VÄrt mysiga hem erbjuder ett avkopplande utrymme för familjer med barn eller vÀnner som söker en varm miljö för att tillbringa tid tillsammans. BelÀget bara 3 miles frÄn A & M campus, Àr vi ett bra alternativ för spel dag helger eller en retrÀtt med vÀnner.

VÄr 2100 kvadratmeter hem erbjuder gott om gemensamma utrymmen, inklusive ett gott vardagsrum, matsal, separat frukostbordskrog, halv bad och lekrum nere. De 3 sovrummen och 2 badrummen erbjuder gott om utrymme för en mÀngd olika sovmöjligheter. Det stora sovrummet har en king size-sÀng och bifogad master badrum. Det andra sovrummet har en drottning. Det tredje sovrummet har dubbla vÄningssÀngar, en spjÀlsÀng och plats för en extra luftmadrass (eller 2). Soffan Àr ocksÄ mycket comfy ocksÄ. :)

Köket Àr fullt utrustat med apparater som en kaffebryggare, ninja-mixer, Breville juicepress, Breville Brödrost ugn, Kitchen Aide stand mixer, etc. Du fÄr full tillgÄng till vÄrt hem och vi Àr tillgÀngliga för att hjÀlpa till med allt under din vistelse!

Graduation Stay

Great home to stay in for Texas A&M graduation. We had everything we needed for our stay and the location was perfect. The flowers and snacks were very much appreciated . We look forward to staying here again next year!!!

Celebration of Aggie Ring and 21st Bday

Celebrating our youngest turning 21 and receiving her Aggie ring. Wanted a nice home with backyard for festivities and this home hit it out of the ballpark, We had 4 adults and 1 child staying in home, but 30 guests, including several children for Celebration. The home is nestled in a quiet neighborhood, at the end of a cul-de-sac, plenty of large trees for shade and backs up to a greenbelt. Plenty of space to set up tables and no ugly fence to look at. House has plenty of space. Super comfy beds. The hosts even had a cute "WELCOME PKG" on our arrival. Communication with hosts was phenomenal. Answered our requests promptly and fulfilled each one. It was the PERFECT home for us to CELEBRATE our daughter's achievements and made it feel like home (which for college kids is important).

Wonderful spot to stay—convenient to campus!!

We had the best time! The house was perfect for our family and friends. It had everything we needed, and it was so easy to get back and forth to campus so that our little ones could rest during the day before the game. Great location and neighborhood; we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend, especially for families with children!

Perfect for TA&M football game weekend

The house was EXACTLY how it looks on the online posting. VERY short uber ride to campus. Plenty of space for air mattress if you need more beds...Will try to rent again next time i come to College Station. Highly recommend.

Our stay!

Overall our stay was nice. It was evident that someone lives there with clothes and mattresses shoved in closets/drawers. Dirty sock left behind bedroom door. Flowers in a vase upon arrival are nice but not when they're dead! Appliances worked but oven obiviously needed to be cleaned as it was quite smokey when we used it. House is in a peaceful neighboorhood and overall served our purposes well.

Ring and Family Weekend

This house was perfect for our daughter and her friends Ring celebration and party afterwards. Lots of space in the backyard and had everything we needed inside. Host we very responsive and accommodating. Will definitely look to stay here in the future.

Perfect Property for a weekend in B/CS

House was clean and the setting feels very secluded even though you are in a subdivision. Owners were very courteous and the home was clean. Only small thing I would note is there is only 1 TV in the house located in the master bedroom. We went out to watch a football game so it worked well for us. It was actually kind of nice not to have a TV on! We would stay here again.

Great location for Aggieland activity

Location was great to a weekend of family fun and Aggie football. Home had everything you needed, beautiful backyard to visit outside. Plenty of room for our 2 families.

Great Gameday Stay

Everything about the home was perfect and exactly as they had advertised. Nice and quiet home on the end of a culdesac. The owners were easy to work with and very accommodating. I will be staying here again the next time I need a rental in Bryan/College Station.

I am Texas Aggie class of '10. My husband and I are locals and have enjoyed growing up and raising our family in the Bryan/College Station area.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

The neighborhood is quiet and tucked away from the bustle and noise of the city, and yet so close to all the action. Benefit from the retreat like atmosphere, all while maintaining proximity to the University (hello football games) restaurants and nightlife.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

We love out cozy home! The common space is large enough to entertain many people and we are always hosting and having people over. My personal favorite is our living room, which boasts large windows that let in lots of natural sunlight throughout the day!
