Vackert renoverade 2 BR på Timbers! Badkar!

Timbers komplexet är under uppförande i källaren och 1: a våningen. Den andra och tredje våningen är inte längre under uppbyggnad. Detta beror på ett bristningsrör sommaren 2018 på 2: a våningen. Konstruktionen är klar att bli färdig idealiskt i juni 2019 f��r hela bldg.
Detta är en vacker Timbers villa som ligger på översta våningen i komplexet. Komplexet har en utomhus badtunna och hiss.
The condo har en öppen design med vardagsrum / matsal / kök utrymme allt i ett utrymme. Vardagsrummet har gott om bekväma sittplatser med en stor platt-tv. Matplatsen sitter 6 bekvämt och köket är mycket funktionellt med rostfria vitvaror. The condo är inställd med en queen size-säng i 1 sovrum och en full size säng i 2: a. De delar ett badrum. Det finns en tvättmaskin och torktumlare i enheten.
Du kan gå rakt ut på balkongen och välja din favorit på framsidan, eller bara njuta av skönheten i bergen.
Det finns bara 1 parkeringsplats.
Den kostnadsfria transferen till basområdet sträcker sig från Chateaux Condos, som ligger strax under Timbers. Shuttle körs på vintern var 20: e minut.
Det finns också en gemensam grill vid badtunnan.
Observera att bubbelbadet är öppet säsongsmässigt. Typiskt hela vintersäsongen och igen i slutet av juni till Labor Day. Om det här är en viktig möjlighet till dig, fråga om den är öppen!

Excellent

Great accommodation.Town and property both need to improve ice management on public places- the iciest and least attended to resort I’ve experienced. Recycling bins were missing. Most of the hot tub jets were not functioning. Lastly, the path thru the gate to the hot tub is a solid sheet of thick ice and dangerous, arguably a litigious concern should somebody fall.

North Face Timbers

Overall was clean. There were a handful of small items that would indicate that the maintenance of this property is not a very high priority. Blinds in bedroom by kitchen did not go up on right side. Blinds on balcony door did not open. Stuck in closed position. The hand towel holder in the bathroom was very loose. Not secured very well to wall. It was evident that the cleaners were not checking utensils after taking out of dishwasher. I had to wash a handful of forks, spoons, etc. The toaster is basically a fire hazard. The first several of slices of bread I attempted to toast burnt only on the bottom of the slices. The top of the slices were not toasted at all. The burning smoked so badly that it set off the smoke alarm. In the second attempt of using the toaster, it started sparking. It’s completely broken. The bedrooms were very small. Almost leaving no room to get around to the other side of the bed. I travel a lot to Japan and have more space around the bed in hotels. Generally, you can tell that everything was decorated/appointed very cheaply. In my humble opinion, it’s all about the location. I will not be staying at this rental again.

Couples Ski week

We had a great time staying at Timbers which is only a short walk brackets six minutes from the left. There really isn’t any benefit waiting for the bus it’s actually slower. The town of chris of Butte 2 miles away is lovely and we ended up going into town on a number of occasions. The apartment is well appointed comfortableand has good TV and Wi-Fi set up plus excellent views over crested Butte. Betts were comfortable all kitchen appliances modern and new washing machine and dryer work really well. We had a great time and it was very easy to come and go.

Super convenient location

Great spot to get to the slopes. It’s a bit smaller than photos show, but works fine for 4 people who just want to ski!

Overall Stay

Condo was nice but the beds were a bit uncomfortable. Location of the condo was good also. Condo was lacking a full length mirror which would also be a plus. Overall the stay was good and we enjoyed the condo.

Great place in Crested Butte

We stayed for some wild flower hikes and it was a great spot for being between town and some great hike options. Reminder of no a/c so I'd suggest keeping blinds down during the summer to keep it cool!

Visit to Crested Butte for wild flowers

This condo was neat and clean and had everything we needed with a great view of the mountain. The bus was also convenient for town transportation. We did several hikes that were stunning for the wild flowers and also saw a buck and a fawn. We rented an ATV and had blast. The contact agent was quick to respond to our questions. Great several days.

Great condo on Mt Crested Butte

Highly recommend this CB condo. Beautiful view of Mt CB from the balcony. Very nicely furnished. Kitchen has everything you need. Communication with management was very prompt. Elevator makes moving in very easy. There are two bedrooms but they are pretty small. 4 adults might be a bit crowded. Great for 2 adults or family with young kids.

Perfect for 2-4 people.

The condo itself is excellent. Good view, selection of channels on TV, big kitchen table, comfortable beds, and a well-stocked kitchen. Smells and looks clean. We would book again. Any critique would be of the building. One entrance door didn't work properly, so getting out of the hot tub wasn't fun as you had to walk further to get to a working door. This unit doesn't allow dogs but many other units in the building do have dogs (noise). The hot tub can fit 8 people but only 4 comfortably, so it's a popular spot, and is only cleaned Mon Wed Fri.

Great Location

We loved our stay at this condo. It was a great location to hiking in the area. The condo was clean and well stocked. The beds were comfy and we had a great view of the mountains on our balcony. We were also thankful the elevator worked! Would definitely recommend. Shay was wonderful to work with.

The unit was clean and had plenty of kitchen items (glasses, plates, silverware, appliances etc...). The beds were comfortable. The elevator did not work, and the hot tub was not clean and in good working order. There were plenty of towels and linens. We had a nice stay.

Location to Mountain is Better than Anticipated

Right off the bus loop which takes you directly to first chair. Other reviews say it’s small, I’d honestly say it’s more of quaint but rather perfectly sized if you can handle sharing a bathroom with four people. It’s what we expected and didn’t disappoint.

Beautiful location

This condo is at a great location. I love staying at Timbers. It was clean and had a great view of crested butte, and close to everything. The only downsides were that the furniture wasn’t very comfortable and the condo is very small. I stayed with one other person and can’t imagine fitting more than two people in there. Owners are responsive and ready to help with any issues although we did not end up needing them for anything.

Great Place near Crested Butte

The condo was comfy, clean, and had great views. It's only about a 5 minute drive from downtown Crested Butte and some great hiking. It's a beautiful area and we had a fantastic stay!

Crested Butte Skiing 2022

My husband, 6 year old and I all stayed at Mount Crested Butte for some early spring skiing in 2022. The condo was clean and the facility was quiet. It's a quick walk to the base of the mountain and easy for us to grab a shuttle if we were too tired after a day on the slopes. The kitchen had all of the essentials you need to prepare a meal there and the in room laundry was a bonus! It's so nice to have clean clothes throughout the stay. Thank you for a great space to stay!

Great condo, not so great HOA

I couldn't be happier with the condominium and the management company. The unit has clearly been renovated in recent years. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable and the kitchen and bathroom were well stocked with supplies. The HOA is letting this unit / owner down. The hot tube was unusable and the long outdoor staircase to the mountain was not shoveled. They weren't responsive to the management company's request to clean the hot tub. The management company did provide a refund because of the hot tube issue even though I communicated it wasn't necessary. I can assume the owner can work with the HOA to resolve those issues and I would definitely recommend this unit.

Great location for family ski break

Perfect location for easy family ski break. We found it easy to walk to the slopes, 7 mins from condo, and that was with a 5 and 7 year old and us carrying their skis as well as ours. Lots of steps, yes, but I'd always rather walk than wait on a shuttle. Hot tub was a nice bonus. Very clean condo.
