Fantastiskt läge för denna bostad med dubbla delar. Gott om plats för parkering och utrustning. Garage har helt ny tvättmaskin och torktumlare i full storlek och används också som verkstadsutrymme. Nedervåningen är ett bedårande 2 sovrum, 2 bad som nyligen har uppdaterats med vardagsrum, matsal och kök. Varje sovrum har direktanslutning till badrummet. Ett sovrum har två enkelsängar, det andra har en dubbelsäng. Bottenvåningen däck är perfekt för stjärna tittar och människor som tittar på så många använder vandring / cykel körfält på vattengata. Den övervåningen nyligen uppdaterade har fullt kök, badrum och sover ytterligare 4 (2 enkelsängar och en drottning). Utsikten från övervåningen är fantastisk och soluppgången är hisnande. Detta är perfekt för semester i flera familjer eller ett andra hem för snöfåglar.

Celebrating the 4th of July

What an amazing place to spend our holiday weekend! Rockport is a great place to visit and this place will be the icing on the cake for anyone who comes to visit. The view is breathtaking - the home is so beautiful and ideal for a family or a group of friends to gather. We BBQed and sat outside. The neighbors were super nice. Getting up early was the BEST too, we walked our fur-babies with the ocean view - totally amazing!!!! Clean, quiet and great area. Book this place and enjoy all that Rockport has to offer!!!! Thanks Cory, can't wait to visit again!!!!

Perfect getaway

House is perfect for our large family. So appreciative that we are able to bring our pup family too! Love the waterfront access and proximity to downtown shopping. We will definitely book this house again next year!

Our favorite place in Rockport!

We have stayed at this home many times, and it is always perfect. There is a huge gated yard, a designated area to clean off fishing supplies, and you can walk directly into the water from the home. It's a quiet street with friendly neighbors, and perfect distance to all our favorite places in town.

Wonderful Property

This property is right by the water, in a quiet neighborhood, within walking distance of downtown shops and restaurants. You can sit back and relax or fish to your heart’s content. The area is perfect for walking, biking, and kayaking. A birder’s delight.

Perfect house!

This was our 2nd year to stay with parents/grandkids in the main house and grandparents in the garage apartment. The place is perfect with a beautiful location. Our dogs couldn’t have been happier! They love running up and down the fence watching people go by. We love this home!

Just found The Paradise in Texas!

My daughters and me were looking for a place to celebrate my wife's birthday and give her a surprise. We found not only the perfect place, we found the Paradise in Texas. A very relaxing place, where you can listen the sound of the wind mixed with the sound of the sea. My wife was delighted with the view, walking along the side of the bay. Definitely we'll be back ASAP!

Home on the water front

Our family has stayed here three different times and we love it. It is conveniently located to downtown Rockport. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom and the kitchen has everything you need to prepare a meal. We really enjoy this home away from home for our annual beach visit.

Wonderful rental right on the Bay!

We just stayed 5 days in this rental and loved every minute of it! The location is wonderful, on a quiet one-way street right on the Bay. A good but manageable walk to the Beach and Shops/Restaurants. It was very quiet and just relaxing. The fenced yard is wonderful for the dog and the house had everything for the pet as well! We stayed with 3 adults and 2 children and loved the Studio and therefore the separation as the kids could have a "sleep over" at Grandma's! As she lives in Europe that does not happen often. The house has everything you need, we enjoyed cooking our meals or eating out at one of the local restaurants. The view from the Studio is wonderful as well. The owners are so easy to work with and made sure we had everything we need. The house is clean and well kept. We will be back!
