Condo was good.

The condo was as listed. It did need some tlc though. The worst part was the fire alarm on the building went off just about daily.

The condo was well layer out. There were 5 sliding glass door to balcony area. NONE of the doors had working locks. I would be very concerned if I had children as this is 4th floor. There is construction on the building next door which was very loud. On our checkout day at 4 am the elevator would not work. We had our car service get in the elevator from the ground floor and try to use the elevator. He was successful and arrived to get usThere is a beautiful view from the balcony but it is not located on the beach. There was a small man made beach but not the ocean. All said the condo was well planned out and we enjoyed our stay. I do not believe I would stay there again.

This was an outstanding condo, and it has a great view and very spaces. It would help if in the check in it stated that there is a wooding screen door on the front door where the key code is to get in.

I would use this condo again as it was a great experience

The property was very clean and comfortable. We had one issue upon arrival and the manager and owner handled it well. Our stay was perfect and we plan to come back.

Beautiful location

This condo is very beautiful. Spacious and has great views.Pros- loved the views, the pool, the spa. The kitchen is huge and there are grills outside to cook on too. We had fireworks on the bay 3 of the 5 nights we were there! Our balcony was perfect! Cons- ants! The ants were ridiculous. Bought spray. They were coming out of the kitchen island from the seems of the granite and the outlets. You need a pest guy and you need to re caulk it. It will help. The washing machine if full of mold. Don’t use it. Plus we got locked out of our room cause the lock on door went dead because battery was falling out. The door does not latch well and when I contacted them instantly about it, they blamed me. Very upsetting when I’ve rented many time on Vrbo. I wouldn't call if I didn’t need help. Overall, this is a great condo. Be prepared for a walk to beach but it’s worth it.

Great beach views!

Everything was exactly as expected. The condo was very clean. Only one elevator was in working order but we used the stairs without issue. The views are amazing from every window. Some work is being done to make the nearest beach more accessible so for now it is a bit of a walk but it is well worth it! The beach is beautiful!

We absolutely loved the whole place. Check-in was so easy. Condo was immaculate, spacious, very accommodating, absolutely stunning, looked exactly like the pictures and had beautiful views. We fell in love with this condo and loved everything about it. We will definitely be booking this condo AGAIN in the future!❤️

Came to town for a wedding. Its was a quick 2-night stay but wish it was longer! This condo was beautiful! I’m very picky when it comes to cleanliness and this place was pristine!! The 2 balconies were large and had amazing views! We even had a surprise fireworks show Saturday night that was unexpected! The tub in the master bath was to tide for! Will def be renting again if possible! The 2 living rooms were great and the kitchen spacious!! Highly recommend!!

Beautiful condo

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. A few things we noticed. Little lighting in the double BR, a stain on the recliner in LR, sliding glass door would not lock. All minor things though. It was beautiful, comfortable and we would stay again. The view was so great.

Fantastic view

The East Pass Tower 1 condo is very spacious! It feels like home. It is right on bay. It feels like you can reach right out and touch the water! It does have a view of the gulf, but it is a distance away. It was interesting to watch the marine traffic in the bay, as well as the dolphins, sea turtles, pelican, and gulls. The pelicans fly so close to the condo! The condo has everything you need to have a fantastic stay. The only things you need are your clothes and some beach towels, chairs, and an umbrella. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return in the future.

The condo was amazing , spacious and very clean ! Comfortable bedsLoved the pool and balcony views .Wish we could have stayed longer .Beautiful place Only suggestion is that if people are staying long term they may need to bring paper products and things like aluminum foil .Just a suggestion It was a beautiful place !

Great place to stay!!

My family and I stayed here as a graduation getaway. It was 3 adults 3 children (2, 7 &15). Very secure location, all access was provided to us timely. There was plenty of space and exactly as pictured. Such a relaxing environment. The views from every room were wonderful, could not have picked a better location. Looking forward to booking again in the future!!

Large unit with great views. No beach access.

The condo was huge with large balconies and spectacular views. Unfortunately, there is a fake beach and no access to the real beach. We had to drive to a public beach each day to thoroughly enjoy the water. The unit is extremely run down. There are notes everywhere with instructions on how to get things to work. Example: to get hot water in master shower, turn knob to 11 oclock. The cabinet door on the fridge was off. The freezer had to be slammed in order to keep it closed. The unit was not thoroughly cleaned. The faucet in the master tub was literally falling off the wall. The master tub also did not hold water, we had to purchase a drain cover to be able to use the tub. I did notify management and they told us the unit was up for a re-model and they would come wipe down the fridge. Basically the message was "too bad, we are updating soon". Although the unit is huge, we will not stay again. No beach/ocean access is a deal breaker and should have been disclosed, as well as the condition of the unit.

Excellent! Views are spectacular! Worked very well for adult family members desiring some space inside and out. Pool a bit too cool to swim in. Overall great experience!
