We decided to escape the frigid MI weather last minute and luckily I found this condo. Perfect location and property manager/owner was amazing with any questions or concerns that we had. Looking forward to staying again in the future. APZ

Spring training

Lovely condo. Great living space and master bedroom! Wonderful view of the intercoastal waterway. Kitchen was well stocked and finally Chris was wonderful to work with responds within minutes for any questions you may have.

Outstanding property in great location

Property was first rate. Excellent views of the intercoastal with daily viewing of manatees and dolphins in the bay. Less than 5 minute walk to the beach. Excellent restaurants choices within walking and short driving distance.

Can't say enough about our experience!

We simply loved our stay here. A beautiful, spacious unit in a clean and safe building. Chris couldn't have been any more accommodating during our trip, checking in on our stay and making sure we had what we needed. But we always had everything: Three spacious bedrooms with three bathrooms, and with all the comforts of home. Gorgeous views off the balcony, pictures don't even do it justice. We will look to stay here again on our next trip.

Quietest place we have ever stayed.

We began to think there was no one upstairs or down or on ether side. Then we saw the 2 or 3 year old next to us with his toys at the elevator. Condo was perfectly designed with a beautiful kitchen and 3 perfect baths. We used to have a condo in the area; location was perfect.
