Inspirerad av familj, vänskap och kärlek ... detta 1940 bondgård erbjuder en avkopplande och fredlig reträtt. Perfekt för stora grupper som reser tillsammans till närliggande turistattraktioner som Yosemite National Park. Chic konst / inredning pryder Interiören i hemmet, flödande vita gardiner och stort urval av böcker i hela hemmet kommer också att göra för en lugn romantisk semester för två.
Vid foten av Sierra Nevada, är gården en stor flykt från det liv och rörelse i stadslivet. Stora gated mycket, rymmer lätt flera fordon, RV, släpvagn eller båt parkering.
Det är gångavstånd till en gas station / mini mart för dessa sista minuten behov. Winery tvärs över gatan är en del av Madera Wine Trail och erbjuder vinprovning 7 dagar i veckan. Det finns en Yosemite Area Regional Transit plocka upp stopp 2 miles ner på gatan från huset. För $ 6 / person kan du få en åktur till Yosemite National Park Valley!
Gården har en stor matplats som rymmer upp till 12. Eller så kan du dra nytta av picknickbord på verandan och äta al'fresco som du tittar på solnedgången över Central Valley. Den djupa veranda erbjuder en bra plats att läsa en bok med ett glas vin på en regnig dag!
Sovrum # 1 har 2 våningssäng set (twin över full storlek sängar), som kan sova sex. Sovrum # 2 har en öppen garderob och har en dubbelsäng. Sovrum # 3 har 2 enkelsängar och leder in i det stora sovrummet som har en California king size-säng och sittgrupper.
Det finns en lekplats för yngre barn bakom huset och är inom synhåll från köket / matbord. Denna sida av fastigheten gör få vissa highway buller, hemmet är dock välisolerade och när inuti, är motorvägen buller inte ett problem. Den yttre västra sidan är avskärmad från det buller som gör att du kan njuta av verandan och utomhus matplats. Örnar häckar i närheten och kan ibland ses sväva över fältet väster om gården. Bara ytterligare ett skäl att dra fördel av veranda!
Gården ligger 15 minuter från Table Mountain Casino, Chuckchansi Gold Resort & Casino och Millerton Lake ,. Millerton Lake har flera rastplatser, där du kan njuta av fiske, bad, segling, eller gå stigen som sveper runt sjön.
En av fastighetsägarna arbetar i metall butik nära huset och är tillgänglig för alla frågor, funderingar du kan ha.
Vi har bra kontakter för i hemmet kockens, mobil massör, ​​limo / båt / jet ski / uthyrning, i hemsjukvård etc. Vi ser fram emot att hjälpa dig att göra det mesta av din semester!

Beautiful farmhouse!!

Our stay was more than expected. Clean and relaxing. The view from the porch was amazing. Loved seeing the cows and rabbits. The whole family had a great time.

Farmhouse stay

This property worked well for all 12 of us. There were fresh flowers welcoming us upon our arrival! This is truly a farmhouse and has all the charms of one. It was our home base for a couple days while we explored the national parks. The host had different amenities at the house that came in handy. The place was clean and when i had a simple question, the host was quick to answer.

Family wedding

Our group met in California for a family wedding. This VRBO was perfect place to stay, relax, and enjoy a long weekend together. It was close to the wedding venue and other activities. Our host was available if we had any questions and even had snacks waiting for us when we arrived. A beautiful farmhouse with a view which we enjoyed on the deck. Even took a couple walks.

Wonderful time in the country

The location was perfect. Away from the city and the hustle and bustle of traffic besides the multitude of cars on Highway 41. which wasn’t a problem. The rustic charm and the eclectic decoration was just what we were looking for.

Relaxing, rustic place

Our family has had a wonderful stay here. We enjoyed grilling pizzas on the pato, visiting Yosemite and Sequoia National Parks, and spending cool evenings in the house.

Visiting Yosemite NP

I could not say enough fantastic things about this property and the host! We were later getting in than expected, so the host sent a thorough message explaining the property, and things to make our stay more comfortable. We came in to a welcome basket, including cookies for the kids. Fully stocked kitchen, while still having a few empty cabinets to store a grocery haul for the week. Bathrooms had anything you might forget, including razors, q tips, and the list goes on! There was plenty of space to spread out for our family of 11. The porch was comfortable a place to relax in the evenings to watch the sunset over the farmland. We came in the middle of a heat wave, and when I expressed that I was a bit worried about the temps, the host went above and beyond to find window units to keep the place cool. (We were totally comfortable!) The farmhouse is very private , but also close to the road leading to Yosemite, so perfect for our needs! It was an easy drive into the park. When the host heard that we were taking a 3 week long road trip, she even gifted our kiddos with a few road activities!

