Absolut Beachfront, inga vägar att korsa. Det ligger i en anlagd privat miljö med en ständigt växlande vatten vista av delfiner, surfare sportfiskare, sjöfåglar och migrera säsongens valar.

Det finns en täckt uteservering område för att njuta av vin, tilltugg och BBQing fångsten av dagen, medan du kopplar av och njuter av kyla havsbris.

En promenad efter middagen på stranden kan nås av vår egen privata gångväg som tar dig vidare till sandRaceCourse Beach.

Dolphin View är en lätt tio minuters promenad till nybyggda Ex Servicemans Club, som erbjuder fantastisk prisvärd mat, underhållning och en gratis buss.

Den helt fristående lägenheten har nyligen renoverats med ett nytt utseende.

Upp till 25 restauranger och kaféer .Two golfbanor att välja mellan, 18 håls mästerskapsbana och en 9-håls stranden kurs både på Mollymook. Fritidscenter med gym och pooler. Twin bio och roliga Tomt till barnens .also stora lokala promenader.

Lämplig för familjer upp till fyra personer eller en romantisk helg för två

Fiske charterturer, Dolphin Watch kryssningar, Nowra Wildlife Park, Mogo Zoo (vår favorit) är en härlig dag ut för alla. Minigolf och fågelmatning vid Burrill Lake och ridning ligger i närheten av. Också prisbelönta vingårdar i närheten.

Excellent host. The property was just perfect. Clean and had everything you could possibly want. Amazing location with a track down to the Racecourse Beach. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing location

Absolutely beautiful location so peaceful and quiet at the house at everything you could need, including toys, books, games, etc. I look forward to staying there again!

Peaceful escape

I stayed at Dolphin View apartment by myself for the weekend. If you are looking for a peaceful seaside escape, this is the place for you! The view was beautiful although somewhat obstructed by some trees. You could still see the beach and the waves crashing. A few steps down the path and you've got your feet in the sand. The garden was neatly manicured with the softest, greenest grass! Plenty of places to sit to take in the view and listen to the ocean. The apartment itself was neat and tidy with everything you could need. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and might even bring the kids next time!

Wonderful stay

Helmut is very friendly and professional. The unit under the main house had lovely beach views, and was lovely and clean. Great that there was plenty of tea, coffee, sugar a jug of cold water and a UHT milk. Very comfortable beds

Lovely short break in the lead up to Christmas

Beach proximity doesn’t get much better than this. Nice view over the beach and water. Short walk down to the beach. Plenty of board games and beach gear provided. Five minute drive into Ulladulla. Great short break.

Great location

The accommodation is in a great location. There is a private walkway to Racecourse Beach which is very handy. The apartment was clean and perfect for our family of 4. There are toys and games for kids. Helmut was a great host, he was very helpful and friendly.

Wonderful

Very pleased to have stumbled upon Dolphin View. Absolutely perfect location right on the beach with awesome views. The apartment is really well maintained and kitted out - just perfect for a short stay. Being away from the "busy" town centre is a real plus, listening to the waves all day and night. Being semi-regulars to the area, will definitely stay here again!

Great location!

This unit is very comfortable and its location, right next to the beach, is ideal. Whether you want to take advantage of a dip in the sea or just watch everyone else do it from the comfort of the unit's garden, this is the spot.

Lovely spot and welcoming hosts.

Right on the beach, views of the tide going out and coming back in while relaxing in the peaceful garden. Comfortable and very clean. Iris and Helmut made us feel very welcome and even helped us celebrate a birthday. Thanks so much for sharing your wonderful part of the world.

Just Perfect!

Helmut & Iris went the extra mile, even providing hot muffins on our arrival. The apartment had everything you could possible need and the location....Wow! An afternoon wine overlooking the ocean in a beautiful, tranquil setting. We will definitely be returning.

Terrific property

Just had a most relaxing holiday in a clean, tidy cosy apartment with sea view. Slept well on new queen mattress. All requirements provided for a lovely break in a quiet, private location. Helmet& Iris are so kind & helpful. Would suggest removing non native plants as they are impeding beautiful views. Thank you for having us, hope to stay again. Graham& Geraldine

Relaxing stay!
