The water views were awesome.

The condo was very nice. The only thing is the chair and couch. They have stains everywhere. We covered them with a bed sheet. I would definitely come back.

They had dirty pans inside of the oven. The dishwasher was dirty and full of water. The master bedroom was very hot, even with the curtains closed. The dial on the washing machine did not spin so that you could not choose a cycle to wash clothes. The condo needs a new paint job, marks on the walls from carts going into the unit.

Family vacation

The location of the property was great. The condos could use an update with some new furniture as it had some really bad stains on it. The floors were not cleaned well prior to our visit. Our condo did not come with use of the umbrellas and chairs, I found out later that some rentals do come with use of them, I feel like they all should. There were some not so nice owners that would not let us keep our chairs on the water as it was in front of their umbrellas and it was a private beach for the owners we were told. I can understand not putting an umbrella in front of the owners but however a chair in the water should not be a big deal.

Beautiful Views and Clean!

We loved this house! The views are absolutely beautiful! We watched dolphins swimming all day everyday! Comfy beds and the best part is the condo was extremely clean. Easy check in process and good communication from staff.

Good stay, needs updating desperately!

Overall it was a good stay with a great location. However, it is in need of some major updating. It needs paint desperately and the furniture in the living room is all stained which was mentioned on a previous review in which the company said the furniture was going to be cleaned. It did not appear that was done. Also, the mattress in the master was extremely soiled and had 2 foam mattresses on top of the main mattress which they had put too small of a fitted sheet on it. This was fixed quickly once we sent pictures in and called the company. Location was amazing, but I would not stay in this particular condo again. There are others in the same building that look much nicer and updated.

The propperty was centerally located and easy to acess. The Unit was beautiful.

This property has only 4 units per floor so it is not overcrowded and is located in the heart of Destin. Our unit was newly renovated and very lovely. The colors were nice and the furniture very attractive We would definitely stay here again

Great Place

Very beautiful place. Very clean. Great views of the gulf. Well stocked with everything you need. Had a minor plumbing issue, but was taken care of right away. Couple other small things were taken care of the very first day. Very attentive to any thing that was needed. Highly recommend this unit.

Outstanding views and beach access. Responsive and helpful staff. Sub par appliances. Kitchen and laundry appliances need to be replaced. We spent a significant amount of time working around the appliance issues.1

Great place

This condo was great for a big family. Having three bathrooms is a must with teenagers. The check in process was super easy. The complex staff is amazing they cleaned everything ever single day and I do mean everything. The only issue we had was the microwave went out. With one text they resolved that issue quickly. Definitely recommend staying here.

Just Beautiful

My family and I had a very good time. Condo was great. I greatly appreciate the owner checking in with us to make sure everything was going well. However I do wish that they had provided beach chairs and umbrella. We stay at Jade East Towers every year and this was the first time we had to pay for beach service. But still a great trip. Highly recommend.

Bachelorette Beach Trip - Beach Bach

Thank you for an awesome time! We had 8 people who participated and everyone had a blast. We actually scheduled the trip for Spring Break week but because of COVID we had to reschedule for this past week! You guys were awesome to work with us through the whole rescheduling process! Sun was out, beaches were open and awesome, and our bride to be had a bachelorette trip to remember! Thanks so much!

Last Toast on the Coast Bachelorette Party

The location of the property is perfect. The beach is beautiful and just few steps away. Upon arrival to the property our party noticed the unit was not properly cleaned and the air conditioning output was very low. We called the listed number and they sent someone out to clean and change the sheets. A maintenance technician was also called for the air condition. The tech was prompt and fixed the air condition within 2 hrs of the initial call. All in all our stay was nice!

Great view condo.

Great ocean view. Clean condo. Needs better lighting in the guest bedroom and master bathroom. White towels need bleached. One of the bath towel was ripped about 7 inches. Tents are now allowed to put up so have to rent. Over all it was a good trip but next time I will go to Panama City beach where the beach allowed me to put up my own tents to get better shade and use my chairs which are more comfortable.

Jade East

The condo was very clean upon our arrival and everything in working order. We were very happy with the accommodations fit our family of 5 perfect and that is with 3 adult children. Only issue was the kitchen could have been supplied a little better. Not enough silverware and plates. No cutting board or cheese grater. We had to run the dishwasher every day to have enough utensils and plates. Being COVID we ate every meal at the condo. Overall would stay there again!

Needs a good cleaning.

Nice condo, but not worth the money. Tile was very dirty. Master Bedroom air was not working properly. Electricity outlets in master bath not working. Tub was old and rusty. New showers were nice! Beds were comfortable. Beach was nice but still crowded in October. Beach service was nice though.
