Detta tredje rad på havet ö stuga hem, beläget i North Forest Beach på 27 Sandpiper Street, designades med semesterfirare i åtanke. Från ytterdörren kommer du in i ett expansivt stort rum med 12 fot tak och glänsande trägolv. Vardagsrummet har sittplatser med en soffa, två klubbstolar och två malabarstolar som omger spisen. En armoire innehåller underhållningscentret med en TV, DVD / VCR och stereo. Det stora matbordet är utmärkt att samlas med familj och vänner. Det ljusa och ljusa köket med travertinräknare har en öbar med sex platser.

Tre uppsättningar av franska dörrar leder från vardagsrum, matsal och kök till poolen och däck. Pooldäckets bekvämligheter inkluderar ett matbord med paraply med plats för sex, gasgrill, solstolar och adirondackstolar tillsammans med en utomhusdusch.
Poolen är rektangulär och mäter 14 fot med 28 fot med ett litet vattenfall.

På första våningen finns två sovrum med delat hallbad. Ett sovrum har två enkelsängar, och det andra har två drottningssängar med franska dörrar som leder till verandan.

På toppen av trappan på andra våningen finns ett kung sovrum med eget badkar (badkar och dusch). Franska dörrar öppnas in i ett vardagsrum med en bäddsoffa i drottningen. Det finns en privat balkong utanför sovrummet samt vardagsrummet. Tvärs över korridoren finns ett andra sovrum med en kirsebär med ristad ristad kung och ett privat badrum (endast dusch). Från hallen leder fyra trappsteg upp till master-sviten. Detta rymliga sovrum har en vit-tvättad king size-säng samt en stor sittgrupp med två soffstolar perfekt för att läsa eller titta på TV. Detta område har franska dörrar som leder till en privat balkong med gungstolar perfekt för att skimta havet. Det stora masterbadet har separata sängbänkar, jacuzzi-badkar, dusch och separat vattenskåp.

A Family Reunion

We had a wonderful stay in this HH home. Lots of room, well stocked with basics, large kitchen with plenty of dishes, glasses, cookware and utensils. Great long dining table so we could all sit around and eat, talk and enjoy . 5 bedrooms were great for us, as were the 4.5 bathrooms. Although it rained the whole 4 days, we still enjoyed the pool and a walk to the beach. Only negative is that immediately upon entering, there was a strong musty smell. We turned down the AC, but it remained with us. The owners responded quickly with an AC service man, but he said the AC was fine. Never solved the issue. Otherwise, it was a terrific experience.

Family vacation

The property was perfect for our first family vacation. The location is ideal to get to the beach or the town. The house is extremely comfortable and well stocked. The communication with the others was top notch! Thank you for making our stay so comfortable.

Great Accommodations and Location

We Found both the accommodations and the location to be perfect. Three bedrooms with their own bathrooms up stairs and two bedrooms on the first floor that shared a hall bath. We spent the mornings at the beach located at the end of our short street, very easy to come and go, and the afternoon enjoying the pool and the large deck located right outside the French doors on the first floor. Plenty of dishes And cookware. The beds and furniture were very comfortable, and the whole house well Laid out for enjoying time with the family. I would definitely return again in the future.

Family Spring Break Vacation

This was a great property for families. The location is in a residential area and is extremely close to the beach. We had our very young grandchildren with us and the trek back and forth from the beach was very easy. The house has a great set up for multiple families/generations. The bedrooms were spacious and with 2 on the first floor and 3 upstairs there was more than enough room and separation for our family. Also, the property owner was very responsive. We would definitely rent this property again.

Wonderful Property!!

My family rented this lovely home for our annual family vacation, and we could not have been more pleased! The home was spacious, well-appointed, and a one minute walk to beach access. We had three families, with ages spanning from older adult to toddler, and this was the perfect layout for us. The pool is also so well-suited for our group as we have some emerging swimmers and they could both touch in much of the pool (that being said, if you have older kids, they may find the depth of the pool limiting, but it was absolutely perfect for us). Communication with the host was always prompt and thorough. We enjoyed our stay so much we hope to re-book next year!

Great location, needs some TLC

We enjoyed this property for the amount of space for a family of 8, the heated pool, and it’s great location (steps from the beach!). However, this property could use a deep clean, fresh paint and new carpeting, and some new appliances (and grill). Compared to other properties nearby with the same price point, this property is lacking in updates.

Fabulous stay. Only question/ issue was are the windows I two upstairs bathrooms one way view windows? No window coverings in two upstairs bathrooms. Neighbors could see in bathrooms?

Summer Reunion

We loved this house and chose it for its layout, pool, capacity and proximity to the beach and Coligny Circle. It delivered on all of those points. The homeowners were very attentive to a few minor issues that came up and we enjoyed our week that flew bye. Our only comments for improvement would be a good deep clean and fresh paint.

Fantastic family vacation!

We had a group of two families plus grandparents and the property was a comfortable fit for 10. The location was just steps from the beach and the pool was a great option for afternoons when we were done with the sand for the day. It was also a good size along with a well furnished pool deck. The communication was perfect and it definitely felt as if the owner wants every guest to truly enjoy the stay. We would all recommend this property. Cleanliness was a bit of an issue upon arrival but with a packed post-covid summer and lack of full cleaning staff given the current circumstances we are definitely understanding of their situation. Thanks for sharing your property with us!

Great location

We loved the location and proximity to the beach. We really enjoyed the pool and the option to have it heated. Check in and getting the keys went smoothly. The kitchen table is a great size but a little dinghy probably due to so many renters. Would recommend and stay here again.

Spring trip to HH.

Had a great week in HH. 30 yd walk to the beach. Pool was heated, which was nice in March-April. Overall, would recommend highly.

Did not meet expectations

The property is in a very bad shape, the appliances, particularly the stove should have been replace 10 years ago. The pots and pans are in bad shape, I've seen better condition at garage sales. Limited supply of towels, no extra sheets or extra cover. The picture s are totally misleading. I went to see a house for less money, properly supplied and all new.

Great vacation home!!!!

We had a wonderful trip. We would totally stay there again. The location to Coligny square and the beach was perfect. Just steps away from ocean and never was our beach crowded. And coligny was 1 mile down the road. And the house itself was clean and up to date. The pool was nice size for all of us to enjoy and there was just enough shaded area on the deck if you needed a break from the sun. The only issue we had was that the deck itself needed some maintenance. It was peeling and splintering a bit and was extremely hot to was on. But if that was our biggest issue, we can deal with that. Great Place to stay . Again we would go bacon a minute!!!!
