LÄGENHETEN.

Vattnet fristående 7 kvm lyxlägenhet, är av modern design och fantastisk inredning med öppet boende på marknivå.
Erbjuder en romantisk plats idealisk för par; sovrummet har en queen size-säng, kan också sova en extra singel eftersom det finns en enkelsäng anläggning privat.
Vardagsrummet vetter mot en privat trädgård med utsikt över vattnet och nordlig aspekt. Den kompletteras med snygg lädersalongsvit, så att du kan sjunka ner i och njuta av alla bekvämligheter som erbjuds.
Köket är välutrustat med alla apparater och fullt utrustat; en luftkonditioneringsanordning för omvänd cykel styr temperaturen. Det stora badrummet är utrustat utmärkt; med stor dusch, elegant piedestalbassäng och spa-bad.
Separat utrustad tvätt. BBQ under tak finns. Off road parkering.

Föredrar två eller flera nätter. En natt på förfrågan, men transporterar en övertalning (våra rengöringskostnader, tvätt för handdukar och linne, plus provision gör detta nödvändigt)

Plats

Med utsikt över det lugna vattnet i Westernport Bay. Det är väl placerat bara en kort promenad längs vattnet till San Remo brygga, kaféer, restauranger och detaljhandeln. Varje morgon kl. 11. 30 titta på pelikanerna som matas vid bryggan eller se fiskebåtarna.

Sevärdheter

San Remo ligger på en halvö och är porten till Phillip Island där bron förbinder den till fastlandet. Omgiven av vatten, med en bakstrand och stadsstrand. En kort bilresa tar dig till de orörda stränderna på Phillip Island och attraktioner i Cowes, Seal Rocks, Nobbies, Penguin Parade, Race Track, Golf Course, Koala Park och Wildlife Park, ligger bara 10 minuters bilresa bort.

Lovely stay

The apartment was very comfortable and clean. Great location, walking distance to the shops. Had a few small issues, Nigel was straight out to us and happy to help.

Remembering San Remo

The property was large, fully equipped and extremely comfortable. Central to shops, pubs & restaurants. Nigel the owner was gracious, friendly and really helpful. I had a delightful stay reminiscing with friends and was very sad to leave. But! I’ll definitely be back. Thank you Nigel xx

Lovely unit in a great location

We had a lovely stay, the main bedroom is very spacious and en-suite is modern and also extremely roomy. The bed was very comfortable. Everything you need in the kitchen and nice courtyard out the front. The unit is perfectly located close to the shops in San Remo and nicely situated to explore Phillip Island. The only inaccuracy in the advertising is that there are 2 bathrooms mentioned however as we were a couple that booked the second bathroom is locked. Would be good to mention this upfront. Thank you for a beautiful stay, our first stop will be back to Black Dolphin on our next trip to the area :)

Close to Bay, shops and restaurants

Very roomy and comfortable with everything you need. Great spot for local amenities and very private. Only drawback is the road, which could be an issue at busy times.

Stayed at The Black Dolphin Apartment for 4 nights while down for the Superbikes. The Apartment is fantastic, it has everything that anyone could need for a comfortable and relaxing holiday. The furnishings, bedding, bathroom accessories & kitchen equipment is all of a very high standard. The location of The Apartment is very central but still maintains a quiet, personal space for the occupant. We would very much like to stay there on our next trip down to San Remo/Phillip Island. Thank you Nigel for such great accommodation.
