THE LADY NELSON is a charming family holiday house in Sorrento.
The house is tastefully decorated with everything thought of for a family Beach break.
It is a 5 minute drive to Sorrento township or a 2 minute drive to the beautiful front beach.
There are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms & a powder room.
The lounge & dining room are spacious with seating for 8 people , gas fire heater & a brand new Smart Tv.
Entertaining is effortless with a fabulous large fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, coffee machine, large fridge/freezer.
The Alfresco area boasts undercover dining & a BBQ.
There is Wifi, Netflix & Evaporative cooling & heating through out.
A Communal Tennis court on the estate is available to the guest with tennis rackets & balls supplied at the house.

Bookings for any party group will be cancelled as this property is not suitable for these groups. The booking will only be accepted on the basis that guests agree to respect our neighbours and abide by our House Rules and the VIC Code of Conduct. Bookings that do not meet these requirements will be cancelled with a full refund

Lovely quiet stay

We had 10 days here Nd loved it.Great space and nice outdoor sitting area. Highly recommend.

Great 3 days. Wish we could have stayed longer

Went down to Sorento to attend a family wedding. We were so lucky to find this amazing accommodation on the outskirts of Sorento. It was perfect for our needs. One bedroom with an ensuite for the parents, a twin bedroom next to that for the boys (4 & 7) and down the corridor a double bedroom with bathroom across for the grandparents. Open plan lounge / kitchen-dinner was perfect. Good TV channel (Netflix etc.) for the boys. Everything was spotlessly clean. Every room very well equipped. I couldn’t fault the accommodation. Wish it was mine. Would recommend it and would love to visit again.

Great location, clean, comfortable house

We had 10 nights at the Lady Nelson house, the location was great - an easy walk to the sailing club & tideways beach. The house was exceptionally clean, with large bedrooms and a great living area and stocked well with essentials. There is an attached residence / unit at the end of hallway which had other people living there. This was not described in the listing, but didn't worry us and we couldn't hear anything through the walls. We would stay at this house again.
