Bara 400 meter från byn och Bay Beach, har detta gömställe allt du behöver. 3 sovrum, 2 badrum, 2 vardagsrum med bardisk och 10 sits dinin både inne och ute. Plus en stor utomhus paraply i bakgården!

Sängkläder konfiguration:
- Sovrummet rymmer en dubbelsäng, med inbyggd kläder
- Det andra sovrummet har queen size-säng, med utdragbar enda rulla för en 3: e gäst.
- En fristående bungalow, innehåller en dubbelsäng med enkel ovan och dra ut enkel rulla.
Totalt huset kan sova 9 (6 vuxna och 3 barn) i olika kombinationer.

Nyligen utsedd, med resort stil och platt-TV.

Välutrustade kök, där du kan piska upp dina egna små mästerverk. Inkluderar pallar, diskmaskin, mikrovågsugn och en separat drinkar kylskåp för större familjer.

Vi har lagt till en vacker braskamin. Detta värmer hela huset på vintern och skapar en mysig avkopplande atmosfär. Gör en bokning i vinter och njuta av kalla nätter sitter framför brasan med ett glas lokalt vin.

Stora utomhus underhållande

En stor, men privat norrläge däck, med massor av vackra solsken är på framsidan, med paraply och avkopplande sittplatser.

Ut på baksidan är en stenlagd utomhus underhållande område, med 10 sitsig bord, stora paraply och grill. Det finns gott om plats för familj och vänner, eller bara koppla av i hängmattan med en bok under Moonah träden i den stora gården.

Fastigheten är fullt inhägnad och väl älskade och väluppfostrade djur är välkomna utanför, med en liten avgift / obligation (pls fråga).

Detta bra storlek bungalow som rymmer 4, har en LCD-TV med inbyggd DVD-spelare, Nintendo Wii med spel. Stugan har också en egen badrum med dusch, handfat och toalett.

Värd en dubbel våningssäng, med singel på topp, och en utdragbar enda rulla nedan. Prydd med färgstarka sittkuddar och ottomaner, det är en bra plats för barnen eller en annan familj att ha lite utrymme.

Great location

The property was well appointed with the necessities, located in a great spot with easy access to shops, beaches etc. Unfortunately the Xbox gaming console in the bungalow didn't work, the wii did but we had trouble sourcing batteries nearby. Cute little fireplace which would have made for a lovely fire, however we weren't aware that we had to source our own firewood. Our biggest let down was the level of cleanliness in the property. There were high levels of dust, pet hair and cobwebs internally which despite the age of the property could still be maintained. Fortunately the chemist up the road had a plentiful supply of antihistamines and asthma medication as we all reacted to this. For the money paid, we would have expected a cleaner property to spend out holiday.

Comfortable and cosy

We very much enjoyed our stay. While the house is old, the owners have done everything to ensure it’s cosy and comfortable. The kids in particular enjoyed the bungalow and the Wii. The location is superb. A short walk to Blairgowrie shops and beach. Communication with Jane was incredibly easy and Jane did what she could to assist us. Highly recommend.

Had a great stay

Location is fantastic. Good setup for adult kids as they could stay in the bungalow out the back. While the house is dated, it is clean and functional.

Perfect short get away

Blairgowrie Beach escape was the perfect get away for a long weekend. While the property is quite old, it is well kept and very well stocked with everything you need, particularly in the kitchen (my partner is quite the chef and he was impressed). There was an issue with some of the bedding not being clean and another item breaking, but when I let Jane know she was understanding and very responsive. The house is located very close to the main shops, restaurants and beach - a very easy and flat walk. And being able to bring our dog for the weekend was great. The yard was well fenced and he had lots of new smells to explore! The proximity to Melbourne was great too - we may well be back for another break soon!

Lovely Family Beach Shack

Great property close to the shops and beach. Lovely deck area out the front. Very family friendly with different zones for kids and adults and massive back yard. Plenty of room for everyone. Bonus that we could bring the fur babies too.

We loved our stay!

From beginning to end our stay at Blairgowrie Beach Escape was amazing. Jane was a great host, great at responding to requests, checking we were prepared and really friendly the entire time. The house was perfect for us, as the backyard is quite large and provided a great play area for my dog, the hammock is in a shady area and was great for reading, the house provided plenty of room for 3 adults. Definitely recommend this place to stay.

Lovely cottage in Blairgowrie’s centre.

This little cottage has a lovely nostalgia of Blairgowrie’s past, with updated furnishing making it very cosy for today. Jane was great to deal with. The cottage is within easy walking distance to Blairgowrie’s shops and cafes as well as the beach. It is also only a 10 minute drive to Sorrento. We really enjoyed our weekend here, thanks Jane.

Fabulous location. Well appointed with everything you could need. Clean and very cute We did strike a couple of very hot days so an extra AC inbedrooms would probably add to the experience Also no wifi which was a bit tricky for us as we are from overseas although I understand the reason is to get away from it all

Lovely property in great location with everything a family needs.

Comfortable home in a great location

My family of 5 stayed 3 nights over the Queen's Birthday long weekend. The house is very comfortable with a huge well maintained backyard. Only 5 mins walk to the front beach and local shops with great cafes. In-house coffee machine is a huge plus too. The self-contained bungalow is perfect for my nephew. The only minor problem we had was on the first night, the hot water run out half way when each of us having a shower one by one after dinner, had to wait for 2 hours to reheat the water, but we had no problem for the next 2 nights. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much, loved the location.

Relaxing Retreat

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The home was clean, quiet, comfortable and beautifully decorated. Our dog enjoyed and was safe in the secure backyard and front deck. The outdoor areas, including the pretty back garden, were peaceful, relaxing and much appreciated by us all.

Excellent property

We thoroughly enjoyed our Easter Week in Blairgowrie. The house was close to the front beach for walks, the dogs were safe in the back yard and the kids loved the bungalow. It was the perfect beach house

Excellent property

Myself, my family and my bulldog enjoyed our stay so much. The house was perfect for our needs and of our dog. The property was secure so there was no worry about her getting out and the large yard was something she hadn't enjoyed before. Or the sun baking on the front porch. The house was equipped with everything I needed to make my stay enjoyable and the location to the beach and shops was fantastic which made everything so much easier. We loved our holiday at Blairgowrie and will be back.

Wonderful house/home! Perrrrrfect location!

My two children, their partners, myself and our dog, Gemma, thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Blairgowrie Beach Escape this summer. The property is welcoming and comfortable and the location was incredible! We have stayed in a number of properties in Blairgowrie over the years and this was clearly one of our favourites. We will be back!

Lovely beach escape

We stayed at Blairgowrie Beach Escape recently for a week. Everything was as described and the house and beautiful garden is very comfortable. Short walk to the shops and front beach. A lovely quiet street. Owners were responsive and friendly. We enjoyed this family holiday, as did our dog who particularly liked the back garden.

Great beach house

We had a wonderful weekend here - everything to hand in this little gem of a place. Bright, fresh & cheery decor. Well set up for outdoor eating. Nice front deck to enjoy coffee & reading. Jane was very helpful & so quick with communications. Highly recommend & I'm sure we'll visit again!

Loved it again.

Nicely situated within walking distance of front & back beaches, dog beach & shops. Excellent extended family & dog accommodation. Kitchen & Barbie facilities well up to a dinner party.Highly recommended.

Great House!

We had a wonderful time - the bungalow was perfect for the kids. Even our canine child had fun in the large backyard. Everything was there that we needed - great selection of DVDs and games, beach equipment and plenty of room for the car and trailer. Close enough to the shops and beach to easily walk - but far enough away that it is in a quiet location,
