Outstanding Kona Oceanfront Location

This oceanfront, ground floor unit was spectacular. Absolutely gorgeous views off of the lanai, and a 2-3 min walk to restaurants, bars, in town. Outstanding pool facility, loved the entire property. Will definitely be back again. Unit was well equipped, everything in great condition, and the communication was great from start to finish. On-site parking. Can’t say enough good things.

Perfect Place

We stayed here with our 5 and 7 year old and it was a perfect setup. It had all the kitchen amenities you need and it was clean and well taken care of. We would definitely stay here again. Loved being right on the water. Definitely recommend!

Amazing place!

We had an absolutely amazing vacation! The high light of our stay was the condo. Perfect location to all the shops and shopping down Alii drive, the sunset views….omg you can’t get any better at any other location! We were there over Christmas and New years and really enjoyed the location. Love that the Kona Reef is really chill and peaceful. By far just sitting on the gorgeous lanai and reading and watching the waves and relaxing was the high light of our trip! Don’t hesitate on this one!! We’re already looking at booking again next year!

Another great stay in A6

Had a wonderful 6 night stay at Kona Coast. Had one small issue with the unit smelling a bit of mold, however, after speaking g to the management, they came out and cleaned out the air filter to the AC unit and the problem was resolved. Thank you for the quick action.

Perfection in Paradise

I can't think of anything about this vacation rental that could have made it better - perfect location (on the beach and within walking distance to Kona Village) perfect size, beautifully decorated, lovely hot tub and pool and very friendly people. I'm sure it's the best vacation rental we've ever had.

Great location and awesome lanai

Thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The Lanai is perfect and our 11 year old enjoyed spending hours in the tide pools right out front of the property. Pool and hot tub were clean and comfortable and covered parking was a bonus since we had a downpour for the first two days. Would highly recommend for families or couples!!

Great vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in A6 of the Kona Reef Resort. It was exactly how the pictures showed. There were games to play, beach accessories to use, and it was very clean. Great location as well. Thanks for a great trip for our first time to Kona.

Nicely remodeled condo with great views and walking distance town

Comfortable, clean condo with amazing ocean views and well located to walk to downtown. Do note the description about the high bed. It is really high.

Dream Vacation

Everything about the property is just as pictured. It was the perfect location. The view of the ocean is amazing. Close to restaurants and shopping, was able to walk and avoid parking hassles. I could have sat on the lanai forever! Everything was very nice. Bed was extremely comfortable.

Wonderfully relaxing

Kona Coast A6 is perfect for a getaway. The listing represents accuracy. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need (except food). Comfy bed. We enjoyed watching surfers and sunsets from the comfort of our lanai. Location is walkable from Kailua- Kona town with restaurants and shops.

Little Slice of Paradise

We had a wonderful stay! You cannot beat the location of the condo. We were right at the edge of the beach and walking distance to town. We hardly watched any TV with that spectacular lanai. Listening to the waves every night and morning was so relaxing. It rained quite a bit while we were there and it added to our enjoyment. Thank you so much!

Well appointed and updated unit with spectacular ocean view.

Nicely updated unit very comfortable for 2 people. Terrific ocean and sunset views from the lanai. The title floors were quite dirty and required us to sweep and mop when we checked in. The beach chairs provided are in need of replacing as they are worn out.

Kona 2023

This was a nice unit in an older complex. The ocean front view was great and the pool was very relaxing. Our friends have a timeshare at the Billfisher across the street so the location was perfect. We do hope the city does something to revitalize the town. It needs some work!! But overall a nice trip!

Awesome location!

We loved Kona Reef. The unit is oceanfront, ground floor. We loved waking up, drinking coffee, sitting out on the lanai, and watching the waves, boats and friendly people pass by. We walked to town often to grab breakfast, dinner or other items we needed. There was no cooking on this trip with so many good restaurants close by. The location was perfect. The unit had everything we needed. We did purchase our own pool towels and then found the ones in the unit on the 3rd day. We will return to Kona Reef!

A Great Spot

We’ve been to the Kona Reef four times. It’s our preferred accommodation for the location, amenities and atmosphere. A6 was the loveliest appointed of the three apartments at which we’ve stayed in Kona Reef. The appliances were all new or in perfect working order and there is AC in the bedroom as well are the living areas. We would definitely return. The only thing we would add is a lighted makeup mirror as the lighting in the bathroom is not the best for that sort of thing. But after a couple of days in the sun who needs makeup? Aloha.

Waves for Days!

Property is in a great location! Loved having the ocean at our back door for coffee and happy hour. Had issue with no hot water in shower, they sent someone over first thing the next day to address! Keep bedroom door closed to keep room cool as living area is always on the warm side, even with A/C. Also recommend grabbing a bag of ice as there are no cube trays. Everything else was great, bed and linens comfortable. Would totally recommend.
