We had a wonderful week in this house. Suzanne was very easy to communicate with. The house is very clean and weak stocked. We loved floating on the rafts in the pool.

We loved it at this VRBO. It is neat, clean and has everything you need for a pleasant relaxing stay. Close to town, theaters, grocery stores etc. The pool is lovely too.

A beautiful home in a great location

Our stay at Delray Beach was a wonderful experience…Suzanne makes you feel welcome and comfortable in her gorgeous home. It’s spotlessly clean, has everything you could possibly need and the backyard is perfect for a week of relaxing. The location makes it easy to find the grocery store and to find your way around town. I would highly recommend this rental.

Fantastic Week

We were only at this property for a week, however they did not miss a beat! It was a wonderful neighborhood, house, and backyard! We didn’t have great weather, but that didn’t matter. Downtown Delray is wonderful and close. The home has been newly renovated and is lovely. The neighborhood is fantastic. The owners were wonderful. We cannot say enough positive things about our experience.

Great House

This house was extremely clean and tidy. Everything from kitchen items to pool toys was available and easy to find. The host was readily available to answer our questions and amenable to adding a highchair and pool barrier to accommodate a toddler. We so enjoyed our stay.

Great family spot

Was down in FL from NY visiting my parents who have a condo in Delray. Perfect house for my family of 4 and the grandparents to come over and hang by the pool, go into town, go to the beach and see the local sights. We will definitely rent again next year.

Charming Stay in Delray!

If you are looking for your own personal resort in Delray, this is the perfect spot! The heated pool, jacuzzi, putting greens and outdoor TV kept my family happy and entertained. Suzanne is a great, responsive host and the home is very well taken care of with all the amenities you need away from home. We enjoyed venturing out to Delray Beach and the local restaurants which were only a short drive away from the home. The town has a lot to offer and is very warm and welcoming. We truly enjoyed our stay!

Amazing beach house

We absolutely loved our time at this lovely Delray Beach home! The layout of the home is perfect as the master is a nice distance from the other rooms and the space is very quaint and allows for great family time! The pool is a great shape for swimming laps and it is awesome having the hot tub attached. The whole backyard is a tropical oasis, it is very private and quiet. It has to be the cleanest beach house we have ever rented. The kitchen is very well stocked and Suzanne was incredibly responsive. It was awesome to have access to beach towels, beach chairs and boogie boards too. We loved the putting course too. The outdoor kitchen with gas grill made meal prepping super easy. The beach and restaurants are about 10 minutes away. My only regret is that we should have stayed another week! Can’t wait to stay again in the future! Thanks Suzanne for everything!

Awesome stay!

We’ve been renting homes in Delray over the past several years and this was by far our favorite rental! The backyard is incredible. The house is very clean and has all the essentials you would need. We would definitely stay again!

Bit of Paradise

We loved this vacation VRBO. The location, (10 min. away from beach and downtown), the layout of the house, the updated kitchen and all the supplied appliances, beach chairs etc. The attentiveness of the owner to details and questions answered right away. We loved the heated pool and Jacuzzi which added to a very relaxing stay. We plan to return for sure. Thanks!

A month in paradise

We loved every minute of our 4 weeks in Delray. The house is beautiful, the outdoor space awesome and the location fantastic. Suzanne, our host, was incredibly responsive if we needed anything (which was rare). My only regret is that we didn't stay longer!

Paradise!

We loved our stay. The backyard is truly like being at a beautiful resort. The pool is large and clean and new and the grounds look like a resort. The pool gets sun all day which is great and there’s a covered area to provide dining and work in the shade. The house was exceptionally clean and well stocked. It was perfect for our family girls trip. The couches were comfortable and large with lots of seating and there were TVs in every room including outside! Highly recommend!

Perfect in every way!

My husband and I just spent 4 weeks in this charming house with its perfectly manicured tropical yard (with putting green) and lovely heated pool and jacuzzi. We hated to leave. The house was spotless when we arrived. The king size beds were very comfortable and the layout of the home perfect for a family or two couples. Because of COVID, we ate virtually all our meals in. The house was equipped with every item needed to cook and the house is located a bike ride from a farm market. The neighborhood is quiet with families walking their children or pets in the street. We wanted a place to ride our bikes and found it here — street after quiet street of beautiful houses, trees and flowers to admire. We rode our bikes to the beach, which was wide and not crowded. Finally, Suzanne immediately responded to the few questions that came up over the course of the month. I cannot imagine a more responsive host. It was a perfect stay.

Perfect Stay in Delray Beach

Our stay at the house was amazing. The house was perfect for our family of 4. The property owners were available if we needed anything. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. We rent homes every year in Florida and this was by far my favorite!! The backyard pool and hot tub area are absolutely beautiful. Th location to town was 5 minutes and the location is perfect. I hope to stay here again next year!

Perfect House

We stayed at Suzanne's house in Delray for 9 days, and it was perfect for our family of 5 (kids are 9, 6, 3.) From booking to check in to departure - working with Suzanne was really easy. She's very responsive and incredibly gracious. She was very understanding about our concerns about traveling during the Covid outbreak in FL, but in the end we decided to go and just isolate ourselves at the house. The house has two living areas - the main living room with comfy couches and big TV. The second is off the kitchen (the space is bigger than in photos) and is perfect for adults to have some space from kids. The couch is big and comfy. Every room has a smart TV. The pool was beautiful (nice, large rectangular shape -- not a weird kidney shape) with more than enough room for everyone to be on a float. Suzanne knew we were traveling with our 3 year old who can't swim, so she had the safety pool gate already up for us when we arrived! There's also a nice outdoor shower - very convenient for rinsing off. The covered patio is huge and has a fan which keeps mosquitoes away. The built in bbq and bar seating was great too. I just can't say enough about the home or the hosts - Suzanne even welcomed us to stay an extra day due to a cancellation! The house is well equipped with everything you need to feed at least a family of 5. Beds and towels felt new. Decor is very cute and bathrooms were very well done. Perfect house in normal times (so close to Atlantic Ave and the beach), but especially during Covid -- we felt very happy and safe just staying put and enjoying the house and pool! This is our private beach house that we will be renting out when we are not able to use it, it is not just a rental property. Everything in the home is nice, high-end, and brand new. We are looking for renters that will respect and enjoy this home as if it were their own home!

It is walking/biking distance to downtown Delray Beach and the ocean. The inside is just as nice with all new smart TVs in every room, a granite kitchen, & two brand new marble bathrooms!
