Very spacious apartment, well laid out. Plenty of room for a grown up family of six. Well equipped with appliances all working properly. Location was perfect, very close to the beach with a lovely view at the end of the enormous balcony.

Great location, very central Spacious apartment, great balcony with views to hills and sea Very short walk to swim Any problem was dealt with that day (broken shower hose) A great spot in a beautiful area of Majorca. Address details and access instructions, did not state which apartment only the building address easily resolved by phone call, despite being evening time. We had a great stay and would book again if coming back

Perfect location lovely apartment

It was the perfect apartment for my elderly parents to get to the beach, shops, restaurants. The apartment is lovely, clean and the welcome pack was a great addition. The only thing I would say is the showers could be updated, or even given new shower heads? But otherwise it was a great second stay for us !

Amazing property

So the apartment is 5 star, there was 2 of us and a 3 year old. Location is perfect for been near shops, bars, restaurants and the location has a lift which is a lifesaver. The property is well equipped with all that we needed, tv a tad small for the size of the room but the netflix and disney was great for our little one. Only downfall we didn't think of was the balcony with our child, but the doors were lockable. I absolutely loved sitting out on the balcony every morning, seeing the harbour and on the other side the mountains. Re the location yes there are bars with noise but don't book a central location and moan about noise....the communal front door does bang when u get an inconsiderate resident but no biggi. The only other thing to know is that there is a bin man emptying bins most mornings, again it comes with been in the centre. But we loved it as we could go to the beach every morning, and be back to our apartment within minutes. I will be booking this place again as i felt very cosy and safe.

The keys were easily found in the key safe. However the apartment number is not written on the tag or in the arrival information. We had to work out it was actually 3C. The Air Con in bedroom 3 was smelly. This was reported on the first day. Somebody did come to look at it, but it was still smelly. We had to turn it off and use the fan. In the house rules ....keep noise to a minimum. Well, its on a very ,very noisy corner. The noise from the local bars was disturbing until the early hours...every night. The occupants in the above apartment...it sounded like they were moving furniture every night, and kept their dog barking.They obviously did not read the house rules. Facilities OK, good kitchen and plenty of crockery. The bathrooms need modernising, with a modern shower. The bottom of the bath is very slippery. No on street parking nearby. 10 minute walk to the nearest car park. Overall considering the cost of the rental for a week and the noise disturbances, we were not particularly impressed at all.

Good location but noisy at night

Very spacious well equipped and clean 3 bed apartment. Lack of a folder with important information. Outside street door very tempermental and after a couple of days would not close at all! Whilst main bed that faces Hotel Daina is on a pedestrian street, bedroom 2 is on a road and ipposite a very noisy Irish bar. It kept one of our party awake until around 2am most nights. Having said that if it was just 2 of us we would stay again as right on the doorstop of lots of great restaurants, the beach, marina and Pine Walk. Very well equipped inside and nice welcome touches for the kitchen.

Excellent property in ideal location

Lovely welcome hamper on arrival included bread, cheese, butter, eggs, tea, coffee, water, wine and some cleaning products to get us started. The property was excellent and included everything we needed including some spare beach towels and beach equipment in the outside cupboard. We left some beach chairs/umberellas behind also. The only problem we had was with the washing machine, it was faulty and didn’t spin clothes or even wash them clean. We tried several settings and also two different detergents. We ended up hand washing as we were there for 2 weeks. I did email the agent but the problem was not resolved before we left. Hopefully it will be fixed before the next visitors arrive. Would stay at this apartment again.

Perfect location

Great apartment, near to everything, beach shops, restaurant etc Nice apartment, particularly loved the welcome food pack a really nice touch. Only downside, could be a bit noisy at night.

Fantastic family holiday

Wonderful apartment situated at the beginning of the pine walk and just down from the main square. Views from the large wrap around balcony to the beach, sea and harbour plus the mountains and towards the square. Perfect layout for our family with 3 grown up children, it is exactly as the photos. Kitchen well equipped and appreciated the welcome pack on arrival of all essentials, bread, milk, eggs etc All in all a perfect apartment in the perfect location.

Fantastic, huge apartment in a great location a few metres from the beach and restaurants. Very clean and well equipped with everything you need and , very importantly , big comfortable beds! Highly recommended.
