Love this place

Amazing place The views were amazing I thought being winter we would be cold as I had a sister staying with us from Queensland but it was so warm a heater in every room I think Kerri has thought of everything to keep people happy and comfortable We could not ask for anything more We will be coming back again

Lovely accommodation with purely magical views.

We had a lovely stay at 41 Waikiki. The home is spacious, clean and comfortable. The views are really just magical. We spent so much time looking out the windows. We couldn’t pull ourselves away from the view. The view from both upstairs and downstairs is so mesmerising. We are home again now but are already planning our next trip back. Kerri, you are a delight to deal with. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality and for sharing your home with us xx

Amazing property

Absolute amazed by the quality of this property. There is no point mentioning the views. They are a+++++. Amazing space for a large family or two family units. Upstairs and downstairs the views are incredible. Don’t let the photos on Stayz turn you off. They really need to be updated. The furnishings upstairs are perfect. Heating throughout. Couches are so comfy to sit and sip wine. Watch out for the nesting birds if you walk to the beach but they are just putting on a show. You can’t beat this property. Highly recommended.

I could just spend so much time at this property. It is perfect! It feels like home. I will return again and again. Fantastic romantic get away or just as amazing as a family fun filled holiday house. Highly recommended.

Amazing! Smiths beach paradise

Wonderful experience! The views are simply priceless. The house is well furnished and fitted out with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We didn’t want to leave. Kerri is such a wonderful host. Nothing was too much trouble and she was very generous with us. Highly recommended. The ocean is at your doorstep, the kitchen is well set up and we all enjoyed our stay. Will book again.

An Oceanside Dream

Exceptional location, with direct access (via delightful forest path) to beach from the back yard. Spacious home with everything you require for a relaxing getaway, including board games, and lots of indoor / outdoor furniture to enjoy the views. Fell asleep to the sound of crashing waves.

Pure joy

On Phillip Island's best street and with the best views of the local surf...our time was super relaxing, super close to the beach and as our second time there, cements itself as our home away from home! Great and timely help and assistance from the owner when required. We will be back. Again :)

Amazing!!!!!

This house was fantastic, views to die for. Everything was spotless, I don't think you would be able to think of a thing the house did not have. Kerrie was lovely to deal with. We loved it, really did not want to leave. Just can not wait to go back.
