Fabulous Location

This was our 7th year staying at this house. It suits our family perfectly and the location is awesome. Looking forward to our stay again next year.

A lovely house which is well situated for the beach and short walk to the town. Very good facilities. Ideal for family groupings.

Easter in Busselton

This is the second time we have stayed at this property for the Easter break. It is a fantastic location and its size is suitable for a large family or group. The house has everything you need with you only needing to bring your own food and clothes. I did find that some of the furnishings were looking very tired and could do with replacing. The outdoor setting in particular. Otherwise a fabulous place to stay.

Location, location, location

This was the perfect location for our extended families to spend Christmas. Right across a quiet road from the beach with beach access within a stones throw from the house. Two living spaces and equipped with everything you could need. Thank you! We will be back.

Easter Family holiday

The property was perfect for our family. Close to the beach ( across the road) works well with little ones. Walking distance to town and a great cycle/ walk path to use. Once again ideal for little ones on scooters and beginners. We would definitely stay there again.

Great family summer holiday

Everything we needed for a 3 generations beach holiday. Very clean and comfortable. A wonderful, relaxed time was had by all and all voted to repeat annually. Only suggestions are for screens on the ground floor windows and maybe WIFI.

Fun filled break with great mates

We were pleasantly surprised with the holiday house. New photos are needed to better sell this home. 2 big lounges one on each floor was great for kids and parents to each have their own space. the recently updated upstairs kitchen and bathrooms are fantastic. There is a Nespresso coffee machine in the kitchen that is not noted on the site. Location to the beach and town could not be better, a short walk to the jetty and the heart of busso.

great location. ocean views from the balcony. 15 minute walk to town. more photos of inside the house would be beneficial. there is a whole separate living area downstairs including kitchenette, bathroom and family room. A lock on the bathroom door upstairs would be good too.

Excellent location and big house

As other reviews said more pictures on website would be beneficial, it is much bigger than expected and lock on upstairs bathroom also would be good. We loved our stay, location is perfect and direct beach access across the road an added bonus. Only suggestion is perhaps a booklet explaining things - we had no idea when rubbish bins needed to go out and they were full on our arrival - noticed the garbage truck coming when walking at 7am one morning - it was a sprint back to put them out lol. It's a great house for 2 families and everything you need is provided!

Friends Trip

This property was lovely, right across from the beach with an amazing view. Everyone loved it in our group of 12, the bathroom upstairs does need a lock but if you know someone is in there it is no issue. But would definitely stay again for a larger group. The listing does need to be updated with photos of the downstairs area as we didn’t realise there was 2 separate living areas with basically another kitchen which made everything so much better. thank you for letting us stay in your amazing accommodation and look forward to staying again.

Linga Longa Busselton Retreat

This superbly located big house directly over the road from the beach, is ideal for large groups. It is spacious and well equipped with facilities and utensils. The leisure room is a wonderful play area for children. The lack of wifi and air conditioning throughout is a negative. Some of the furniture, including the beds; need updating. When one considers that the owner is commanding top dollar for this property, it certainly is not value for money.

Ideal home to get away!

Amazing house for a couple of families. Perfect for families with teen children. Close to jetty and town, basketball courts, football oval and straight across the road from a quiet beach. Bedding comfortable and warm. Great configuration of bathrooms and toilets. Laundry to wash/dry so you don’t have to take it home with you. Great showers with good pressure. Bar fridge for extra drinks and ping pong table for hours of entertainment. Great backyard to kick a ball and beautiful upstairs patio to watch sunrises and sunsets. Well equipped kitchen with plenty of plates, cutlery, glassware and a full size fridge/freezer. This is our third time staying here and we will definitely return again.
