Min plats ligger nära Disneyland Resort (10 miles), flygplatserna, parkerna, flera motorvägar, Anaheim Convention Center, Newport Beach, Huntington Beach och butiker och nästan alla snabbmat grupper inom 1 mil. Vi är en kort bilresa, Uber, eller taxi från John Wayne flygplats.
Du kommer att älska min plats på grund av utomhusutrymmet, grannskapet och den bekväma sängen.
Min plats är bra för familjer (med barn), stora grupper och furry vänner (djurraser begränsningar gäller).

Great place, convenient location

Our party consisted of three couples, and this house worked great for us. The living room was a comfortable place to hang out, and the kitchen was well-stocked. Jim did a great job answering any questions we had.

Spacious house for families

We really enjoyed our stay in this house. More room than a hotel. Full kitchen with lots of items including coffee and breakfast for the first day. Very roomy bedrooms. Decor is a little tired but all aspects of the home are very useful when away from your home. Check in and instructions were very clear. Check out was super easy. Costs were clear up front too. Safe and quiet neighborhood as well.

Santa anna gated condo

Perfect location to family. Bed and showers and all basic needs met and exceeded. Decor and design a bit dated but we knew that going in and none of that bothered us anyway. The price could not be beat and the only complaint is noisy and echoing

The A/C didnt work the first night. It was 98 degrees outside, 92 inside. Very frustrating to sweat all night. Didn't sleep well at all. House

Very comfy

Was a very roomy house, clean and the property manager was so helpful. Although very out dated its comfortable for the whole family we were they're only for a place to sleep & shower. Very good location with stores all around. Only 1 thing that bothered me, the bedroom ceiling fan light where we were sleeping turned on 3 times a night for 6 days in a row😒. But over all a very nice stay.

Access to property was very convenient. Centrally located to many of the attractions we visited. Property was very spacious and plenty of room for our family of 6. Would highly recommend property and would definitely come back.

Great comfy home

Nice place to stay while visiting Las Vegas. Property manager Jim was very helpful. Nice to have all the condiments in kitchen when you are flying.

Needs some work

This house could be really amazing with even just a few upgrades, but it just really isn’t there yet. As others have mentioned it’s in “shabby” condition in general. There are some great things about the house such as the location and the gated community. There were sufficient dishes, pots and pans in the kitchen, which was great. We could easily look past the dings and chips in trim and walls, but all the bedding needs replacing and more frequent cleaning (the coverlet I got was really stained). Carpets also need replacement. The teen in our group described the house as “crusty”. If you get a great deal on the house it could be ok and it had been surface cleaned properly, so I guess you can weigh the cost against the rest.

Wonderful Vacation

We had a great stay at this VRBO property. The check in was seamless. We would recommend it highly for a stay in the Sanata Ana, Anaheim area. Easy access to the freeway, groceries and Disneyland.

Perfect for our family

So much space for 5 adults! They thought of everything! Easy check in and good communication. Easy to get to pool and hot tub! Perfect location to get to Disneyland and the beach. Only 15 min to get from John Wayne airport! Would for sure stay again

Family stay

It met our expectations. The reasons we gave it the 3 out of 5 for cleanliness was that the floors needed to mopped and the master shower was a little dirty. The beds and everything else were quite clean. The beds in the rooms were all comfortable and clean. The cinnamon rolls and orange juice was a nice touch. The property manager was easy and responsive to get a hold of. It was a lovely stay. We would stay there again.

Great stay!

We loved this property! Very safe neighborhood, close to lots of stores and restaurants. Only a 15 minute drive to Knotts Berry Farm. Jim was very communicative and had everything we needed! He even had cinnamon rolls and orange juice waiting for us in the fridge. Plenty of space, pool and hot tub. The place is dated, but we actually chose it for that reason. We wanted a place that we could be comfortable in since we had a few kids with us. We would definitely stay here again!

Hi all, My name is Jim Lipot, and I manage this property for the owners. I live in the copmmunity, so I am available if needed. I usually greet you upon arrival and check you into the house; however, due to COVID ieverything is now self check in.

We allow dogs on the property, with only a handful of exceptions, and these are due to Home Owner Association (HOA) restrictions.

PLEASE NOTE: Prior approval by host is required for all dogs youo wish to bring (photo and description), plus payment of the $100 pet fee (per stay, not per day or dog) to cover the extra cleaning.

Guests who show up without disclosing the pet, receiving approval, and paying the pet fee might be subject to the cancellation of their reservation without refund for violation of the terms of renting.
