Dotties HOUSE HOBART

Dotties House är ett vackert renoverat och smakfullt hus med ett modernt öppet kök, matsal och lounge. Loungen har sex personer i komfort och har en 55-tums smart-tv, DVD-spelare med filmval, wii-konsol och spel.
I köket / matplats har vackra stenbänken toppar och säten 6. Köket är utrustat med diskmaskin, mikrovågsugn, stort kyl / frys, ugn / glas kokplatta, vacker kaffebryggare med kvarn och andra små apparater.
Skafferi är fylld med väsentliga och en gratis startpaket vid ankomsten.
Det fullt utrustade tvättstugan har tvättmaskin och torktumlare, strykjärn och strykbräda.
Dotties House erbjuder två queen size-sängar, 1 med eget badrum, och båda har väggmonterad plasma-tv.
Det tredje sovrummet har våningssängar. Alla rum har elektriska filtar, sänglampor och klockradio.
De viktigaste Badrummet har bad / dusch, toalett, fåfänga, hårtork, handdukstork med extra handduk lagring. Ensuite har separat dusch, toalett, handfat och hårtork.
En värmepump med omvänd cykel håller huset varmt eller kallt för din komfort.
Alla sängkläder och handdukar levereras och tvättas kommersiellt.
Barnsäng och barnstol finns på begäran.

Wonderful property

Mark and Miriam went that extra mile to ensure that our family, four adults, 1 4yo and twin 8 month olds were accommodated and comfortable. They had set up two cots and two high chairs on short notice. the property was lovely and clean and most noticeably quiet and private. Convenient to all the shops and offers off street parking.We will be back.

Enjoyable stay

The house was very clean and well appointed. Beds were comfortable. There were 3 TVs so the whole family was ok!The hosts were very obliging and helpful. We can recommend Dotties House.

Clean and Welcoming

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Dottie's House. It was extremely clean and the space was perfect for us. Kids enjoyed the outside space and games room and we were spoilt for choice with 4 TVs. The hosts provided some basics and pantry staples which was appreciated. Location was perfect with lots of shops just a around the corner.

Weekend Stay

We have stayed previously at Dottie’s. It is excellent accommodation for a family. Extremely clean and comfortable. Everything that you would need in kitchen. Very comfortable beds and lounge room. Close to supermarket. Although busy street it is very quiet inside. Would thoroughly recommend.

Perfect family accomodation

Thanks Dotties house for a 10/10 stay in Hobart. The accommodation was clean, spacious and felt like we were staying at home. The teens (and husband) enjoyed the games room, basketball hoop and Wii. Grocery shops within walking distance. Ticked all the boxes for our family of four.

Property was very good. Hosts Mark n Miriam were very generous with welcome goodies and were very considerate about the late checkout. Will definetely book them evertime we come to Hobart!

Family accommodation

Great place as a base to travel around hobart and surrounding areas , stayed 5 nights . Kids love the games room , table tennis was a great hit ! Big thank you to the host for organising another key when we lock our selves out ! (hope you enjoyed the chocolates as a thank you ) Would recommend and stay again .

Great family home

We stayed for 5 days while in the Hobart part of our trip. The house was as advertised and a great family home. Really convenient having the basketball ring and games room for down time. Can walk to woolworths and local pub/cafes.

Great little property close to Hobart

My friends and I needed a place to stay for a few days while on school holiday and we had a great time here! We were able to easily access the bus system to get into the city of Hobart as well as walk to several cafes and a mall nearby. Would highly recommend!

First Tasmania Holiday

Mark and Miriam presented a fantastic place to use as our main base while visiting Tasmania for the first time. The house was clean and tidy, with a pantry stocked with quite a few essentials. The games room in the backyard was great for our fourteen-year-old to spend some time by themselves watching movies, phoning their bestie, or having a laugh with me playing table tennis. Comfortable beds and sofas, and a nice outdoor area to make use of. Remarkably close (walking distance) to supermarkets and a couple of restaurants. My only minor complaint was that the dining area was a high bench and stools. Not the most comfortable of settings, but we ate out most of the nights anyway, so it wasn't too much of a problem overall. We will certainly consider booking Dotties Cottage when we visit Hobart again. Overall, a great place to spend a week exploring Southern Tasmania.
