Tre rymliga sovrum sova bekvämt upp till 8 personer. Två sovrum har queen size-sängar medan den andra har två dubbla britsar. Alla rum har fläktar, ringklocka / radio och tillgång eller synpunkter till en av verandor.
Loungen rum är utrustat med TV, DVD-spelare och stereo, köket har en mikrovågsugn och diskmaskin för att göra livet lite enklare och även en tvättmaskin och torktumlare i fall du får slut på rena kläder.
Om du inte vill använda det välutrustade köket, underblåsa en Barbie och njuta av den glas vin!

Där vi är och sevärdheter

Valley Beyond ligger i bergen ovanför Mt View drygt 12 kilometer (12 minuter) från Cessnock i den södra delen av Hunter Valley vinregion.

Alla fantastiska faciliteter Hunter Valley har att erbjuda, över hundra cellar door vingårdar, internationellt hyllade golfbanor, sensationella restauranger och kaféer, ridning, 4WD resor, ballong etc., är inom räckhåll.

HUR MAN KOMMER DIT:
Kommer från Sydney

Res förbi Cessnock högstadium och idrottsplatser på vänster sida. Gå rakt igenom den första uppsättningen av trafikljus vid korsningen av Vincent Street och Aberdare Road efter Wollombi och Bellbird skyltarna till Wollombi Road. Sväng vänster in Wollombi Road. Kör 5 km genom byn Bellbird förbi Bellbird Hotel och sväng höger in Kendall Street. Den Bellbird Mine Memorial Park ligger i hörnet. Följ Kendall St (blir Bimbadeen Rd) för 4. 3 klms upp i bergen tills den möter Mt View Rd. Sväng vänster in Mt View Rd (efter skyltningen till Millfield Winery och Cedars) och fortsätter till toppen av kullen. . . . .

Kommer från Wollombi

Ta Wollombi Rd norrut mot Cessnock. På Bellbird (ca 12 km från Wollombi) sväng vänster in Kendall St (skyltat) strax efter Memorial Park. Följ Kendall St (blir Bimbadeen Rd) för 4. 3 klms upp i bergen tills den möter Mt View Rd. Sväng vänster in Mt View Rd (efter skyltningen till Millfield Winery och Cedars) och fortsätter till toppen av kullen. . .

Kommer från Pokolbin

Huvudet mot Mt View-området. Få på Mt View Rd på väg mot Briar Ridge eller Peter vingårdar och fortsätta förbi dessa vingårdar upp Mt View Rd. Vid Bimbadeen Rd fortsätta rakt fram och uppför backen till toppen. . .

På toppen av kullen

. . . på toppen av kullen en asfalterad väg kör av till vänster till Bimbadeen utkik och Mt View Rd fortsätter rakt fram som en grusväg. Fortsätt längs Mt View Rd för ca 50 meter och följ det vänster och ner för backen (det finns en vägskylt där du sväng vänster). Conitue på denna väg ca 2 km, korsa en bro och dalen utanför är det första huset på vänster sida efter bron.

Brilliant country house in a spectacular area.

We absolutely loved the property! It is tucked away in a pocked of Mount View. Close enough to the wineries but far enough that you feel like youve really escaped. Sitting on the verandah was heaven! We cant wait to come back!

It is not pet-friendly unless the bindi in the grass are attended to.

This property is advertised as pet friendly, but due to the amount of bindis everywhere in the grass my son's dog ended up with awful infected feet. It cost $919 for 2 nights of accommodation and a vet account on my return home, I wasn't even given the main bedroom. No quilt just sheets and an old blanket. I was honest with the owners and advised them the property was for myself and a dog. I felt as though I wasn't considered as a guest. I am a 63-year-old mature woman, the owner gave me instructions for the property like I was a child. None of the windows opened, and staying in a property with air conditioning or ceiling fans circulating the air was quite uncomfortable, I was hoping for fresh air. I needed a pet-friendly property for my son's dog to attend my son's wedding, after booking Valley and Beyond I did find cheaper nicer places. Living in the southern highlands I was unaware of the area, but this stay has taught me a lesson for future bookings. It always pays to do your research. I took several photos of the property when I arrived as I felt uncomfortable with the instructions provided by the owners.

Incredible spot. will come back!

Absolutely nothing fell short in this place. Stunning view from the house, beautiful house itself. They provided a lot for the house we hadn't even thought of bringing, like condiments, suncream, coffee, etc. Only 10-15 minutes drive from winery areas. 100% recomend and we will be coming back!

Mid-week wedding stay

Our daughter got married on the property across the road. We were lucky enough to secure a booking so we could celebrate without having too far to go. The property feels very secluded, but it's close to Cessnock (15 mins) with plenty of places to pick up supplies. Thank you Lyn for making everything easy, from the booking to being made to feel welcome. Bedding, cutlery, crockery, towels and BBQ were all supplied. Would highly recommend the property to anyone that needs an escape. The large verandah is a great spot to sit and be. The bonus . . . Watched a calf be born in the paddock next door!

Fabulous

We have stayed at this house on several occasions previously and just love it! This time we took my parents and dog for a family weekend and we all enjoyed the tranquility of the place. Sitting on the front deck is just so relaxing. It has everything you need. Can’t wait to go back.

Another relaxing stay

This was our fourth visit & we keep returning as we just love our time at Valley Beyond. Sitting on the verandah, looking out over the paddocks and hills and taking in the peace, quiet and bellbird song is total relaxation. Plenty of room for 8 people with comfortable bedrooms, spacious lounge & open plan kitchen & dining area. The kids also enjoyed the board games, scooters & bikes provided. We love that it’s not too far from the wineries & Pokolbin Village area so we can go out and about during the day, then settle in back at the house for evening drinks on the verandah and later share a leisurely dinner, BBQ or nibbles platter with good company. Looking forward already to our next stay!

Location location

Large and spacious rooms with all the features you would expect on country property. The location and and views are outstanding ! Very quiet and peaceful with well maintained yards and amenities. Would recommend and would definitely stay again .

Valley beyond is perfection

Everything was fantastic easy to get to and relaxation plus. Perfect for people and their pets. So close to everything but yet feels so far away. Wouldn't even try to book anywhere else,this was our second stay won't be our last.

City dogs go to the country

We booked this property for a two night mid-week getaway with our two dogs. The fully fenced yard gave the dogs freedom to run and they loved watching the cows from the fully fenced balconies or the windows. The two humans enjoyed the fireplace, watching movies, and playing games from the great collection. This trip has left us dreaming about buying our own country place or at least booking a return trip.

Wonderful relaxing place to stay ! A country experience!

Our family had a wonderful 4 nights away! Our dogs loved it as well as there was plenty of room outside for them to run around which was fully enclosed by a high fence( giving us peace of mind). Recommend it to anyone wanting a country escape with close access to the vineyards.

Great house and location

Came here for the weekend for a concert in the Hunter Valley and the house and location were great. It was super clean and had everything we needed. Was also very easy to communicate with the owners. Would definitely recommend for people looking for a relaxing getaway.
