Denna vackra stranden hem ligger i delstaten Biscayne. Stora vyer, bra läge och gott om rum. Rymmer upp till 16 i 4 kungar och 4 queen size-sängar. Detta exklusiva privata gated community ligger halvvägs mellan färjan och Crystal Beach.

Detta hem ligger i den mest önskvärda och hetaste platsen på halvön. Det är omgivet av lyxiga hem på en lugn och familjevänlig strand. Bara luta dig tillbaka och slappna av på däck eller njut av den fantastiska utsikten i komforten av luftkonditionering i detta öppna koncept hem.

Rymmer upp till 16 personer bekvämt, i sängar. Nedervåningen har två sovrum med en king size-säng och ett eget badrum i varje. På övervåningen finns fyra rum och delar ett badrum. Två rum med king size-säng och tillgång till övre däck. De andra två har 2 drottningar i vardera. Pulverrummet ligger på bottenvåningen. Stranden duschrummet är på bottenvåningen och det har varmt vatten.

Great Weekend Stay

We loved hanging out here. Girls trip (The VIVA Godsisters) came in celebration of a Platinum Jubilee Birthday. This spot was just what we needed...relaxation....downtime and great company. We had every cooking tool or appliance needed as well as sufficient towels and appropriate bedding. Additionally, the host was very courteous and responded quickly to any requests. We are looking forward to another stay here :-)

Great family vacation

We heard several times that this house was the best location and layout from our grown children. They had bedrooms upstairs for their children who were able to sleep while we played games downstairs. Great beach - quiet, hardly any fellow beachcombers. Our first time to visit TX beach was a great success!

Amazing for big groups

We have stayed in a lot of rentals with a large group over the years. This place was the best we have stayed at before. There was plenty of room to eat and lounge. It didn’t feel cramped. The beach was close and really kid friendly. Shallow and warm water. We spent hours at the beach. The house was clean and well stocked with pans. The house was as pictured and better than we could have hoped for. We will definitely be back!!!

Family Time

Nice quiet neighborhood. Great beach access. Home was large and had a great layout downstairs so everyone could be together but not crowded. Kitchen could use some more appliances such as air fryer and bowels with lids for leftovers as we cooked every meal. If you are staying for several days bring extra kitchen trash bags and paper towels.Not a very child friendly home as upper deck had no safety gates and no games for the kids to play. No pack-n-play or high chair.Overall it was a great vacation because the weather was perfect and we were together as a family.

Perfect Beach House Weekend!

We spent thanksgiving at the beach as a big family. The listing was perfect, lots of space for young kids to run around. We cooked, ate, explored, and it was wonderful. Thanks to the Hecklers for having us!

Great House and Location

We had a relaxing week all the way around! Nice private neighborhood, quiet with beach access. House was roomy and comfortable and provided all the creature comforts we needed. Communication was great with the homeowner and they kept us well informed of status of the power and condition after the hurricane leading up to our arrival.

Home away from home

Great stay, This house was perfect for our family of 14, located in a great gated community. Great access to beach through the golf cart ramp, (we had atvs and utvs that fit as well. This house was perfectly suited for anyone coming for the week.

Beautiful home with fantastic ocean view!

AMAZING!

This was our 2nd time to stay at this property and it won’t be our last. We had 14 people in our group and there was plenty of room for everyone. The house was stocked with everything we needed. The communication with the owner was great, he even called to make sure we got all of the information to check in. Getting to the beach was easy, we did rent golf carts but also walked a couple of times. We can’t wait to go back!

Great holiday beach vacation

We celebrated a belated Christmas with our family of 9 (3 kids ages 4, 6, and 7). The house and location were perfect for our celebration. We enjoyed the many bedrooms, the large open family room for gathering, meals, games and opening presents. All with spectacular views. It was an easy walk to the beach and most often had it all to ourselves. We would definitely like to return!
