The water views were awesome.

The condo was very nice. The only thing is the chair and couch. They have stains everywhere. We covered them with a bed sheet. I would definitely come back.

Outstanding views and beach access. Responsive and helpful staff. Sub par appliances. Kitchen and laundry appliances need to be replaced. We spent a significant amount of time working around the appliance issues.1

Ocean Front

The condo was nice and had a great view. The master bedroom was way warmer than all the other rooms and we had to keep the blinds close that takes away from the gorgeous view. The first night the fridge was not cooling and we were going to call management in the morning but it started to work so we didn’t. Also the first night there are feet got so black from the floor that we tried to mop it a few times during our stay. Might just be from the sand that gets dragged in from things not sure. There were spots on the furniture and tables and tv stands and a few on the bedding in the one room. The kitchen was nicely stocked and once again it has a beautiful view.

Great Place

Very beautiful place. Very clean. Great views of the gulf. Well stocked with everything you need. Had a minor plumbing issue, but was taken care of right away. Couple other small things were taken care of the very first day. Very attentive to any thing that was needed. Highly recommend this unit.

Beautiful beach

We loved the condo and all the security the building had. The walk to the beach was so easy and close. We never waited over 1-2 minutes for the elevators. We will come back again.

Last Toast on the Coast Bachelorette Party

The location of the property is perfect. The beach is beautiful and just few steps away. Upon arrival to the property our party noticed the unit was not properly cleaned and the air conditioning output was very low. We called the listed number and they sent someone out to clean and change the sheets. A maintenance technician was also called for the air condition. The tech was prompt and fixed the air condition within 2 hrs of the initial call. All in all our stay was nice!

Beautiful Views and Clean!

We loved this house! The views are absolutely beautiful! We watched dolphins swimming all day everyday! Comfy beds and the best part is the condo was extremely clean. Easy check in process and good communication from staff.

Great place

This condo was great for a big family. Having three bathrooms is a must with teenagers. The check in process was super easy. The complex staff is amazing they cleaned everything ever single day and I do mean everything. The only issue we had was the microwave went out. With one text they resolved that issue quickly. Definitely recommend staying here.

Nice place needs repairs and ckeaning

We had a great visit. The ac does not cool the space not sure if remotely controlled. Had temp set on 68 but never got cooler that 73 too hot for sleeping. Found food in between the furniture cushions. No cleaning products left in unit for us to clean counters. The mirror phrase in middle bathroom is coming apart and will fall and break if not properly fixed.

Family vacation

Loved the location of this property! The condo along with the rest of the property is very well kept and very clean! We were able to see dolphins from the balcony almost every morning. Getting in and out was very easy and never more then a few minutes drive to anywhere we wanted to go.

Great location with amazing views

This unit is beautiful and you can’t beat the location and the views. When we arrived there was a pantry door and cabinet door under the sink that were hanging off the hinges, however early that evening a gentleman arrived to fix them. We didn’t call anyone, so I’m assuming the cleaning crew reported it before we arrived. Although it was not fixed during our stay, it was not an inconvenience. The unit was clean and comfortable and seemed to have everything needed during our stay. Our only recommendation would be an extra blanket or two for the pull out couch. We love Jade East and stay here often. The ease of getting to the beach is wonderful and the crew working on the beach are extremely nice and helpful. We will continue to stay here in the future.

Unit was nice. Bathroom where washer and dryer are could use some upgrading. Bathtub was clogged. Could have used some cleaning items like glass cleaner. Overall, happy with unit.

We enjoyed our stay at Jade East. Everything was clean and it was really nice having a bathroom with each bedroom. The beach was crystal clear & beautiful. We will definitely return.
