The accommodation was perfectly fine but didn’t exceed our expectations. It seemed like no one had attended the property in a little while (which may be usual during winter) so it felt a little neglected. There was a sticky patch on the floor in front of the microwave which we cleaned and we were disappointed to note there was very little toilet paper and no soap provided in the bathroom.I completely missed the wifi instructions on the fridge as the note was very old and faded but Simon was quick to answer my questions which we appreciated very much.One suggestion I would like to make is that the keys could be colour coded or marked to help guests figure out which keys matched which locks. Apart from the grill key (which looked different), the other three keys looked identical so it hard to know which key to use for which lock.

Great spot, quiet but close to lots...

This is a great location if you want to ride Mogo and Narooma MTB trails and there is plenty of room on the balcony for bikes and a driveway that can easily fit two large vehicles with racks. Walk to the beach to freshen up after a days riding, nice.

This pla e is excellent inall aspects. Clean and tidy, has everything you could need for a fun beach trip. Bonus having the shops across the road. Easy walk tp the beach, just what you need. Have stayed before and we will stay again...

Close to shops and beach

Enjoyed the holiday - the house was very close to the shops and beach. New deck was great for the kids to run around outside. Tuross Head, a relatively quiet place with great beaches

Great value and location

We loved being across the road from the shops and the park and only a short walk to the beach. House was clean and tidy and there was room for the boat. Prompt communication from host. Great value especially for location! We will be back!

Great location, Mould polluted property

This place is in a nice location. Unfortunately the property is full of mould. I had to make a complaint and have the property cleaned 3 times. Also the bed sheets were blood stained. Simon was very apologetic and compensated on day of the 14 we were there for. It's not his fault, his cleaners are just no good and Simo had no idea how bad the place actually was. One thing g I will day is that Simon tried to make everything right, unfortunately the mould was on every window in the house l, on the walls and the balcony ballastrades were loose. Hopefully its all fixed up for the next guest.

Great location, comfortable home with all essentials provided

Comfortable home with all essentials provided, nice open plan kitchen/lounge/dining. Lots of shops (grocery store, bottle shop, cafe, pub, to list a few) across the road.. beach nearby, and swimming beach a short walk.. beautiful neighbourhood.. great family get-away! Communication with owner was fast and was available straight-away!

Home away from home

Home stay close to so many amenities for a beach break. Bedrooms good size, functional room layout. Shops across the road and a short walk to the beach. Room for a boat was great. Would recommend to any age group. We will certainly book again.

Tuross Head adventure

The property is spotless and a short work to the nearby beaches. It also has commercial establishments just across the street like cafes, petrol station, shops and restaurants. Wish we could stay longer! It was a treat for my mum who celebrated her 70th birthday over the weekend. Thanks Simon!

A simple holiday house. We now supply sheets and towels as many people were just sleeping on the mattress protectors. I think 2022 is the year that renting a holiday house where you bring your own sheets and bath towels is officially retired as a reasonable expectation - maybe it was the Air BnB factor.

We looked up and down the coast for a simple property where, once you arrived, you would not be obligated to run around in a vehicle to get supplies or go to the beach.

Outside shower and hose. Please wash off all sand onto the grass or outdoor shower area using the outside hose or shower before entering the house
