BOKA NU!! Kom och stanna i denna rymliga Golf Villa ligger i vackra Edgewater Beach och Golf Resort. Villa är vackert inredda och har alla bekvämligheter och bekvämligheter i hemmet. Villa är mycket rymlig med 3 sovrum och 3 badrum. Vardagsrummet har en bekväm bäddsoffa för att passa alla ytterligare gäster. Enheten har nyligen uppdaterats med ny färg, nya madrasser på varje säng, ny matta och nya möbler. En av de många poolerna på plats ligger precis bakom enheten. Du sitter på balkongen och njuter av den vackra utsikten över poolen. Köket är fullt utrustat för att laga mat hemma eller om du föredrar, finns det flera matställen på orten. Spacious Villa at Edgewater

Villa was laid out perfectly with plenty of space. It has 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, nice kitchen and dining room, and spacious living room. There are 2 balconies with the main balcony off the living room that overlooks the pool and has a view of a pond and golf course. There is a pool and tram spot just outside the villa which is very convenient. This is the first time we stayed in a location that didn't have a ocean/beach view. The plus side to that is it is very quiet and less crowded, but you still have access to Edgewater pools and hot tubs and the tram will drive you to the gate of the beach. Unit is located on the 2nd floor. Plenty of parking space outside the unit. AC worked great and beds were comfortable. I loved the decor and look of the unit, personally not a big fan of the beach theme and colors so this was perfect. Owner responded to all of my questions and was very friendly and helpful! We stayed 8 days and our family had a wonderful trip!

Peaceful

I would highly recommend this place if you don’t need all the excitement from being on the beach your tucked away. Tim, the property manager was awesome. I annoyed him constantly with questions and he was so responsive. The only thing is you’re not on the beach, which didn’t bother me because I don’t have any small children.

Very comfortable especially with children

We enjoyed our stay very much. The unit felt very large and there was plenty of room for our family to spread out. We loved having the pool right by us but also loved being able to access all other pools and spas on site. We can’t wait to return!

Quiet and close to the pool

It is definitely quiet and close to the pool. Beautiful kitchen counter tops! Needs some normal routine maintenance and repairs, just like any place would.

Great, clean place

We stayed only for the weekend. Overall, the location was not bad, and the condo was clean. We did not see the ocean so cannot speak about how far it is, but it did not seem to be in walking distance. Also, cannot speak to the resort itself since we did not get to see it or experience. I think the condo is comfortable for a family stay.

Family Vacation

My family and I stayed here for our Summer Vacation! When we come back to the area we will definitely stay here again. The villa was very spacious! The resort is very convenient to all the attractions and restaurants and the tram service was great!

Edgewater Resort

Had a fabulous time! Close to several attractions and amazing restaurants. Just a quick ride to the beach by trams provided by the resort. The pools and golf course were great! Thanks Tim for a wonderful vacation experience.

Nice condo

The condo was very clean. The beds were comfortable. The furnishings were newer and of high quality. The master shower is huge with good water pressure. Ac works great. We enjoyed it. I would stay here again.

Edgewater Villas

Overall our stay was great! The villa was like a home away from home. Very easy to get around the complex and to the beach. The listing states that there are tennis courts and basketball courts available but you have to pay daily to rent them. The golf course, that’s understandable paying to play their par 3 course.

Nice condo and beautiful resort

We had a great stay at the condo. The beds were some of the most comfortable that I’ve ever had at a rental. The place is decorated nice and has great access to a heated pool.

Great Location

The location is amazing and the main pool is beautiful. There is a heated pool directly behind the condo. When we arrived, there had been a miscommunication and the condo hadn’t been cleaned since the last renters, but fortunately I had laundry detergent and cleaning wipes and was able to get it cleaned up enough until the cleaner arrived the next day. Tim was very apologetic and made it right as quickly as possible. The bedrooms in the condo are great, but the living room area could use some updating and brightening up. Even with these factors, I would definitely stay here again (and likely will!)

Nice place but communication not so much

The place was nice but we were told that we had to have parking passes for the motorcycles and they would be twenty dollars a piece but we didn’t need them. We left them with security, after we paid the owner for them and now he has two that he doesn’t have to pay for. We contacted them about getting our forty bucks back but no one wants to return our emails about it. There were a few other things but I won’t list them on here because they weren’t a major issue.

Great decor

I enjoyed our stay.loved the pool being right outside the condo.There is one thing that needed cleaned the air conditioner closet. The floors could be cleaned better. I would stay again.The decor of the condo was unique. Love that it had 3 bathrooms for everyone has their on bath. Thank you for our stay it was very pleasant

Vacation at Panama City Beach

My husband, three teens (16 & 13 year old twins) and I along with another family of 3 stayed a week at the Villas at Edgewater. The condo is beautifully decorated and the owner Tim was great about communication regarding any questions that came up. There were a few things that I was disappointed in such as the condo not being as clean as I expected. The floors were not clean, there was trash left under one of the beds from the previous stay. The beds were very uncomfortable and made so much noise. Having the pool right outside of the condo can be a blessing and a curse because there were two separate occasions where people were loud and rowdy during the late nights. (The pool closes at midnight) I called the front desk office and they sent out security within a few mins on the first occasion but it took them 45 mins to arrive the second time. So it was almost 1am and there was a group of highly intoxicated adults that were screaming and laughing right outside of our condo. It was very frustrating. So, aside from this, the condo is very large, spacious and a 10 minute walk to the beach. There is a tram service that offers to drop off any guests right in front of the beach too. We enjoyed our week stay at Villas at Edgewater.

Spacious and Inviting

We loved this property. It is very spacious and the shower in the master bath is amazing! The location of this villa is perfect as it overlooks one of the pools. The trams were always available to take us to the beach and were at our villa within minutes of us calling. This is definitely somewhere we would want to stay again.

Yearly family vacay

The unit was very clean and plenty of space for 6 adults and 2 children. Everything was supplied and loved our view from the balcony every morning. We used the pool by us daily . Only one small issue was when left villa one evening, were informed unless we had our temporary pass (in car) renewed, would not be able to get back to unit. So had to find main office to have permanent one issued. I felt should have been told our pass would need replaced. We would definitely stay at this unit again, and hopefully will have more family next summer.
