Budgewoi Beach House

Lugn och avkopplande ... precis som "Coast" trettio år sedan, har detta tre sovrum, fibro hus trägolv i hela, en stor främre däck ser i Banksias på sanddyner. Lyssna på vågorna, känna havsbrisen. Bakgården är stor och har gott om inhemska träd och en stor grill. Det är ordentligt inhägnad, perfekt för hundar, stora som små. Bara en kort promenad till den vänliga lokala butiker, kaféer och Pub..which ligger på sjön!

Sängkläder konfiguration (nb, ark medföljer ej)

Tre dubbelrum med vardera en dubbelsäng. Det finns en enda dagbädd i det främre vardagsrummet plus en enda dagbädd i ryggen vardagsrum med det stora bordet.

Något utrymme för barnsäng / barnsäng - men dessa levereras ej.

A special place to rest, the property had everything we needed. The back yard could not be enjoyed because the chairs and tables were in poor condition, other than that, a very comfortable property.

Perfect little weekender!

Overall we were very happy with the property for our girls weekend away. Our only negative is that we didn’t utilise the back garden because the outdoor furniture was covered in spider webs. A good clean and spruce up of these would be appreciated I’m sure for future guests. Thankfully the front patio was great, we loved sitting out there and listening to the waves. Very close to shops, lake and the pub. Lago Cucina restaurant above the pub was amazing!

Fantastic location

Thanks Philip, we had a great time and the house is lovely. Great location for walks along the beach and into town. Recommend the Fish Tacos at Budgewoi Hotel too!

Great beach house in the perfect location

The property was just as it looks online. It’s just a few metres to the dog friendly beach and the backyard was well enclosed for our dog who enjoyed his stay exploring the backyard. It’s also close to shops and restaurants. Thanks Phillip for a great place to stay.

Beautiful house in great location

The house had everything we needed to cook and relax, lots of space, beautiful big garden , fantastic location just across the beach , very quiet . Budgewoi hotel has great food and its just a few minutes walk 😊 Host is very helpful, easy communication .. thank you & We’ll be back !

Christmas

Hosting Christmas here was great. We had family visit for Christmas lunch, and with the big table, it was lovely. The outdoor areas were very relaxing.

Home away from home

What a beautiful spot! We had a wonderful stay at this lovely home right by the beach & the local shops. The backyard was so peaceful & private & the landscaping was fantastic. Philip could not have been more helpful and welcoming as host. We can't wait to visit again! Thank you!

Very relaxing with great dog beaches close by

Very happy and relaxed are we and our boxer dog after our mini break. House and garden just the job!! Walk to dog beach, then rest, then walk to the lovely new Budgewoi hotel for dinner. Thanks we’ll be back.

Great dog friendly house close to the beach

EXCELLENT

This was our first Stayz holiday and definitely not our last if this experience can be repeated. Out the front door, turn right, walk 50 metres, turn left, walk the path over the dune and there you are on the beach. This property is excellent for our needs. Our 4Kg Toy Poodle absolutely loved the yard, plenty to explore and totally safe. Only one problem, we should have stayed longer. Thanks Philip.
