Best Vacation Ever

The house was perfect for all of us, the kids enjoyed the pool and we all loved the beach. The property was super close to the beach, making walks with the kids fun. Highly recommend.

Great location and experience

An easy walk across the street to the beach and a pool out back to relax by and keep the kids entertained. The rental company was incredibly helpful and polite when we required assistance. Paid for early check in and everything was ready as promised.

Mullen Sandpiper Stay - June 26th to July 10th

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Good vacation home to stay in. Only issue was the 2nd floor bedroom (one with a bath) had a queen bed mattress that was "hard as a rock", and very uncomfortable. Definitely needs a better mattress. Other than that property was good.

Best Trip Ever

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House was perfect. We had 6 adults and 3 kids. Kids loved their own room. House was well equipped. Even had boogie boards and sand toys! Excellent location. We rode our bikes to the park, grocery store and ice cream shop. We enjoyed every moment. Pool was so much fun for kids. Back yard was great to. We threw baseball and had tons of room. That never happens at the beach!

Beautiful home perfect location

This home leaves nothing to want. The rooms are all good sized. The bathrooms are spacious. The outdoor shower by the pool area is perfect. We loved the location. My only complaint is that we had to leave and come back to our home. There are plenty of public beach access points within walking distance, places to eat, things to do with the kids, and still it's not so big an area that you feel crowded. The pool isn't Olympic sized, but it is a nice sized pool. My three teen and preteen kids were in it and it had room for them to move and play/float. The beds were comfy as well. I really enjoyed having the 2 different refrigerators. We kept drinks in the lower one to make it easier to fill our cooler and head out for the day.

Family 2022 Vacation

The home was clean when we arrived and the beds were made. We loved the top deck and spent a great deal of time outside. The pool was much smaller than I thought it would be but the Grandchildren enjoyed. The pool area definitely needed some attention. There were weeds around the pool.

Very pleased....

Reviewer Comments: Plenty of room for eight adults, close to everything you may need, paid extra for the linen service, and worth every penny after driving 11 hours the last thing I wanted to do was make up beds. I was a little surprised that there were not “extras” in the house such as aluminum foil, plastic wrap, salt, pepper, garbage bags, extra paper towels... other houses we have stayed in always had these and when we left we always left our “extras” for the next visitors.

Wonderful Beach Home

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family had a wonderful time at the Sandpiper. Everything was very clean and it was well equipped with everything we needed and more. Our four year old twin girls loved the pool and we were excited there was sand and pool toys already there available for us to use. The only problem we experienced was we had paid the linen fee and we arrived after hours and there were no towels or sheets available for us. They did drop them off the next day, so it was a minor inconvenience. We highly recommend this house and look forward to staying here again!

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was great, beach access was right there and close to things to do. Other than that, the house was outdated. The top deck had nails sticking out and the wood chairs on it were not the best. I had to pound some of the nails back down so none of got hurt and the railing was not to sturdy. The bed rooms were accommodating for my group. As for the kitchen and living room, they were definitely outdated. Regarding the information I was given and what was in the house for garbage and things to do, they did not line up.If all of us wanted to get in the pool, it would not have worked. It is small and if you like to all be in the pool it would not work.It was an average house and worked for the week but I would not go back. The location and the beach access made it work for us.
