We loved feeling like a local by staying in this walkable community- very convenient to the nearby arts district. The townhome had all modern conveniences, very comfortable beds with soft sheets and plump pillows, decorated and updated in a hip urban style!

Very nice unit within walking distance to High Street! And also within 5-10 minutes to the fairgrounds. Check in process was very easy and our host was super responsive. It’s pet friendly with a fenced backyard so especially nice for our dogs. The unit was clean, nicely decorated and had all the needed supplies in the kitchen. The only caution would be the unit would not be good for those with mobility issues given the number of stairs.

Located close to campus and Short North

Outstanding place! Everything was very well done! Nicely restored older building, with everything updated. Off street parking is great to have in this area of town. Reasonable walking distance to HighSt. It is a cozy place and it is surprisingly quite considering the urban location.

Great Place with Old Columbus Charm

This house was quaint and clean. Great location for Ohio State student move-in. Central to campus, good food and downtown. Only issue was speed racers with loud cars late Friday and Saturday night. Management was nice and responsive.

We were in town for my son’s football tournament at the OSU stadium. The house clean, welcoming and exactly like the pictures. The communication with the owner was great. They responded quickly and checked it on us daily. We felt at home and would stay again.

2/10 Väldigt dåligt

The house was dirty, unkept and smelled of mold that increased in the night when we turned down the ac. Plus- broken ottoman propped up on wall, broken “white noise machine”, screws coming out of walls, filthy shelves for dingy towels, overgrown yard and broken fence and gate. Management just gave us the code to check out and did not help. Left early- awful experience!

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear the property was not a good fit for your stay. This visit took place very early in the spring season while outdoor cleanup and maintenance tasks were actively underway, including repairs to the gate area, which may have impacted your first impression upon arrival. We take cleanliness and maintenance concerns very seriously. During your stay, the only issue reported to us was a concern about a possible odor, which we promptly checked and were unable to verify or find signs of mold. We also addressed the white noise machine concern during your stay. While we understand every guest’s preferences and expectations are different, we always encourage guests to contact us immediately if they feel a property is not meeting their needs so we can work toward a resolution in real time. We appreciate the feedback and will continue making improvements for future guests. -Rowe House Rentals Team
