Bear Hollow erbjuder ett hus med tre sovrum inbäddat på en tunn tunn gräsplan med utsikt över Great Smoky Mountains. Det är perfekt för familjen eller vänner att komma bort till bergen för helgen, en vecka eller längre. Med utrymme för att sträcka benen och ett däck för att njuta av naturen måste du påminna dig själv om att parken väntar!

Tre sovrum, två badrum, rymligt kök, vardagsrum, matplats, tvättstuga i full storlek, stor gård, däck med 10-personers badtunna och täckt parkering för två fordon plus en uppfart för extra bilar.

Bonus: inga snodiga, slingrande, branta vägar för att komma till huset!

Bear Hollow ligger utanför East Parkway (Hwy 321) mindre än en mil från centrala Gatlinburg. Det är tre sovrum och öppet koncept kök, matsal och vardagsrum är perfekt för familjesammanträden.

VARDAGSRUM
Vardagsrummet har en vedeldad spis, platt-TV, Blu-Ray DVD-spelare, kabel och gratis WIFI. Den stora snitt soffan har en drottning bäddsoffa inom.

KÖK
Köket är fullt utrustat med krukor / kastruller, diskar, koppar och bestick. Det finns en spis, kylskåp i full storlek, mikrovågsugn, kaffekanna, brödrost och mixer. Det angränsande tvättstugan har en tvättmaskin och torktumlare i full storlek.

Utomhusområdet
Däck har en 7-personers badtunna och en sittgrupp utomhus som rymmer 12 vid bordet med extra sittplatser för att slappa av och njuta av utsikten över bergen. Det finns en kolgrill i parkstil för din matlagning utomhus.

Sovrum 1 är utrustat med en king size-säng, byrå, TV med kabel och Blu-Ray DVD-spelare. Det finns också en dubbel garderob. Det bifogade badrummet erbjuder en enda fåfänga och duschkabin.

Great getaway with our famiky

We really enjoyed staying at Bear Cove. The owners were friendly and helpful. The stay was perfect for our family. The home was beautiful, with everything that we needed to enjoy the Smokies

Clean, comfortable and great location!

We stayed for 3 nights to celebrate my husband’s birthday. The house was just as expected. We loved that there was a grocery store just a couple of minutes away. The host had extras that we don’t typically find in rentals including laundry detergent, coffee pods and grounds, sugar and hand soap in all bathrooms. There were plenty of towels for showers and the hot tub. We would definitely stay here again.

Short but GREAT stay

The house was exactly what we expected when we arrived. It was clean, spacious, close to a few restaurants and a short walk to the trolley stop. We will definitely stay here again.

Great Home away from Home

This is a wonderful place to stay in Gatlinburg! The large front yard, patio area, and the home its self met all our needs for us, our children and grandchildren. Its location is close to Gatlinburg, but feels like you are in the country. I would recommend highly.

Good Stay

Bear Hollow was clean and had just about everything we needed. It was a bit away from the downtown area so we did have to drive and park for the Aquarium and other visits. Not a big issue but closer would have been nice. The price was very affordable compared to other listings and Lynn was very responsive and helpful with communication. We had four adults, four kids (3,4,5,6) and one infant and had plenty of room. A bear took a nap on the hot tub in the middle of the night and Lynn sent us a snap of the camera. The kids loved it! Great spot if you want somewhere a little quieter to relax with family.

Every thing good

From the beginning to the end we enjoyed this house the only thing they can improve is the sliding door in hallway bathroom to me I need more privacy other than that everything was great

Great location and property

This property was perfect for our family. The master bed was so comfortable and the kids loved the bunk beds. The house is nicely done and even decorated for the holidays, which was a nice surprise. The hot tub was a perfect ending to our days. The house feels secluded, but is within a mile of the main Gatlinburg area or go the back way and miss the traffic and head towards Pigeon Forge. Only negative at all was the dishwasher was broke during our stay. We would definitely book again.

Cozy home in the ourskirts of Gatlinburg

This home was so comfortable and had a cozy atmosphere. It fit my family perfectly and we even got to see bears. I look forward to re-booking this home the next time we head go Gatlinburg.

Great Smoky Mountain Long Weekend

Perfect for our family of 6. Good location. Most comfortable beds ever. Nice selection of kitchen stuff especially kuerig/coffee maker. Just bring your suitcases and whatever food you want & you’re good to go. Toilet in master bath needs to be bolted down better only issue. Granddaughters we’re looking for more kid/family DVD’s. They were so excited when a bear walked thru front yard! Would definitely stay at Bear Hollow again!👍

Peaceful retreat

We absolutely loved this place! Close enough to the city but far enough away to have peace and quiet. The fireflies were an amazing site each night too! The house is spacious and had everything you could need. It made our kids feel right at home and even had a few DVDs and games. Everything was conveniently located near the property location and though we had a vehicle, the trolley stop is within a half mile of walking, along with a few nearby restaurants, grocery, and a great donut/dessert place. A plus for us was that we traveled by RV and the driveway had plenty of space for us to park it and use the rental Jeep we acquired to get around. Nice quiet, peaceful, end of the street location with a huge property yard space for kids to run around outside while grilling and relaxing! I would definitely stay here again if we return to Gatlinburg! Owner was great on communication and to respond to our questions.

Close to Gatlinburg and easy to get to

very nice property minutes from the main action strip of Gatlinburg. Large enough for our family and had everything we needed. Bonus was that it wasn't a lot of mountain roads to get to.

Excellent stay

We were very impressed with the property and will be staying there if we come to Gatlinburg again! Overall great communication with property owners and maintenance man. Home was beautiful, clean and our family enjoyed the hot tub.

Fun Vacation

We had a great time staying here. There were 7 of us, and there was plenty of room to move around. Lynn was prompt in responding to our questions. Just be careful about bears romping the neighborhood. We saw a mama and baby bear walking across the front yard. A little excitement there. Overall, it was a great place to stay while in Gatlinburg.

The house was perfect for our extended family as we were having a day of hiking in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. It easily slept all nine of us!

A fun weekend!

We had a nice weekend. We enjoyed the hot tub. The house was the perfect size for us. We enjoyed being able to make some of our own snacks and meals. Everything was clean and comfortable.

Bear Hollow offers a cozy and affordable vacation rental to families - especially families with children. Having 12 grandchildren ourselves, it's important to us that our home is inviting to the smallest of mountaineers and accommodating for family togetherness.

Our grown children even bring their friends and stay together in the house. Sleeping 10, it perfectly holds two adult couples and a gaggle of children. With a large front yard, it's a great place to let kids run free while you sit on the deck, sip coffee, and admire Mt. LeConte.

Bear Hollow is fantastically located in Gatlinburg. Just a short drive to downtown, to the park entrance, to the grocery store and to the historic arts & crafts trail. The more adventurous among you can even make a 5 minute stroll to the restaurants at the foot of the mountain (Little House of Pancakes, LeConte Tappas & Grill and Alamo Steakhouse) or a 15 minute walk into downtown.
