Limeburners Family Retreat - pool & trampolin

Njut av sensationell utsikt över bukten och titta på fartygen från vardagsrumsfönstret medan barnen leker på marken i trampolin eller simmar i den uppvärmda poolen. Detta underbara kalkstenhem idealiskt beläget mindre än 10 minuters promenad från Shelley Beach mitt i Portsea.

Detta bekväma familjhem har fyra rymliga sovrum (3 med inbyggda garderober). Sängkonfigurationen är en överlägsen drottningssäng, två vanliga drottningsängar och två enkelsängar. Det stora sovrummet har eget badrum och ett andra separat badrum, tvättstuga, fullt utrustat kök, matsal och lounge med fantastisk utsikt över Port Phillip Bay.

Under de kallare dagarna kan du njuta av öppen spis och det kanaliserade värmesystemet. Andra funktioner inkluderar uppvärmd pool, markterad trampolin, grill och utomhusunderhållning, diskmaskin, tvättmaskin, torktumlare, gratis Wi-Fi, 60 "Full HD LED LCD TV Smart 3D-TV, Blu-ray-spelare, 2: e TV (50") Plasma) med Wii-konsol och spel för de yngre gästerna och säkert fjärrkontrollgarage.

Fastigheten inkluderar rent linne och det finns ingen städavgift eftersom det kostar hyran. För de små kan vi ställa in en portacot och vi har även barnstolar tillgängliga.

För matälskare har staden Sorrento ett stort antal avslappnade och formella restauranger vid vattnet eller till och med läckra fish and chips att ta bort och äta på stranden. Ritchies IGA Supermarket finns i Sorrento för dig som föredrar att tillbringa en lugn natt i.

För sportälskare är Portsea Polo, Iron Man-tävling, Twilight Run och Swimming Classic bara några få evenemang med namnet, allt lättillgängligt från detta Portsea-hem.

När det gäller shoppingentusiaster har Sorrento ett imponerande urval av unika butiks- och specialbutiker samt moderna hår- och skönhetsbehov.

Great Family getaway

Wonderful family getaway! House was big enough for us all and the outdoor facilities were perfect for the warm weather. Nice quiet area close enough for short walks to beach & cafe. We loved our 3 night stay at Limeburners Retreat!

Beware ! What you See is Not What you Get

The reviews and description sound wonderful. It’s not how it appears. The carpet in the living room was filthy as were the kitchen cupboard doors and kick boards on the bench area. The front door is filthy. And cabinetry in the front living room filthy too. There were no instructions to any of the appliances and no keys to any of the locked windows. There is no shade on a hot day whatsoever on the back deck. However there were toys for the children. Overall the house is far from well presented.

Family escape

Our family, 9 of us aged from 68 to 3 months, had a great stay at this property. The house was perfectly adequate for the needs of our family, having a 12 and 14 year old needing to be entertained. Without doubt the outside area is the hilight of this property, featuring a heated pool, 1/2 basketball court and in ground trampoline, with a huge deck overlooking the grounds. Very easy to watch the children and to share time together. The yard also accommodated our dogs nicely, with plenty of space to run around and have a good sniff!! The inside of the house felt very homely on entering and offered 2 separate living areas where 2 large TV’s kept both the children and adults happy. The bathrooms and laundry were newly renovated, with the kitchen a little tired, but more than adequate for our daily needs. The house is situated in a very leafy, quiet area and is in walking distance to Shelley Beach, Portsea Hotel and a lovely bakery. Our family would highly recommend this property for a relaxing break.

Beautiful quiet place

We stayed here for 3 nights with our kids. The house is specious, huge deck with outdoor setting and lounges. The pool was great and the trampoline was a hit with our kids. However, it was raining most of our stay and given it’s such a huge deck it would have been nice if it had some sort of cover. The bathrooms and laundry were renovated and very clean. The rest of the house such as kitchen, carpets and curtains were old, dusty and needed a proper clean. The kitchen needs a proper scrub down and abit of upgrade too. There were a lot of spider webs in the house and the couches and chairs weren’t the most comfortable either. The fire place was awesome on one of the nights that temperature dropped drastically. The beds weren’t that comfortable, however the bed sheets were clean and fresh. Also, bathroom towels and pool towels were very luxurious and in almost brand new condition. The stay was ok, but the place wasn’t what we expected.

A beautiful family getaway

My young family and I adored staying at this property. The home is lovely and functional for a family and also has room for further guests. The outdoor area is stunning and the pool, swing and trampoline provides hours of entertainment for my young son. Many thanks to the hosts Alicia and Frank for great communication and for a great stay. A pleasure.

Beautiful house with ocean view and big outdoor entertaining area. Ideal space for dogs.

We had the best time at Limeburners retreat. It’s a beautiful house with great new bathrooms and cozy living spaces. Loved the outdoor area in the back with the trampoline and heated pool. It was perfect space for our dogs, especially as it it securely fenced and has all grassed areas. From the front deck you can see the ocean and Melbourne skyline. It felt really private and you can’t see the neighbours when you’re in the backyard. Location is great as it’s in between Portsea and Sorrento and you can walk to the beach. Would come back anytime.

Beautiful family holiday

We couldn't say enough about this family retreat. We had such an unforgettable time with our family. The location is walking distance to the beach and the pool is incredible. Thank you so much for everything Alicia. We can't wait to return.

Absolutely Amazing!
