Denna lÀgenhet ligger mittemot basomrÄdet Park City Mountain Village. Det ligger nÀra restauranger och restauranger, familjevÀnliga aktiviteter och nattliv och har fantastisk utsikt över skidbackarna i Park City. Den ligger precis vid bussrutten (hÄllplatsen Àr precis utanför). Inuti Àr lÀgenheten ren, mysig och vÀl underhÄllen. Definitivt ett fynd! Det Àr bra för par, soloÀventyrare, affÀrsresenÀrer och familjer (med barn).

Sovrummet har en bekvÀm dubbelsÀng och sÀngklÀder av god kvalitet. Det finns ocksÄ en bÀddsoffa i queen-size i vardagsrummet, vilket gör detta bra för ett par eller en liten familj. Köket Àr fullt utrustat för dina gourmetbehov, Àven om det finns mÄnga matalternativ och en full mataffÀr i nÀrheten, sÄ du kommer inte att bli kort.

Det finns en gemensam badtunna pÄ plats pÄ vintern, dÀr du kan koppla av och varva ner efter en dag med aktivitet! Delad tvÀttmöjlighet finns ocksÄ pÄ bottenvÄningen i byggnaden.

We had a wonderful time.

Everything was great. I was constantly surprised with finding everything anyone would possibly need and the perfect attention to details at the condo. It was immaculately clean Down to the drawers in the kitchen and the bedroom. The beds were very comfortable and the towels and linens of good quality. Our only negative was the stair climb with our luggage but we managed as we are healthy late seventy year old individuals.

Location location location!

We had a wonderful stay here (Sunday - Thursday) for four of us, skiing at Park City and and enjoying the town. The property is in a fabulous location, very easy to walk to and from the ski lifts (First Time and Eagle lifts are a straight shot from the condo and Crescent and PayDay lifts are just a few minutes beyond that.). We really appreciated the well stocked kitchen and easy garage parking below. The beds and bedding were SUPER comfortable. One small tip - bring slippers if you are staying in the lower level bedrooms in the winter as the floors get very chilly down there! Communication was fantastic from start to finish. All in all, a wonderful stay!

Prime location

We found the property perfect for our weekend skiing. Easy access to the bus stop, super close to a convenience store, and great parking options. We really enjoyed the fireplace and well-stocked kitchen for our evenings and breakfast. Highly recommend!

Excellent spot for couples

Great location to Park City Mountain. Loved the hot tub and proximity to the grocery store. My wife and I really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again. Kitchen was fully stocked and we loved our time here.

Powder Point

Powder Point condo was an excellent choice for our 4 day ski trip to Park City. The location, at the foot of the mountain, was incredible. The unit was clean and had all the necessary amenities and our VRBO mgr was extremely communicative. Would definitely return.

Perfect stay

My 12 year old daughter and I had an incredible stay/ski cation in Park City, 2/17/23-2/22/23. The apartment we rented was the most ideal - incredible location, literally across the street from the base of the mountain with quick, easy access to five separate ski lifts, and the free city bus line which runs frequently and gets you to Main Street for shopping, food, etc. The apartment itself was incredibly clean, well stocked (towels, blankets, kitchen utensils), comfy bed, quiet and cozy. Literally everything you need for a great vacation! Susie is a terrific resource and a very responsive and helpful host. Can’t see enough positive things about this rental and Susie. Book it, you won’t be sorry!

Wonderful stay

The place is well renovated and has sufficient space for two people. It’s only 5-10mins walk away from the lift. Susie, the property manager, is very helpful and took good care of our stay.

A Truly Superb One-Month Stay!

This was not my first time visiting Park City but was indeed my longest stay there. I enjoyed it so much! From before arriving until the end of my stay, my Mountainside Treasures contact, Susie, was absolutely wonderful & helpful - every step of the way. The location is excellent, just a few blocks to a Starbucks and Fresh Market to the north and a few more blocks south to the main downtown area. Every morning I woke up to the beautiful sight of one of the local mountains and could readily hike up there too. Both Park City and my suite were super nice places for my extended stay!

Real Fireplace!... Easy access to slopes and bus

If you love wood burning fireplaces especially after skiing as we do, this is for you! Plenty of nice burning, seasoned firewood was provided right on the deck. We did have to buy fire starters at the grocery store but that was easy. There are stairs but we rented skis and a locker at Jakes Rentals so it was not a problem. Nice deck to enjoy aprĂšs skiing - it was warm and sunny in the first week of March so it was very enjoyable to enjoy a cocktail in the sunshine on the deck. Nice location with bus stops in either direction very close by. We walked to the slopes but you could catch the bus to the Canyons or Deer Valley if you wanted. Sometimes we walked to Park City downtown, other times we took the bus. We like to cook some nights and there was a small but good selection of spices and cook ware. In my opinion this would be tight for 4 adults but for the two of us it was great. Susie is very responsive to questions and provided a number of helpful emails.

Perfect ski trip to Park 'City

This is a fantastic location for both the 9 minute bus to deer valley resort and short walk across the street to Park City Resort. Although the bus stop is a short 1/2 block walk, we often walked to downtown which took about 18 minutes. Bus runs every 7 minutes or so. Susie, the host was great. She was very complete and responsive. She certainly makes it easy to check in and out. The information about the place is very accurate and the condo was clean and kitchen very well stocked. There is no dining table but ample counter for relaxing eating. The fire wood was outstanding to burn and added a nice touch for our eat in nights. The unit is two floors up stairs. The hot tub was popular after skiing and nice to meet others from out of town. Would definitely stay again and recommend for a simple get away.

Perfect Location

The condo was clean, well appointed and comfortable. The location was fabulous, directly across the street from the mountain and lifts. The upstairs neighbors may have been a family of tap dancing elephants, but they quieted down at night. Not sure if they are permanent residents or temporary guests. Even with that, we wouldn't stay anywhere else with two people. Any more than that and it would have been crowded. Lovely!

Perfect Location!

This condo is centrally located between Park City Mountain Resort and Park Ave (within 1/2 mile or less to grocery shopping). The proximity to the lifts make you feel like you're on the resort property. The decor is updated and very comfortable. The patio was stocked with plenty of firewood. Susie was a great host and provided lots of useful tips. The only con was the noise coming from the unit above. We were unfortunate to have what appeared to be a toddler running constantly above us. Despite that, I would still recommend this unit. It was a great price for the location and size.

Good location but disturbed by group staying above us

Location and setup of unit is as advertised and we found it comfortable and very convenient for skiing Park City. But when a rowdy group of (young?) men moved in above us, our peace and quiet ended. With the loud music, loud voices and crashing about from late afternoon until after midnight, it was not pleasant to say the least. Manager was responsive but the suggestions were to confront them or call the police, neither option was appealing. The lack of rules for the building on noise limits and courtesy did not help the situation. Check first to see if the building has instituted a noise policy. If they have then I can recommend the unit.

I am British born and bred and moved to the east coast US in 2005. I passionately skied for several years with my 4 children, in Jay Peak, Vermont, but after visiting Utah a couple of times, made the move to Park City in 2012. We adore the life here, summer and winter. Utah is a mecca for outdoor enthusiasts and I am delighted to be able to share some of my family's passion with our guests. We would love to give recommendations of favorite places to visit, places to ski, places to bike and hike. We'd love to hear your stories too. As relative newcomers to Park City we are always exploring and constantly enjoying the discovery of new places and things to see and do.
