Great place for game day!

Awesome house, great location, very cozy setting, but close to everything. The hosts are very accommodating and quick with communication. We'll absolutely be back!

the PERFECT get away

To start off with the property, it’s a very beautiful home that makes you feel comfortable and safe. The whole home is clean and well cared for with a rewarding view outside every window. The host is extremely knowledgeable about the area and helped me with every question I had. She was reliable and very quick to get back to me which made the whole experience so much easier. I would recommend this home to anyone and everyone I know because it was an absolutely perfect experience. I’ll definitely be booking again when I visit :)

PERFECTION!!

Our stay couldn’t have been more comfortable or in a more convenient location to Notre Dame. Absolutely perfect. Super comfy beds and linens. Warm and cozy. All the amenities you would expect and more. We will definitely be back.

Big game weekend stay

We stayed at this property for a Notre Dame game weekend. The location was perfect proximity to campus. The upstairs main living area is perfect for entertaining. Crystal was a great communicator and the place was as described. Recommend for family or friends.

Great location for football game.

We stayed here with friends for the ND/Marshall game. The house was close to the stadium which made it very convenient! The house was nice and accommodated our whole crew. We will def stay there again sometime! The hosts were extremely attentive and went above and beyond.

Summer stay in South Bend

Great Game weekend house!

We were a big group with lots of teens, so much space, could not have asked for a better place for our friends and families! Conveniently located to campus, stores, and restaurants. Hope to stay again!

Great Stay!

Communication with host was great. Access to property was easy with specific details sent in advance. The house easily accommodated our group. The issues we incurred were the direct result of inconsiderate renters the week prior. Host did what she could to rectify a few situations.

Owner was terrific

Relaxing home close to Notre Dame

We loved staying in this house! The owners were over the top with amenities. They made it easy to stay for only 2 days by providing bedding, towels, basic supplies, and nice surprises. The view of the lake is so peaceful. We enjoyed coffee on the patio and the comfortable family room. The communication was far above any VRBO experience I ever had. I would wholeheartedly recommend this house to anyone and will tell friends and family. We hope to be back!

Beautiful house w a gorgeous view of the lake!

The house was perfect for our stay! The view of the lake was so peaceful. I looked out that window every morning while having my coffee. Speaking of which, the coffee machine is the best! It grinds the beans so it's super fresh! I especially liked the big comfy couch w the HUGE television. Also, the house was close to everything we wanted to visit which was important to us. We very much enjoyed our stay and hope to rent this place again next time we're in South Bend!

Beautiful home.

Beautiful home. Wrap around decks looking out to the lake across the street. Back deck is a great place to relax. Lots of room, inside and out. The Owner was wonderful to deal with and easy to contact if needed.

Awesome!!

This is a wonderful property along with a very accommodating owner. We stayed here for a Notre Dame football game and it was great. It's a little far to walk to campus but we drove our car about a mile towards campus and then were very closeby to walk. The house has a large upstairs living and kitchen area for all of us to gather. Crystal even left a wonderful assortment of donuts for us to enjoy.

Perfect location and wonderful hosts.

This house was clean and fully equipped for our football weekend. It was close enough to walk to and from the stadium, groceries near by and super quiet neighborhood with gorgeous views. Crystal was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed - even had coffee and a bottle of wine waiting for us.

Great Home for Extended Family Visit to Notre Dame!

Our extended family just completed a wonderful Graduation Weekend at Notre Dame. Our stay was that much better because this home had everything that we needed. Fully equipped kitchen, great bedrooms, clean bathrooms and super tidy, everything was very warm and inviting. Our hosts had even left us a bottle of champagne to congratulate our son's big event! We had both sets of grandparents and our family stay here, and it was great to all be together. Proximity to campus is perfect, a 5 minute drive and we were on campus. The lake view was peaceful, and very quiet and residential, no loud noises from traffic. The weather wasn't the best so did not have a chance to use the deck and patio, but it was nicely landscaped. Very convenient to get in and out with the info Crystal gave us. Very safe neighborhood, and all around wonderful place. Would definitely come back to rent for another weekend! See you in the fall for an ND football game!
