This is a lovely house. It has a big living/kitchen area, as well as the outdoor area overlooking the pool. It has a great location and is an easy flat walk into town.

Ideal accommodation for 3 families. Short walk to the Main Street and foreshore. The table tennis table and basketball ring were well used.

What a house!

This has to be the best house we have ever stayed in! Great location, walk to town for coffee!Clean! Well equipped! Great showers! Plenty of room to spread out! Comfy beds! Huge outdoor area! Just a bit chilly for the pool!Fantastic owner! Very easy to deal with!Everything you could possibly want and more!The group havre already decided that they would like to go back next year!

An Amazing Stay - Perfect for a Relaxing Getaway!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful house, and I can't recommend it highly enough! The property was immaculate, One of the standout features was the fantastic swimming pool! Everyone in our group loved spending time in the pool, whether we were swimming, relaxing on the loungers, or enjoying some fun pool games. The outdoor area was perfect for soaking up the sun and created a lovely backdrop for our family gatherings and meals.The house itself was well-equipped with everything we needed and more, ensuring our stay was comfortable and hassle-free. From the stylish spacious rooms, it was an ideal retreat.Overall, our stay was unforgettable, and I wholeheartedly recommend this house to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. We can’t wait to return!

Perfect Location

First time to Yarrawonga and we loved staying at Kings House. House was very clean and well equipped. Great location with an easy stroll into the main street and to the lake. Will definitely be back!

Fantastic family Christmas getaway

What an amazing property! Great rooms and beds, bathrooms were amazing for sharing with lots of people, huge entertaining area and outdoor space. Pool was a hit! Communication with host was clear and easy. We were able to order linen at a small fee to help with the packing. Hope to book again next year!

Great family home close to the main strip & lake

We really enjoyed our break here - well set up for families, close to the shops & water, perfect to take a break and just enjoy the lovely area of Yarrawonga. BBQ is excellent, ping pong table a plus and plenty of beds for everyone.

Great Place to Stay and Value for money

Property is in great location close to the main street and Lake and nicely kept inside the house. Communication is great with the Property Manager Pool need bit of cleaning due to neighbour's house tree is close to the pool, Rest is all good.

Nice place

Stayed with 5 mates for a golf trip. Good location modern house. Just a few things, pool is not heated so dont expect a swim when it is cooler. Kitchen has no formal pantry so no bits & pieces left from previous visitors. Host got back to us quickly & was very flexible - thanks so much. Would stay again

On arrival to the property, it was really clean and very welcoming to our family. We all had enjoyed our stay at the ‘King house’. It was well worth the stay. Everything that you needed was provided. Book, boardgames, entertainment, table tennis, swimming pool, BBQ and even the outdoor area was excellent. I couldn’t recommend anywhere else when coming to visit Yarrawonga. Many thanks to the host. Family friendly. Great for family and friend stay

House is great for families, nice spacious kitchen with big open living areas which meant it felt like everyone was together. Outdoor covered area was nice and cooking breakfast on the outdoor bbq was special. Garage was massive and could fit 4 cars easy or a boat/caravan and cars. 30min drive to wineries. Definitely be back.
