The place was very clean and Rhonda was very helpful in the pre-check in process. Everything described on the VRBO website was accurate and we really enjoyed our time there. I would recommend this place to anyone.

The house was wonderful, kitchen is on the lower level making it accessible to early risers. The oak trees provided welcome shade after sitting in the sun by the water. The tap water is fine, however, bring bottled water for coffee. There are games and toys for kids and plenty of adult space. Our host was very accommodating and accessible.

This home was absolutely perfect for our family getaway. With five adults and two toddlers, there was plenty of space. The kitchen was well equipped and the home was very clean. My sister and I enjoy bass fishing and caught many here…with two of them being very large. I would highly recommend staying here and we definitely will be returning.

Loved staying here with our teenage grandchildren. They loved the kayaks and fishing. Having the pontoon rental was a great bonus! Plenty of room for everyone and so peaceful! WiFi is great for being so remote. I was able to work right from the kitchen table with no Internet issues at all. Rhonda was a great host and quick to reply to any messages. Definitely coming back and will spend more time on the lake with the pontoon next time!

Lake is a private lake & only connects to one other lake. If your boat is on a trailer, then there is no boat launch to unload it into the water, even though the listing says there is.

This was our 3rd stay here as we've been up for Hillsdale College Fall break, parents weekend and now graduation weekend. Great spot away from town and let's you and your student truly relax!! Love taking the kayaks out on the water and having bonfires at night! Plenty of room for EVERYONE and the dog! Plenty of cooking utensils and place settings. Rhonda is great to work with and is an excellent communicator! Highly recommend booking this place!

Nice getaway house for fishing and boating on the lake . Location is lovely right on the lake and having access to the pontoon boat made the trip perfect .

The cottage is roomy. Good for families to spread out. It's quiet. Dogs are welcome on the family vacation. Pontoon and kayaks were fun to use.

Relaxing get away

We have been meeting our friends here the last few years and have always had a fun and relaxing time. The area is quiet and the fishing is always fun!

Lakeside Stay

We throughly enjoyed our stay. One of our family members was getting married at the Hermitage Hills Estate and it was a perfect location for this since there are no hotels close.

The lake house was clean and cozy for our stay over the Christmas holidays.

The beds were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked and it was a great gathering place for our large family over the holidays. Rhonda was great, we would rent again.
