It was a simple place to stay. Convenient placing between all parks and right down the road from Walmart. The only thing I wish it had was a bathroom down stairs. Thank you for the GREAT STAY!

Was not happy with the location. I felt like it was very overrated. It had cockroaches, ants. The refrigerator was leaking and the slide indoors are leaking, and it is very hot upstairs, it does not catch no, A c the wifi was also going in and out and the furniture was hard on your back and the small inside was like moss balls

This was a nice location for us as we were in town for volleyball and it was close to the convention center, dining and grocery. The villas and area were quiet and private. It was clean, a bit small for 3 of us but we made do. The host was very responsive and helpful. Overall it worked out well for what we needed, Although I think the unit could use a little TLC and possibly a ceiling fan upstairs in bedroom as AC at 70 degrees wasn’t quite comfortable for us in the Florida summer heat.

Great place and location

This place was perfect. Its location was exactly what I needed to get to and from the Orange County Convention Center. The place is cute and relaxing. Pretty sunsets off the patio overlooking the little lake making it pleasant way to end the day! Definitely would stay again!

Access to the convention center does require a car (which was made clear to me prior to the meeting), as it would require walking or biking across busy highways, though only a mile away. Myrtle was extremely nice and very responsive to my texts. The space was clean, neat and in a quiet area with beautiful views of the water.

We came in late at night and I turned on the outside light which was only motion detected. Very inconvenient when walking back toThe car and coming back as the place is around a corner from where you park. Upon going inside, there were Cheerios on the ground. We went upstairs and I grabbed towels to shower after a long day and noticed what appeared to be mice poop in by the towels. There was coffee spilled on the floor in the bedroom and there was mold on the wall in the bedroom. I’m not sure how this has such good reviews, but I would rate it a zero star if I could. Communication with the host was a very slow process and they wouldn’t offer any refund. Needless to say, if you care about cleanliness at all, do not stay here.

Hi Hannah, I’m sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your stay experience. I do want to clarify that no photos were provided for the Cheerios on the floor, the alleged mice droppings, or the claimed coffee spill. We also have regular pest control service at the property. Regarding the marks mentioned on the wall, those are not mold. When you contacted me after check-in, I tried to remedy the concerns you raised, but you decided to leave immediately and requested a full refund before I had the opportunity to address anything onsite. While we do not perform deep cleaning after every reservation, the property is thoroughly cleaned and inspected between each stay, and we always strive to provide a clean and comfortable experience for our guests. I appreciate your feedback and will continue working to improve the guest experience. Thank you.
