Breakaway Beach House på Currarong

Breakaway Beach House ligger på South Coast of NSW i den lilla staden Currarong - en två och en halv timmes bilresa från Sydney och 3 timmar från Canberra.

Breakaway är tillräckligt mysigt för två och rymliga för tolv. Breakaway är en helårsresa året runt som passar olika semesterfirare.

Breakaway erbjuder 2 nya badrum, ett nytt kök, däck och apparater.

Fyra ben med vänner är välkomna efter överenskommelse.

Vår städavgift ingår i våra priser och debiteras inte som en extra kostnad. Gästerna måste ta med egna lakan och handdukar. Sängkläder tillhandahålls.

Huset

Huset ligger 150 m från stranden och den lokala stenpoolen och består av 4 sovrum (med upp till 12 gäster), 2 badrum och en öppen planlösning, matsal och kök.

Huset har ett rymligt däck med utsikt över trädgården som är inhägnad.

Sängkläderkonfigurationen är som följer:

Det stora sovrummet har 1 dubbelsäng + eget badrum
Sovrum 2 och 3 har 1 queen size-säng i vardera
Sovrum 4 har 2 våningssängar - var och en sover 3 personer (enkelbädd på toppen, och dubbelrum nedan).

Platsen

Currarong är en enkel två och en halv timmes bilresa från Sydney och 3 timmar från Canberra.

Den lilla fiskebyn Currarong har inte mer än 400 hus och ligger vid ingången till Beecroft Headland.

Beecroft Peninsular har några av de största klipporna i NSW och ett brett utbud av buskar som leder till en fantastisk natur. Beecroft Peninsular är också norra huvudet / ingången till Jervis Bay där du hittar några av de vackraste orörda stränderna i Australien.

Currarong har en allmän butik & Zacs skaldjurskafé. De närmaste stormarknaderna ligger i Callala Bay och Culburra Beach. Under större delen av året kan du också köpa fantastiska färska ostron från de lokala fiskarna i Greenwell Point.

Från Breakaway tar det cirka 20 minuter att köra till Greenwell Point, 25 minuter till Nowra, 35 minuter till Berry, 15 minuter till Culburra Beach och 10 minuter till Callala Bay / Beach. Det finns inga gatuljus eller tung trafik genom Currarong.

Family Easter stay

We all enjoyed our stay here. The house was a good layout and worked well for the little ones thru to Nan. Really lovely backyard with plenty of room for the kids to run around. Great sized back deck. Super easy short walk to the beach and also the park around the corner. We hooe to return next year.

Perfect for large families

Ideally located, large house with pet friendly backyard. Walking distance to beach and shops. We enjoyed a long weekend here with extended family. Great communication with owner.

Fantasic location, comfy house, responsive host!

We had a lovely time at breakaway for my birthday with our friends and kids. The house was comfy and having two bathrooms was great. Kitchen was well stocked which was great. The location is a stones throw from Abrahams Bosom beach and the rockpool. Lots of amazing wildlife around - Kangaroos, Kookaburras and Flocks of Black Cockatoos - so beautiful. Amazing bushwalks on your doorstep too.Only gripe is having to bring all your own towels and bed linen, this is a big consideration when your are already bringing all your weekend food and belongings. I hadn't realised this on booking. Usually other places we stay at have all of this as part of the booking.

Excellent family friendly property

Wonderful home away from home

Breakaway was very comfortable and relaxing for our group of 5-7 plus a dog, for our 9-day stay. The The backyard is well-fenced and landscaped, with a nice lawn area for a game of badminton or mini soccer (byo gear), or even a picnic amongst the established trees. Bosom Beach and bushwalks are a short stroll away - in fact, everything in Currarong is a short walk away! The kitchen is particularly wel-appointed - enough pots, pans, baking dishes to make some decent meals from scratch. Corinne was a very caring and responsive host.

Another wonderful stay

This was probably our 5th or 6th time staying at this lovely house. Such a great spot, easy walking down to Bosum Beach and the glorious rock pool which our 88yr old mum just loves. Thanks Corinne for another great stay. and the weather was perfect.

Wonderful house and location

We had an extended stay and loved the house. Fantastic yard, living space and kitchen and fire for the rainy days. Lovely host with easy communication. Would definitely stay again.

Fantastic position, lovely, clean neat beach house!

This beach house is in a fantastic position, just a 5 minute walk to Abraham's Bosom beach. It was lovely and clean and had plenty of fire wood to keep the combustion fire going on the cool winter evenings. We really enjoyed our stay!

Peaceful and spacious

Lovely long weekend in Currarong with our teenager and dogs. Breakaway was the perfect set up - plenty of space inside and out, we enjoyed the boardgames and fireplace and hiking around the peninsula. Corrine was a welcoming host - thank you!

Hidden gem in great location

We loved staying here - fab location close to everything, lovely garden and the space of the property was perfect. Packed with items to use so it was like being home from home. Loved the games cupboard!

Beautiful property in a great location

Well equipped, comfortable family home with plenty of space for us all. Kids enjoyed the trampoline and toys/puzzles, and the dog enjoyed the large backyard. Nice and close to the beach. Would definitely come back!

We purchased Breakaway Beach House in 2011 when our daughters were 2 years old. We had been holidaying in Currarong for many years prior, and wanted our family to have a place they could relax in on weekends and school holidays.

We love that our kids can ride their bikes to the local fish and chips shop, play beach cricket and scamper around in the bush. It's a great place to unwind and disconnect from devices where the biggest decision we need to make is whether to swim at the beach or local rock pool.

Breakaway has been all that and so much more - it's where wonderful family holiday memories are made.
