Cozy on Colony ligger bara 5 km till Galena centrum och 3 miles till GTA Owners Club.

Vårt hem ligger på en vacker skogsområde i en lugn återvändsgränd. Ta ett djupt andetag och koppla av när du kommer in i ytterdörren. Vardagsrummet är bekvämt och har en katedral tak och platser 6. En plattskärms-tv med direkt-TV, vedeldad spis och öppen till köket gör detta till ett utmärkt rum att koppla av, titta på en fotbollsmatch eller göra dina nästa dagar planer på. Matsalen och köket är utrustat med allt du behöver för att underhålla när du bor hos oss. Direkt tillgång till grillen på däck eller den avskärmade verandan gör detta till navet i hemmet.

Utanför hittar du riklig parkering, ett fantastiskt område att gå i och en vedeldande eldstad på sidan av hemmet. Ved finns i lådan på baksidan uteplats. Thunderbay Falls ligger bara en kort bilresa bort eller en trevlig vandring från vår plats.

Hemmet sover 10 personer totalt och kan sova 9 i sängar. Det finns en bäddsoffa för att rymma +1. Hemmet har ett sovrum på huvudnivå med king size-säng och angränsande badrum med bubbelbadkar. Det finns också ett luftigt sovrum på övervåningen med privat badrum och sedan ytterligare två sovrum på den lägre nivån som delar ett komplett badrum.

Din hyra kommer att innehålla 10 närhetskort som ger dig tillgång till The Galena Territory Owners 'Club. Detta är en exklusiv bekvämlighet som endast kan användas av Galena Territory fastighetsägare och deras gäster. This house was ok. Ample parking. There were seven of us. Nice size rooms. The king bed should be replaced instead of piling on foam pads. Very uncomfortable. Should be moved over also. I had to shuffle sideways to get in and out of bed and there was a lot of that going on due to being uncomfortable. Upstairs and downstairs beds were fine. The dresser was not usable in the master bedroom. Wonky and loose. The side window opens but slams shut as soon as you let go. Scared the daylights out of me. There should be directions on how to get the shower to work. I have never seen one like that and it took a while to figure it out. I would tell you how it works but that would be no fun for the next group! The hot tub was very nice and the screened in porch had plenty of nice chairs and a nice size table. Not crazy about it being glass, but it worked. The kitchen was well equipped for the three nights we stayed. As far as cleanliness I think there are areas that could use a bit more cleaning. Stains on the bedroom carpet as soon as I walked in. And Bring your own dish towels and bath towels. Just sayin. Overall it was a fine house for a weekend.

Too hot to handle

We all arrived Sunday late afternoon! It was our first visit but all the directions were well marked. We all were able to have space and yet enjoy common space. The air hockey table was a huge extra for our 8 year old . The owners club was a real positive. We did an arts and craft with our 5 year old. The adults enjoyed the pool and game room. Also pups enjoyed the 3 season room and their walks. We left on Wednesday.

We very much enjoyed our stay here. We enjoyed the hot tub, deck, and screened porch, but the weather was too hot for us to try the firepit. Maybe if we come back in the fall.

Nice house. Everything you need for your stay. Close to town. This is a dog friendly house, so I brought my Golden Retriever. There is a private home next door, with an invisible fence for their dog. Beware tho, that dog knows how to get past it. The dog came onto the property, I was staying at and nipped my dog. This happened twice. My dog was on a leash. I did contact the host about this.

Our Galena Getaway

Our family was celebrating my nieces 30th birthday and spending time with my nephew’s new baby. I can’t say enough about what a wonderful time we all had!The house was perfect,it accommodated everyone perfectly and there was so much space to be away from each other if needed. We used everything, from the hot tub, fire pit and the poker table! The screened in porch was like sitting in a tree house! We wished we could stay longer because we didn’t want to leave such a wonderful place!We definitely would rent again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay at the Wooded Retreat was wonderful. The house was clean and tidy. There was more than enough room for just two of us. The hot tub worked great and was a highlight of our stay. The living room furniture was very comfortable and cozy. We also enjoyed relaxing on the screened in porch. There were plenty of dishes, pots and pans. Be sure to bring foil, ziplocs, and/or Saran Wrap for storing leftover food. The house was located in a quiet area and is very close to walking paths and the waterfall. Our contact was easy to get ahold of. We really had a great time in Galena Territory!

Great weekend skiing

Location was great and plenty of room.Nice house but had not been cleaned very well from last guests. There was confetti dotted around the floor, the kitchen table and countertops were not clean and there was a lot of pet hair on the rugs and carpets.Nevertheless, we enjoyed our stay.

Fall Family Weekend Getaway

Beautifully, well-maintained home that was perfect for my 80 something in-laws, my 20 something daughter and husband, and my husband and me. Each couple having their own bathroom sold me. We enjoyed cooking steaks on the grill and had a wonderful dinner in the kitchen and then resided to the outdoor firepit for a bonfire. The wood provided was awesome as we had fires both evenings. We loved being surrounded by the tall colorful trees as well. The only recommendation I would have is allowing renters in at 3pm instead of 4pm.
