AWESOME Rymlig Stadsbostad W / Garage, Pool, 5 minuters promenad till stranden, 4 sovplatser

Helt ombyggda stadsbostad ligger mellan stranden och lagunen med en pool. Detta är en tyst säker litet samhälle i ett mycket bekvämt läge. Mycket rymlig öppen planlösning, 986 kvadratfot, med en 300 kvadratfot garage. Mindre än fem minuters promenad till stranden eller lagunen. Samhället Poolen är aldrig över crowed som den används uteslutande av Bonita Point ägare och gäster. Alla nya möbler, madrasser, inredning, skåp och GE Slate apparater. Hem och garage nymålade och extremt rena. Mycket bra läge till restauranger, shopping och nöjen. Sovrummet har drottning madrass och vardagsrummet har drottning bäddsoffa. Stort badrum med bubbelbadkar och separat duschkabin. Vid ingången till stranden kan du hyra vattenskoter, gå slangar eller parasailing, dykning och snorkling. Många älskar piren fiske i detta område och du kan fiska utanför hamnen i Bonita Point (se bilder). Marina är bara ett par miles away där du kan hyra en djuphavsfiske resa, Sunset Cruise, eller Pirate Cruise, eller Shell Island Cruise. Det finns flera underbara matställen på Marian där du kan titta på solnedgången som båtarna kommer i dockan. Pier Park är 5 miles away och är en shopping, restauranger och underhållning mecka. Du kan också gå brygga fiske och fånga en gratis konsert på gräsmattan. Dave och Busters är på Pier Park och en stor film biograf bland många andra underhållningsalternativ såsom åkattraktioner, labyrinter och laserspel. Perfect for our group

We all enjoyed our stay. We were traveling with 3 adults and 2 teens. The downstairs studio was a good place for the teens to hang out. It was really nice to have the garage to store all of the beach gear. The table and chairs made it a good hangout spot as well. The townhome was clean and comfortable. It was within walking distance from several places and close to everything. We would definitely stay again.

The townhouse was nice, clean and spacious. The beach is a short drive and there are many very good restaurants in the area.

Stay was great. Steps were a little difficult for me with my asthma. Would have preferred to have a deck where we could see the sunsets All in all was a very enjoyable stay

This place was nice and the host was very nice however. 1. Didn't like the fact that my children were downstairs away from me. 2. We were welcomed with threats that excessive fingerprint could cost my deposit. 3. Leaving the door open to the downstairs could overheat the air conditioning costing my deposit. 4. Please put towels/ sheets in washer upon leaving. Leave the unit like you found it. Why am I paying a cleaning fee if I have to do laundry, wipe fingerprints and wash clothes. It was Stressful overall great vacation! 🤷🏽‍♂️

KEY CODE PAD UNOPERATIONAL FOR THE ENTIRE STAY. DON'T EXPECT CHASE TO ANSWER OR HELP! SHERRY VERY HELPFUL! BATHROOM NASTY EVIDENTLY FROM CONTRACTORS WORKING ON UNIT. I THINK THEY EVEN SHOWERED WHILE THERE! ONLY ICE IN KITCHEN, THEY EVEN TOSS SALT AND PEPPER EVIDENTLY. SEEMS LIKE COOKING OIL AND SPICES COULD BE LEFT, BUT JUST MY OPINION. EGO WAFFLES AND FROZEN MAC AND CHEESE DINNERS IN FREEZER FOR SOME REASON THOUGH. NO KEYS TO UPSTAIRS DOOR FOR SOME REASON, ONLY ENTRY THROUGH GARAGE. HANICAP LIFT USEFUL SINCE THE 20 STEPS FROM GARAGE TO DOOR WOULD HAVE BEEN TOUGH WITH MY HANDICAP. SHERRY DID ANSWER EVERY TIME I CALLED HER AND CAME RIGHT OVER AND CLEANED BATHROOM HERSELF WITHIN AN HOUR OF NOTIFYING HER OF PROBLEM. I WILL STAY THERE AGAIN IF FOR NO OTHER REASON THAN A SECOND CHANCE. I WAS TOLD BY OTHER RESIDENTS WHILE FISHING OFF THE DOCK THAT THEIR HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION DOES NOT ALLOW TRAILER PARKING ON THE PREMISE. JUST S HEADS UP FOR BOATERS AND BIKE RIDERS WITH TRAILERS!

Best kept secret in PCB!

Booking was easy and fast. The host, Sherri was extremely helpful and answered questions promptly. It was a beautiful place, convenient, and well equipped. Definitely will stay again!

Excellent stay

Super clean, as listed property. Easy walk to the beach across Thomas Drive. Generally had the pool to ourselves which was a big plus. The neighborhood was comfy and friendly. Sherry was very kind.

Beautiful, quiet, and clean

What a beautiful, quiet, clean, and relaxing property. The garage is a huge added bonus, it made me feel safer being able to keep my vehicle tucked away. The bed was so comfortable , as was the entire condo. Sherry was beyond accommodating, responded quickly, and genuinely a nice person. She was a pleasure to work with and will definitely stay at one of her properties again.

Wonderful vacation spot!!

My fiance, child, and I had a wonderful stay at this place! Everything was very clean and check in was a breeze! I loved that this place accepted children because that was a little hard to find. However, the living room had a few breakable decor items that I had to put up high so there was no risk of anything being broken. Other than that, I have no complaints. I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing property to stay

The property was located in a very nice gated community. It is very comfortable. The cleanliness of the place was perfect. The bedding, the furniture, kitchen area, bathroom, and garage were perfectly cleaned. The advantage of having wash and dryer machines came very handy. We did love the fact that the property has a gated garage because it gave us a sense of privacy. The fact that the property has handicap stairs accessibility is awesome. Although we didn't need it, it certainly will be convenient for any family of group of friends that have a handicap. We also loved the balcony access. We do enjoy sitting out for a bit and catch some of that ocean breeze. The people in that community are very kind and polite. The pool access is very good and enjoyable. We do recommend booking this property to anyone who's looking for true comfort, cleanliness, and privacy.

Very clean, but with some issues

We were happy with the location of this property, and it was mostly clean. It was perfectly described in the listing. However, we experienced issues with not receiving check in instructions; frustrating responses from the owner when we shared concerns about Hurricane Sally, and when we decided to evacuate - our road home ended up getting washed out (bridge on I10) after we left, but to her it was no big deal; and other issues with the property. Example: there were only a few towels, not really adequate for our stay; the bathtub is fabulous (but don't use the jets! They are full of sand and who knows what else), but the water heater could not provide enough water; the water heater temperature could not be adjusted; the A/C had written warnings about extra fees associated with adjusting the temperature, which resulted in us waking up super hot and sweaty in the middle of the night every night. In general, some of our disappointment was weather-related, but these other issues were frustrating. **Owner did work with us to refund a portion of the money we lost, after we checked out early and thoroughly cleaned the whole place. We appreciated that. We realize she has no control over the weather either. However, some of these creature comforts need to be addressed. I'm paying a lot of money and expect I should have adequate hot water and control over the A/C while there.

Garage is a bonus!!

We are a retired couple from Indiana and love to visit the Panama City Area where we have friends and family. Our daughter, Sherry, lives on the Beach and will be overseeing this property for us. We will be enjoying this property ourselves a few months out of the year so we equipped it with all the comforts of home and are happy to share this wonderful place with responsible guests. We chose this property largely because of location to the Beach and Lagoon with a pool and the garage was a big plus. We totally remodeled it to fit our needs.
