Thank you for a wonderful stay. The location and ground floor apartment was perfect for our family holiday. A highlight for me was how helpful and responsive the team were, no request was an inconvenience and everyone wanted us to have a great experience!

We had a fantastic stay, apartment was in a great location for accessing the pine walk and the beach with a shop and lovely cafe / restaurant close by. The apartment was immaculate and very well equipped including beach toys and books which my son loved! It felt very private and secure and we really enjoyed the garden at the front of the apartment, lots of beautiful flowers and space to relax in.

We absolutely loved our week in Puerto Pollensa. The accommodation is exactly (if not better!) than pictured and described on the listing. The space and amenities were perfect for our family of four (daughter 21, son 13) modern, very adequately equipped and spotlessly clean. The grounds around the complex are exceptionally well maintained. The pool is a good size and there are also natural ponds with frogs and terrapins which we enjoyed looking at. The mountainous views from the apartment and complex are also stunning. The complex also has a well stocked shop, cafe and bar which came in handy. The location is great. It's only a short stroll across the road to the Pine Walk and beaches and a leisurely 10 minute amble to the restaurants, shops and main centre of the resort. We would definitely recommend this apartment and resort and hope to return.

Perfect for families

We have just returned from our stay in this wonderful apartment and I couldn't recommend it highly enough. This is our 3rd time in Port de Pollensa and this is the best accommodation we have stated in. The apartment is pristine, spotless and full equipped with absolutely everything you need during your holiday. Best thing for us was the proximity to the pool which is literally 5 steps from the apartment door, great for the kids to be able to run in and out. It is also a very short stroll.to the beautuful pine walk. Throughly enjoyed our stay. We will be back!

Great apart but needs improvements

All-in-all, a great apartment in a fantastic complex that we've stayed in numerous times in varying apartments. Being ground floor is handy for popping straight to the pool and having a larger garden, but the downside (with all apartments here) is BBQs aren't allowed in all but the penthouses. Overall the apartment was good, but the mattresses are AWFUL and really let the stay down. We're all active, mid-30s, and were all waking up with aches and pains. Old, hard, and you can feel what few springs they have almost poking out into your back and sides. A few other small issues like the oven door not closing properly and one of the patio doors being faulty and I think it could do with some out-of-season maintenance. Can't fault the check-in or cleanliness but the company who service the apartment could do the decency of providing an ample amount of dishwasher tablets, bin bags and toilet roll. They provide 3 dishwasher tablets and 1 bin bag which for a week's stay when we're paying thousands of pounds just feels a bit scrimping. Surely they want you to keep the apartment as clean as possible. The location is fantastic - as with all apartments in Bellresguard - but we wouldn't stay in this one again until the mattresses are changed.

Amazing place and so well kitted out, we had a 10 month old and 2 year old with us and the apartment was perfect and had everything we needed. The location was perfect too and the local cafe/deli and shop are great. We can't wait to come back.

Great apartment, in a really lovely apartment block. Location is perfect, just off Pine Walk and near restaurant and Spar supermarket. The apartment complex has lovely grounds and large shared pool. Apartment itself is well designed, excellent air con and has everything you need.

Great location. We had been before to the same location but a different flat so we knew what to expect . It was really nice to have a ground floor flat as it has a nice big garden , which we haven’t had before. This made the holiday for us , we literally walked out the flat , 5 steps to the pool which was great for the kids. Also good to have WiFi which we have never had before either . Overall a great flat and would highly recommend . Maybe some cleaning products in the flat , bleach , anti bac spray , a few more washing machine pods . We could only get bbc news and bbc1, would have been nice to have been able to get a few other channels.

Perfect 2 weeks in Puerto Pollensa!

Great apartment in a perfect location just a few minutes from the pine walk. Plenty of room for a family with all the amenities you need for your holiday. Fantastic pool area, very safe for kids and plenty of shade when needed to keep out of the sun. We will definitely be booking again!
