Spring break

It was ok. The condo was spacious and close to Universal, but it was clear the floors had not been swept or mopped and the showers had not been cleaned by the hairs on the floors and shower walls. There was mold lining the bottom of the main shower as well. I did reach out to the property and someone came in to clean again. The main pool area was also closed for repairs so we had to drive to another pool to use.

Relaxation

This was a great property for a must needed relaxing vacation! The pool and spa were my favorites! This condo was beautiful and very spacious! Would highly recommend and will be back soon!

Very roomy, comfortable, and convenient.

We would choose to stay here again. The rooms were large and comfortable, and the condos are conveniently located in relation to the airport and many other attractions. Great pool area, a Walgreens within walking distance, and ample parking. The units seemed pretty quiet and the amenities were great.

Conference Team stay

Our team stayed here while attending a convention at the Rosen Center. It was convenient, and comfortable, and when we had a maintenance issue it was solved promptly. Great place!

Nice but minimal

The condo was nice a clean but very minimal. Felt like a large empty living space with beds. There was a balcony but no furniture. Nice if just looking for a place to sleep but didn’t really have the amenities if wanting a longer stay. We were just there 3 nights.

Convenient location

Easy to access restaurants, golfing and parks. Two pools are good and clean. There were some noises from upstairs' kids. We didn't have hot water for the first night and found breaker off next noon. It was compensated by manager through email. We have enjoyed the stay with a pet.

Pretty nice

Overall the condo was comfortable and adequate. The location worked for us as we were there for a tournament at the OCCC. The condo was clean but lacked in the “stocked” department. The kitchen has plenty of dishes, utensils, pots & pans, etc. Unfortunately I had to wash everything I took out to use. Dishes & glasses & silverware, etc had hardened food particles on the! Gross and unhealthy. I think what could’ve remedied the situation was adequate amount of DISHWASHER TABLETS…. 1 provided… for a 5 day stay. 3 would have been adequate. A previous tenant suggested just running the dishwasher without a tablet. I was able to get one from a neighbor. The washer & dryer are convenient to have but perhaps the listing should state there is no detergent provided. There are many basic supplies not provided. The rental fee is not cheap, I would think there could be a few supplies provided. The beds were comfortable. The couches were as well. It’s a very nice condo.

Misleading description in photos

1) there is no carpet in there like in the picture. The kitchen table is different etc 2) there’s no desk in the sitting room. Just a couch and side table 3) bathtub faucet drips all day and night. I told the front desk on the first day and no one came out to fix it Shower pressure is weak. 4) the cable doesn’t work. Says network connection offline. Retry 5) the knives are dull to cut things and no Tupperware to store food. 6) dishwasher doesn’t work or run well at all. You have to hand wash the dishes 7) the A/C has to stay at or above 72 degrees. If you set it below and it breaks, it’s on you. 8) some electrical outlets don’t work If you want people to stay at your place, you need to be honest about what you provide.

Exactly what I was looking for

The check in process was easy. The place felt nice, clean, and spacious. Though it was cold, we really enjoyed the balcony. There’s a pretty lake near the property to walk by. My one request would have been that there were some extra blankets and bedding available in the linen closet. Especially since it was cold. Otherwise it was great and I will likely book again.

Great Find

I stayed with colleagues for a 3-day conference. The VRBO was a great find. Definitely more comfortable and spacious (not to mention affordable) than a hotel room would have been. We were lucky to find this place and would stay there again if a repeat occasion arose. Would recommend to families or groups of friends/co-workers.

A great place for a getaway

My wife and I were looking for a nice, clean and spacious place to enjoy a weekend away from work and the kids. This place really provided us with the opportunity to unwind and we were amazed at how close everything was. Dinner, shops, and even the parks are within minutes. We will definitely stay here again.
