400 meter från byn Blairgowrie och främre stranden. Tre mycket stora sovrum: Comfy king size-säng med eget badrum. 2: a sovrummet med queen size-säng plus ett sovrum med 2 singlar och en våningssäng. Sova 8 bekvämt. Alla rum har inbyggda kläder. Fastigheten har nyligen totalrenoverats. Den har ett helt nytt kök med nya apparater, inklusive välfyllda kök (örter, kryddor, smaktillsatser, te, kaffe, socker). Stor kaffemaskin. Det är idealiskt beläget i en lugn gata Stor bakgård och carport. Luftkonditionering och värmare i vardagsrummet. stor plattskärms-digital-TV i vardagsrummet och en andra TV med en PS2 och PS3 i det tredje sovrummet. Den har en öppen planlösning med vackra polerade golvbrädor. Stor solig däck med grill. Omedelbart gas hett vatten, sluta aldrig. Husdjur är välkomna men var god notera att fastigheten är inte helt inhägnad.

Beautifully presented house in great location.

Spacious and beautifully presented house that had everything we needed for our holiday. Huge bedroom for kids with a playstation and boardgames to keep them entertained. Just around the corner from cafes and the beach and a short drive to Sorrento. Definitely recommend :)

Wonderful house and location

This house was perfect for our girls getaway. The house was fantastic and the location was the best in a nice and quiet street but very close to the beach.

Winter getaway

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights with our 3 little girls (6, 4 & 1). We had a great time. The Hot Springs were a short drive away and we spent a wonderful morning at Bridgewater Bay. The Rosebud foreshore playground was a big hit for us too. The house met our needs really well. Although there was no bath the ensuite shower was big enough for the girls to use together. The tree out the front was great for climbing and the back deck was gorgeous in the winter sun. If we booked again I would bring some children's books and toys along with us to help keep the girls out of the kitchen cupboards looking for things to play with!

beach escape

It was raining most of our trip, but fortunately the hosts had plenty of wet day activities to keep us (and the kids) entertained. The house itself is roomy - the back yard generous. Walking distance to the shops a bonus.

Comfortable, peaceful, relaxing

I had a lovely time ..coming 'out of season' ..it was quiet and peaceful. Its great to be able to bring my dog as well. A short walk to beach ...and some good coffee. The house is well equipped. Thanks for the experience 😊

Cozy & Convenient

We really enjoyed our time here. Although it rained solidly all weekend, we relaxed with our pooch, watched movies & ate out in Rye & Sorrento. The local shops are great too. The house had all the creature comforts you need. We'll be coming back!!

Great sty with family and dogs

The house is well located, clean and comfortable with two toilets and showers. The shops are very close and driving to Sorrento, 10 minutes down the road was very easy. Comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen and spacious lounge area.

Cosy Beach House!

My Husband, three kids and Dog stayed here for a long weekend away, the place is cosy, clean and has a fantastic location - walking distance to the beach and local shops. Janette is fantastic to deal with, would highly recommend this place to friends and family. We will be back, thanks again!

Comfortable well appointed property

I enjoyed my stay at Close to the village, Everything worked well, and the house was very comfortable. The surrounding area was very quiet, so there was no problems getting a good rest. I was here working, but i would love to come again with the family for a great holiday.

Great little house

House is great for a small group or family. Due to its size it can become a bit noisy at night, little ones had a hard time getting to sleep with the noise. Only pedestal fans in bedroom and split system in main area. No heating in rooms. Very clean property with a great quiet location

The property has everything you need. It is our holiday home and we have every appliance you can possibly think of. We leave the cupboards stocked with supplies so no need to buy tea, sugar, flour, spices, mustard, sauces, etc. We are happy to share all this as we know how annoying it is to have to buy a Kilo when you want as spoonful.

In holiday time it is hard to get parking anywhere near the village. The house is an easy stroll and close to the restaurants and bars. There is also a pedestrian crossing across the busy Nepean Hwy. This is a safe and convenient way to get to the beach
