Med en vacker eldstad med eldstad, kan du koppla ihop och titta på en film eller havet från loungen, sprida ut och njuta av utrymmet på fastigheten, eller kanske öppna utomhusdörrarna och känna havsluften medan du njuter av utsikt över bergen. Ligger på ett avundsvärt hörnläge på Pascoe street, parkera bilen och bara några steg från 6 km med orörda stränder, affärer, restauranger, kaféer och allt Apollobukten har att erbjuda - Promenera till bageriet för färskt bröd eller munkar på morgonen, eller gå till puben för en måltid - du är i hjärtat av allt! Den är perfekt för semester året runt.

Sitta, koppla av och njut av allt som din logi har att erbjuda.

* Fyra rymliga sovrum och två badrum. Master med Walk in Robe och lyxigt badrum, läshörna och privat balkong med havsutsikt.

* Massiv öppen planlösning med polerad fläckig gummibord, plasma-TV och DVD, stereo med ipod-docka, har en eldstad, luftkonditionering i omvänd cykel till övervåningen och nedervåningen och utsikt över havet och bergen.

* För kockarna - ett fullt utrustat kök väntar med diskmaskin, mikrovågsugn, kylskåp och elektrisk matlagning.

* Två uppsättningar av dubbla glasdörrar öppnar mot ett skyddat däckområde - perfekt för utomhusunderhållning - för att inte tala familjens grillfest!

Vårt hus erbjuder en varm och avslappnad atmosfär som du säkert kommer att njuta av. Det är också helt inhägnad.

Fabulous

We loved our stay at All Seasons Beach house. The house was roomy and spacious for a large family group and wonderfully close to the beach and shops. It was modern, clean and comfortable with everything we needed plus a lot more. The best part was it's fabulous location. Thank you Sam for being a great host with clear and easy communication.

Getaway by the (Apollo) Bay

What a great place, within an easy walk to the beach, a bit further to the patrolled area. The unmentioned table tennis and billiard tables in the garage were a big hit with our large extended family. The only issue was the worn out, unusable outdoor dining setting, but with advice from the owner we made-do with a serviceable replacement from in the garage. All in all, this is a great spot for a summer holiday.

This property was spacious and comfortable with everything you could need. Within very easy walking distance to the beach and shops. The games room with pool table was an added bonus.

Excellent accomodation close to beach and shops. Suited us as a group of adults but would be excellent also for young families. Very spacious house and great extra garage games room. Well appointed.

Fantastic Location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the beach house. It was a wonderful property within easy walking distance to the beach and town, even with small children. The house was nicely maintained and well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. There was plenty of space inside for the kids to play and the pool table and table tennis table in the garage were great entertainment on the rainy days. We would stay here again.

Such a great place

My extended family and I love spending time at this property each year for our annual family getaway. With room for us all, all amenities including 2 highchairs for the little ones, this accommodation makes things easy. Great location - easy walk (even for young children) straight down to the beach, and then a few moments further along the footpath gets you to the supermarket and other shops, followed by a fun playground for plenty of fun-filled days. Even at the property the adults and kids are well-entertained with a pool table and table tennis table in the shed. The host, Sam, is great to liaise with - always prompt and helpful with answering questions and sharing relevant information :) Thanks again for yet another great stay!

Roomy property in a superb location

No trouble finding the property and accessing the house. Great to have the games area in the garage, and the spacious living area, and 2 fridges, and an easy washing machine. Upstairs queen mattress was hard and needed the advertised "topper" which we were told was the "european" word for "protector". Some inconvenient things: no coffee maker/plunger; Breville grinder gears broken; one dishwasher tablet; no bath soaps; some external doors jammed closed

Winter Surf Trip Year 2

This is the 2nd year we have booked this house as a group for the same dates. Another great experience and everyone has said they would be happy to come again. Plenty of room, well set up and close to everything in town.

Great find for a large group!

My extended family and I absolutely love this property for our Apollo Bay stays. With plenty of beds / bedrooms, a porta cot, two high chairs and wheelchair / pram access to all communal areas, this house is suited to all! Garage with ping pong and a pool table, plus only minutes walk to the beach and shops, there is always something to do. Or, the comfy couch and outdoor seating with beach and hill views, respectively, means you don’t have to do anything at all! Sam is a great host, very accommodating and great with communication. We can’t believe this find, and can’t wait to return next year!

Fabulous

We loved staying at All Seasons Beach House. It was in easy walking distance to the beach and had everything we could need plus more. The table tennis and pool table were a bonus. It was very clean, comfortable and beautifully furnished. Thank you Sam for your great communication and a great stay.

Winter Surf Trip

The house was great for a weekend “down the coast” with a group. Clean, roomy, well set up, reasonably priced and so close to everything in town. The master bed was the most comfortable of any holiday rental I’ve been in. Definitely recommend the house and a few of our group will be back with their families.

Perfect for our annual extended family get away!

My parents, my adult siblings, their partners and kids go away each year, and can't believe how lucky we were to stumble across this property! It's spacious, has everything we need, has a view of the mountains as well as the sea! Walking distance to the beach and into town (so short a walk, my 2year old can do it!), and an accessible downstairs area which is perfect for prams and my family member who uses a wheelchair. Sam is great with communication, and makes sure we have everything we need (eg highchair). Thanks again for the stay, all being well, we'll be back again next year ;)
