Exceeds expectations

This is a fabulous property in a quiet area. The accommodation was very clean with all the amenities. The point of contact responded immediately to our inquiries and the neighbours were all great too. Cant wait to come again next year! Thank you to the owners for letting us stay here.

Door unlocked

Had issues as the door lock system was not working . Had to contact very kind service person , and get the manual key to the duration of the trip . Owner has assured the service person the lock would be fixed , and apparently it was the day we left . Just a constant annoyance and dereliction on owners behalf . People just don’t care . Would not return .

Uninhabitable

Upon arrival our code to get into the house did not work. The host did not answer her phone. We Spent 1.5 hours on the phone with VRBO to finally get a code that worked. When we entered the condo, the air conditioning was not working. I was able to get in touch with the host and she said she would call me back. We also experienced a foul smell coming from the dishwasher (sewer backup?). She never called back. We had to contact VRBO again. They sent us to an ‘emergency travel center’ where we waited on hold for 45 minutes and then was disconnected. We, again, called VRBO and waited another 45 minutes and was disconnected. We finally got in touch with VRBO and left a message to return our call and they never did. I also called the host back and she told me the reason she didn’t get back to me was because she was ‘busy with her children’, and that the air conditioning should be serviced the next day. She did not address the dishwasher. After 4.5 hours of no resolution, my husband and I deemed the property ‘uninhabitable’ for health reasons. We had to find our own lodging, and file a dispute with our credit card company to get our money back.

Terrible follow through

Got to condo 20 min after check in time ..wasn’t ready towels rugs bedding all in heap on floor. Crumbs on counters table snd floor. Took 4 hrs to contact the “guest contact “ took several attempts to contact Evolve and VRBO. EVOVE finally got back to me and each time and said it would be handled snd they will call me back. I never heard from them until I called them back. Each time was on hold for 20 ish min. VRBO was basically the same thing. Got a hold of them once and then never heard back from them.

Home away from home

This is our second stay in the last year. The condo had everything we needed. We visited a local grocery store and functioned as we would if we were home. This is a very quiet respectful community. We enjoyed long walks around the neighborhood. The pool was very nice and extremely clean.

This condo was perfect for what we needed. It had all the amenities we needed and was in a nice location for Naples and Marco Island.

The property was very clean and comfortable! The kitchen was well equipped with many unexpected extras. Nice golf course view with great sunsets. The newly remodeled bathroom was great, including the soaking tub. The location is between Naples and Marco Island and made it easy to explore both areas. There are three public golf courses and a nice restaurant nearby. The only negative was accessing the unit the first time. Wish instructions would have be better. There is a metal box beside the front door with a four digit lock. Not sure why it is there. The touchpad for entering is on the door, but appears all white. Hard to see numbers, especially at night.

Very nice accommodations. Would definitely come back.

I meant to provide a review after our stay in early November but it slipped my mind. We thoroughly enjoyed our week. The condo had everything we needed. It was clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. We especially enjoyed having our coffee on the lanai each morning and watching the golfers across the lake. It was so nice having a heated pool and clubhouse with workout room only a 5-minute walk from the condo. There is even a restaurant with great food on the grounds.
