Welcome to Lexicon House! Sit back and relax in this luxurious 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom beach house in Blairgowrie. The open plan kitchen, dining and living opens up to a stunning alfresco area with built in Barbeque, an amazing solar heated pool and a private gym.
Note: Our solar heated pool relies on the heat from the sun to warm the water. During the cooler months, the pool water will not be warm. We recommend planning your swim times accordingly or enjoying a refreshing cold water swim!
Comprising two wings, one for the adults and one for the kids, this is the ultimate family seaside escape.

Your booking is for the whole house. Shortly before your arrival date you will be provided with details on how to access the property. Linen, bath towels and starter amenities are provided and included in the price
We welcome guests to book that are going to use the property respectfully. We have a very strict no party policy at the house, which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm we ask you to move inside with no noise to the neighbours. We love our neighbours and want to look after them.
Sorry no bucks and absolutely no schoolies bookings of any kind, not even quiet ones
