot, cross street and thru another parking lot and you are on the beach walk. 5 min walk. Also easy walk or bike ride to shops and restaurants.

Convenient, clean and comfy!

This condo was just what we needed! Not only was it a short walk to the beach and shops/restaurants, it was clean, well stocked, and had comfortable seating and beds. It was also very nice to have the use of beach gear and a place to store our son's bike! Also, Nick was great at communicating what we needed to know to get settled in and enjoy the island. Would definitely stay here again!

Great stay!

If your looking for a vac. rental in Hilton head this is it ! So close to the beach short few min walk and super close to stores and restaurants. The bed set up was wonderful and the pool was super clean. Great communication from host !

Labor Day Weekend

Stayed here for Labor Day with my boyfriend, two friends, and my friends baby. The walk to the beach was so convenient and easy. There was enough space for us to hangout and sleep. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed to cook and be comfortable. Very happy with the overall stay, and the price was super affordable.

Wonderful condo !

Beautiful condo!!! Our family loved every aspect of the property! Clean, loved the beach decor, perfect location, kitchen was fully stocked to cook during our stay. The bedrooms were very roomy and my kiddos loved having their own beds. Corner location gave us so much privacy and such a short walk to the beach!!! Not to mention how much we loved the private court yard and pool access. I would most definitely recommend this condo

The property was well maintained, and updated except for upstairs bathrooms. Kitchen was well stocked. Nice pool on site. Short walk to the beach. It was overall a great place at a great location.

We have been vacationing in Hilton Head for more than 20 years and have stayed in Surf Court for most of those visits. We decided in 2015 to buy a condo in the complex.

Varför värden valde detta boende

We have always come back to Surf Court because of its location- the wonderful beach is right across the street and then a short walk on a sidewalk/wooden path, and we're close to so many restaurants and shops. Plus the pool is great!
