The Beach House på Morris är en äldre stil hus som rymmer upp till 10 personer i 4 sovrum. Huset har rymliga vardagsrum och 2 badrum kan rymma 1 eller 2 familjer.

Beläget på en 1500m kvarter, är fastigheten helt inhägnad vilket gör den idealisk för barn att leka tryggt i trädgården. Väluppfostrade husdjur är tillåtna. Det finns två däckade områden för utomhus BBQ eller bara sitter och slappar av i solen. Det finns en utomhusdusch för att tvätta av när du kommer tillbaka från stranden.

Köket är nyrenoverat med kylskåp, mikrovågsugn, diskmaskin och ugn.

Ett badrum är stort med ett bad, toalett och tillgång till sovrummet. Det andra badrummet är nyligen ombyggt och har dusch och toalett - och har också tvättmaskinen.

Funktionerna inkluderar stor plattskärms-TV, DVD-spelare, tvättmaskin, kylskåp, mikrovågsugn, 10 sittplatser bord / stolar, grill och utomhus.

Det är en lätt, platt promenad till Bay Beach - 1 km.

Sovrummet har en queen size-säng med eget tillgång till de viktigaste badrummet. Det finns en TV i sovrummet.

2: a sovrummet har två våningssängar (4 pers). Det finns också en TV för barnen att titta på sina filmer eller spela dataspel.

Relaxing getaway with pets

Spacious clean renovated 4-bedroom house with 2 bathrooms and large secure corner block back yard with secure parking in rear yard. Our two dogs loved the grassy back yard. One km walk to the beach. Coffee shop nearby with good coffee at the end of Guest street.

Perfect getaway

We stayed 10 days and had the most relaxed and comfortable break. Everything was perfect and the location is spot on for supermarkets, cafes, the beach and freeway access. A wonderful host who was unbelievably generous when we had to leave 3 days early due to a family situation at home. This is one house we will definitely be coming back to.

Fantastic for work n play!

We are NDIS support workers and took our two adult clients for first adult holiday. Plenty of space for quiet time and to sit altogether. Wonderful property and affordable. Ticks every box 😊😊😊

Delightful Stay

We really enjoyed this beach house. It had a great large yard and roomy bedrooms. The beds were extremely comfortable. The location was very convenient and a great cafe a five minute walk. We took two small dogs who had a fabulous time in the yard and at the local park which was fabulous. Very close to the Peninsular Spa which was spectacular! The house had every thing needed in the well equipped kitchen. Thoroughly recommend for families. Would definitely return.

Totally Tootagrook!

Our first staycation in Tootgarook! We found the experience wonderful, pet friendly too, which was great for our rescue dog to do ‘zooming’ in a spacious backyard. The place was comfortable, with great amenities.

Lots of space.

We had a relaxing 2 night stay. The outdoor area was amazing with plenty of undercover area, a massive back yard, a great barbeque and a fire pit. Inside was well set up with everything we needed for cooking and a large dining table. Robyn was very accommodating and pleasant to deal with. We will definitely be back! Patrick

Everything you need but needs a good clean

Pro's: The property is in a good location, large fenced garden which was secure for our dog and has pretty much everything you might need. Con's: The house needs a thorough clean as it is grimy throughout.

Fantastic get away

Absolutely loved this house, everything was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Very quiet area with a huge backyard. Loved the little extras in the kitchen (foil, sauce etc). Glad we had the air con as it became very warm. Would definitely recommend this property and Robyn was very helpful. Hope to be back soon. Sue

A restful weekend

The property was all one could hope to stay at. The problem was we could not open the key lock to extract the key on arrival. By chance I rolled the three wheels to open the key lock, several times and the door fell open. This was after one hour of trying to open the key lock. I was about to leave and stay at a motel, when my final try opened the key lock. Trying to lock the key safe was also a problem. I had to eventually jam the lid shut with a piece of paper. Please inform the owner of this.
