Great stay and super convenient location!

Love this place, it was in a very convenient spot that's 10 minutes away from everything we needed to go to (restuarants, Heavenly resort). Would come back again!

Great Spring Break Getaway

Fantastic Stay

The place was fantastic. A lot better than what is shown in the photos. The National Forrest is across the street and perfect for dogs and hikes. The location was 10 minutes from everything.

Hiking biking paradise!

In short, don't hesitate...

This house is great for a group - the property is clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it to others. The property manager, Carina, was very responsive to our needs and anything we requested was immediately addressed.

Clean and great location

The property was located in a wonderful area and it was neat and clean. We all felt like the host was a little ocd about some things with all the little sticky notes everywhere, it made it a little uncomfortable and I felt that the kitchen could of used a couple nicer pans. It was difficult to cook for a big group without everything sticking to the pans. Corina was very pleasant to deal with if necessary but I would not recommend this place if you are ntraveling with kids.

Just like staying at mom and dad's house

This house was a fantastic find! We stayed here with our son and another family and it worked out great! First impressions: clean, clean, clean. I was super-impressed with the cleanliness and organization of the place. Helpful notes all around the property. It was well-stocked with kitchen utensils, etc. Honestly, it was everything I wanted in a rental property. It was just like staying at my parents' place - super clean, fully functional, very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

We love this house!!

We love the location! This house is by far the best maintained and cleanest of all the houses we have rented through the years ! The beds are comfortable. The area is beautiful and quiet! You just need to cross the quiet street to hike along the powerline trail. We also enjoyed a large deck with comfortable chairs. Carina was very accommodating throughout the whole process. Looking forward to stay here again next year. Thank you again ! Rita G.

No barbecue

Overall the property was nice, but we couldn’t enjoy our stay since the neighbor was spying us and we were not comfortable sitting outside. Plus we were not able to use barbecue because charcoal barbecue presents in property was banned and there were no gas barbecue. We had to eat outside every time and we had to throw all our prepared barbecue meat away.

This is a perfect family home, in a quiet neighborhood with all the amenities of home, it is across from national forest with miles of hiking and biking trails, 2 creeks within a mile and an amazing alpine lake and high meadows to explore for the more adventurous outdoor enthusiasts

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

This home is perfectly cared for, always immaculately clean, and a very quiet forested neighborhood. Central to all of South lake Tahoe, 2 mile drive to Heavenly 2 mile drive to the lake. Grocery stores and restaurants are all nearby. The forest across the street is awesome for walks, cross-country skiing, mountain biking. I know you’ll love this place. I also live in the neighborhood and have lived here for 50 years ..In my opinion it’s the best neighborhood and all of Tahoe.
