Bekväma, moderna, nyligen renoverat hus i ett lugnt läge mittemot Salamander Bay stranden. 6 sovplatser i 3 sovrum - 2 x drottning, 1 x 2 singlar (2 singlar kan göras till en king size-säng om så önskas), 2 badrum, 2 vardagsrum (båda med TV / DVD), fullt utrustat kök (plus pentry nere) , BBQ och full tvätt.

Vardagsrum och sovrummet öppnar mot en stor balkong (med skugga segel) med en NE aspekt med utsikt över Port Stephens - tillåter både inomhus och utomhus.

Promenera över vägen till stranden och park (med lekplats) för ett dopp eller promenad, eller bara ta i vattnet.

Promenader och cykelvägar överflöd. Minuter till alla sevärdheter (golf, fiske, surfing, dykning, kajakpaddling, segling, parasailing, delfin kryssningar, valskådning, 4x4 körning etc.), köpcentrum, restauranger och lokaliteter (Nelson Bay, Shoal Bay, Fingal Bay, Soldiers Point , Boat Harbor, One Mile Beach, Anna Bay, Stockton Beach).

50 m till busshållplats, 5 minuters promenad till lokala butiker, 5 minuters bilresa till större köpcentrum och bara 20 minuter från Newcastle flygplats.

Linne ingår ej men kan tillhandahållas mot en extra kostnad.

Obs - huset är 2 våningar. Det finns inre trappor (spiraltrappa) och yttre trappor till bakdäck / dörr. En barngrind är tillgänglig för intern trapplandning om det behövs.

Excellent Holiday House

Stayed at "Relax At The Bay" for 7 nights and was a great family holiday. The property is very clean, in a great location and perfect for two families. The owner of the property is great and easy to deal with. Will definitely re book this property for future getaways.

Perfect Spot

We loved our 5 night stay here despite the weather being terrible. The property is in an ideal spot- quiet location, across the road from the beach and walking distance to local shops. The home itself is clean with great water views and contains everything you could possibly need for your stay. Great communication from the host too! We will definitely be back again.

Peaceful stay by the bay

Great set up for us with kids and grandparents. Its 2 levels with spiral stairs between, and a small leafy backyard. The bay is just across the road with a nice little beach at low tide, and much quieter than Nelson Bay which we liked. Beautiful sunsets and great bird watching from the deck - we saw ospreys, sea eagles parrots, cormorants, pelicans and black swans.

The perfect place to relax!

We had such a great time at Salamanda Bay! The pictures don't do justice to the spectacular view of the water! The house was very clean, well stocked and had plenty of space for people to sit back and relax. We also loved its proximity to the other beaches in the area, especially the snorkelling reserve at Fly Point! Elliot was a fantastic host, and we couldn't recommend his place more highly!

Stunning views

We hired this house for my wedding weekend. Myself and my bridesmaids to get ready before the wedding. House was perfect. Views were stunning and i was verry happy to see my friend Kookie the kookaburra come to say hello with his friend.

Salamander Bay vacay

We really enjoy our short vacay ! The property was very clean and located in a quiet neighbourhood. The view from the balcony is amazing . House is very well devided, enough room for everyone and the ground floor area is perfectly design for kids . The only downside was we couldn’t swim at the beach across the road from the house … thus, we explored the beaches in the area. Fingal bay beach is the winner !! Thank you to Elliott and Karen for letting us stay at your property! Eva

Perfect Family Getaway

Just what we needed, perfect beach home overlooking the water in a quiet suburb. Clean, comfortable, communication with the owner was great and waking up to sunrises was amazing. We have an 18month child and not a single worry about it being unsafe

Relaxing and convenient

The house is perfect for 6 persons wanting to discover the area. The views are amazing and the bay is beautiful, especially at sunset. Also close to all the Port Stephens area activities. The house is fully equipped so you don't have to worry about anything. Great value for the price, highly recommended.

Great location and very comfortable

We were a family group of 4 adults and 2 small children and the accommodation suited us perfectly. The house was equipped with everything we needed to make our stay very comfortable. Easy access to a range of beaches and other points of interest and restaurants.

Excellent property

This house is very comfortable and great for two families as there are two lounges - one is downstairs and ideal for the kids. We have already booked to return in the summer so we can take advantage of the lovely big balcony and the BBQ. The owners are extremely helpful and did everything they could do ensure our stay was enjoyable.

This property is highly recommended to anyone who is looking for a relaxing weekend beside the sea in style and comfort! This is an ideal place for a small group and is great value for money. Would love to go back when the sun is shining, however the wet weather didn't rain on our parade and it was the perfect excuse to maximise our time inside this lovely home.

Varför värden valde detta boende

We love the water and have always been beach goers, swimmers, surfers, kayakers and sailors. Port Stephens has great access to surf beaches, bay beaches and rivers - and this house combines views with easy access to the water. We couldn't resist and have never regretted we bought it.