Nice quiet place on the way to Yosemite

The owners Damaris and Matthew were very nice. They bought us snacks and even a bottle of champagne and wine for being their first tenants. Also, they were very informative about the different type of activities that we can do that is near the house. There is a wine tasting across the house and a lake about 10 minutes away; however, we were set on going to Yosemite which was about an hour away. Now the home is a comfortable farmhouse. For the most part pretty quiet, it had little to no noise for being near a highway but definitely will not bother you from sleeping. It Faces a cow pasture and does not have the typical cow smell as you would expect for it being next to a farm. this house also has a beautiful sunset view if you're into photography. The sleeping arrangements were comfortable and was enough to accommodate 12 people probably even more. The master bedroom is very spacious with an bathroom. The room with the two bunk beds are great with twin size bunks on top and a full size bunk on the bottom. There's a fireplace although we did not get a chance to use it. The kitchen was a good size and has a small wooden bench in the middle with two wooden chairs in which you could eat at in addition to their dining table that could fit at least 8 people all around and also has stools to sit at the counter top which was also nice since we had a big group staying in house. The kitchen has a mini fridge which was enough space for the family for two days and all the appliances were in good working order. Although, the house is old and still needs a little more work the owners have refurbished it beautifully with the decor of the house having a very modern country style feel and very welcoming. The front porch looks like something out of a home magazine and has a bench out front perfect for having snacks and lemonade in front of the house or maybe enjoying a beer or two. Gas station is conviently walking distance. Something that may bother people are there are plenty of bugs at night, so make sure to keep the windows and doors closed and turn on the AC(which cools the house down nicely). This place isn't a five star hotel or condoe, but it is still a very welcoming and comfortable and the owners are still improving it. Will definitely recommend it to others and be coming back if we ever decide to go to Yosemite again

Horrible experience

The property owner canceled on us the day of our reservation, I reached out to them because we had not received the access code to enter the home and we were on our way driving there already. When the owner informed me that supposedly her house was not supposed to be on the site to rent and that she had received no communication at all in regards to our reservation. Which I find that pretty hard to believe because I made the reservation three weeks prior and they took my payment instantly so I don’t see how she did not get not one communication in regards to my reservation. Incredible Hospitality

Our stay was wonderful. We were greeted with a nice welcome sign and welcome gifts. We were so touched by the owner's friendliness. The house was very spacious and comfortable. My daughters loved looking at the cows in the pasture. If I'm in the Fresno area again, I will definitely book this house.

Great place

We stayed at the ranch house for 1 week. It was very peaceful and we had plenty of space for 3 teenagers and 2 adults. Swamp coolers worked great even at F102. Great sunsets every night. Would stay at the Ranch house any time again.

Lots of space & super mellow.

The farmhouse is lovely. It is a large property with plenty of room for relaxing in multiple spaces. The extra amenities - toiletries and snacks - were such a nice touch! Our family needed a stopping point on the way back from Yosemite to L.A., and I also had a meeting in Fresno (about 30 minutes away (P.S. get your food there in advance -- the pizza places we tried won't deliver that far out)) and this was a great stopping point. When we choose places to stay, a big priority for us is privacy and we also really need places and spaces for our little ones (preschool and elementary school age) to just play. We got what we needed in terms of both priorities. The kids really liked the bunk beds and staying up late talking. We (my husband) actually brought a bb-gun and shot cans in the field. Not something we could do in Los Angeles! Previous guests broke the swingset = ( but they are replacing it soon so be sure to ask if this is important to you. There are a few toys in the house and some books and crayons, so the kids found activities. Overall, I highly recommend. It's a nice, mellow place to be.

Loved it

This farmhouse had plenty of room for our family of 8. We visited the National Parks and the house was great to come back to. The view is beautiful and the kids (teens) enjoyed seeing a bit of evening country sunsets. The kitchen is nice and has seating for 8, as well as has AC. The rest of the house has a different type of cooling system that we weren’t very familiar with. We visited in the heat in July but since we were gone during the day, things had cooled off enough in the evenings. It was a great stay and we would definitely stay here again.

Farmhouse with a view

Great time in a cozy farmhouse! We definitely enjoyed our stay, and especially appreciated the special touches by the host— snacks, a bottle of wine, all the toiletries we needed if we forgot anything, and warm fuzzy robes! Quiet and comfortable with a convenient location. Host offered many tips for activities in the area, very helpful. Would definitely come back!
