The Space:
With no internal steps & ramp access from the rear this light & airy cottage enjoys a sunny aspect & a gorgeous garden setting.

The large sheltered rear deck is equipped with gas BBQ, outdoor dining & lounge furniture offering the perfect place to enjoy an alfresco meal or settle in for the day.

This two bedroom, one bathroom cottage is sure to become a favourite with couples & small families. Reverse cycle heating & cooling for year round comfort. Off street covered parking in the double carport.

Securely fenced & gated beautiful established back garden suitable for small pets & children.

Guest Access:
We offer 2 options for check-in.

1 - Meet on arrival: We would be delighted to meet you at Nunyara on arrival to provide a brief tour of the cottage & answer any questions you may have about Nunyara or our local area in general.

2 - Self Check-In: Nunyara has a key safe for 24 hour access. A code will be provided prior to arrival date.

The Neighborhood:
Nunyara is located on the 'beach-side' of the village in a quiet friendly area.

Bring your bicycle, kayak, boat and fishing rods for an active stay in beautiful, laid back Tuross Head.

Getting Around:
Nearby pathways provide both walk & cycle access to beaches & village shopping. There is always a pleasant stroll to be had with your furry friend!

Other Things to Note:
• No Smoking or Vaping – No Party Policy
• Bring Your Own Beach Towels & Toiletries.
• Booking fee $55 – Maximum 4 Guests.
• Refundable guest bond $300 is payable - details below.
• Minimum 7 night stay during peak season.

• The back garden is fenced & gated - suitable for small pets only.

Guest Registration and Acceptance of Terms; Upon booking confirmation you will receive an automated message containing a link to our Guest Registration & Terms Acceptance form. This form must be completed within 24 hours of booking acceptance or your booking may be canceled. The form requires you to read and accept the terms and conditions as well as provide your valid photo ID. Please contact prior to booking should you have any queries at all.

Pets - Prior to making a booking please make us aware that you plan on bringing a pet. A fee of $55 is applicable for each pet and there are associated terms and conditions. Pets must not be left at the property by themselves for any long periods (ie, more than 15 mins) as it can lead to them feeling distressed in a new environment and disturb neighbours with extended howling & barking. You must bring all supplies for your pet. Bedding, food & water bowls, toys etc. Pets are not permitted on the furnishings or in the bedroom areas.

Security Deposit . A refundable guest security deposit of $300.00 applies at Nunyara. The security deposit is held by way of a pre-authorisation against your card. The hold is placed on the day of arrival and released within 48 hours of departure unless withheld to cover any damages. Please note; this does not apply to airbnb bookings. 

Guests numbers must not exceed the number of guests stated on the booking. The house has a maximum occupancy limit of 4 persons including adults & children. Additional fees to apply after 2 guests. 

A non-refundable booking fee of $55.00 applies to each reservation.
